The staff is great. They want to get to know you and might even have your regular order ready before you are asking for it ;)This store is an unexpected commercial gem in an otherwise residential neighborhood.Summer 2023:The hot chai tea with milk on the side is $5.10The cheddar chive scone is $5.It was not that fresh but they warmed it up in the microwave.See older reviews below:We went here for lunch in January 2023.There was a great menu that even had sandwiches and wraps. There are lots of opportunities to eat al fresco.The patio on the right side looks especially inviting.

This is a great little sandwich and pastry shop, in San Pedro.Its a unique little store,with a vast soda collection, toys,breakfast,lunch,dessert,snacks for sale. There is both indoor and outdoor dining.The staff is great,very helpful, the almond and cinnamon twists are so yummy. Buy one and ask them to warm it up for you, you wont be sorry.

The menu clearly lists 3 sandwich items as being vegan. When I asked whether the bread was vegan, I was told that they didnt know, and could not guarantee it. Im sorry, but you cannot list something as being vegan without knowing for sure. A manager/owner (?) said, I bought the menu this way and left it that way. Ok, but you are the one placing the orders, and you are the one responsible for making sure that the ingredients you are ordering for your vegan items are indeed vegan. How many vegans have paid and eaten there, thinking they were eating vegan, and ended up eating something that may have contained animal derived products. This is deceitful and ignorant. Know what youre selling and dont lie to your customers. It is that simple.

Best Local Store in San Pedro!!!! Staff makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in and the atmosphere is very relaxed. From the numerous varieties of Root Beer & sodas they have, to candy, chips, and then them even having their own menu for food and even coffee!! Oh man, stop by and check them out, Im certain you will find something good to eat here. Burgers are 10/10! Feel free to hang around and eat inside or outside, there are tables for you to use!

Just a super chill place where you and your kids can go and pick from hundreds of different sodas and root beers, pay a little too much for each one, and enjoy it on the bluffs or out front. Makes for a fun and memorable family outing when youve only got an hour and 20 bucks in your pocket.

Visited this place for the first time ever. My wife had a hamburger which she loved, I had the breakfast burrito. Best breakfast burrito Ive ever had. Cant believe Ive been in San Pedro for 30 yers and never been here before. Will definitely be back.

Coffee was alright, but EXTREMELY stingy on the coffee portions. Ordered a cappuccino with whip. Cup was 1/4 cup full after the whip dissolved. Last time I came, I thought it was just the barista. Nope. Two times in a row, but two different baristas. Go to Collosos or Sirens if you want decent coffee and respectable portions.

Everyone who has been coming here for years knows how this place has recently taken a turn for the worse. It feels so soulless now, with so much of the classic artwork and furniture removed, along with much of the previous selection of cool snacks and drinks. The food is still great, but sadly this place just feels like a shell of its previous self.

I loved The Corner Store reminded me of the one that on my home from school. There was so many bottled sodas to choose from. I got the Dads Orange Cream soda. I will definitely be coming back and order from their deli.

We had such a deli is lunch, pastries were amazing and so was the cheese burger. A visual experience ask this store host many beautiful chingas for every age group. I bought a stuff bear! And he is awesome! The owners are super nice and so are the staff personnel! Lots to do, see, eat, drink, and special events are hosted by the owners! I will be back!

A wonderful place with lots of charm and atmosphere. Sort of like a general store and cafe, tucked away in a beautiful residential neighborhood. They have lots of food selections, soda/beverage options, coffee, wine. I enjoyed the best BLT (with turkey and avocado) that Ive ever had. Enjoyed chatting with the friendly owner, and eating out front in the sun.

Peggy and the Corner Store go hand-in-hand. This place is my favorite place to go to get food. Super locals only joint here. Really fun place that offers small bites to eat plus coffee tea and desserts too. Works like a corner store has a bunch of items for you to buy large selection of soda parking your street only. Sometimes on weekends has live performances. if youre in the neighborhood keep an eye out for the peacocks.

A unique local Coffee Shop with socially conscious ownership. A place where time stops. No internet acces and very feeble phone signal, for anyone wanting to escape the world for a few hours. The ocean is only one block away and a natural preserve area and small musem is located less than half a mile away. Just remember, no internet, no ph9ne sugnal, and also they do charge for credit card use. I kind of like the uniqueness, and even the slight clunkiness of this place!
