Food was really good. We started with the Poke Nachos. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get the wonton chips like the pictures showed and the Ahi was pretty small cubes, but the flavor was still good. We also had the Surf and Turf Tots. Those were really good, just a little light on the surf and turf.For dinner we had the Dip, the Scooby Doo, the fish tacos and the Bourbon Meat Monster burger. The fish tacos were ok, a little dry. The Bourbon burger was good but frankly I think there is just to much going on with that burger. There is a lot of competing flavors. My son really liked the Scooby Doo but the extra slice of bread was to much but the flavor was good. My wife had the Dip sandwich and it was really good. Best of all the meals.Service was friendly but a little slow. For such a small place I was surprised we had to wait for anything. Overall worth the visit.

Had an amazing experience here today. It had been a long time since I visited, and I was even more impressed with the quality of the service, food, atmosphere, and value. So nice that everything was around same price, and ended up splitting a burger with my brother (and getting a side of fries) and we were both full when we left. The service was amazing, and the food tasted great! Would definitely recommend to everyone to try this place.

This place was like a dimond in the rough.It was really tasty and the menu was the perfect size. Not too big nor small with a lot of variety to choose from. Everyone there is so happy to see you and extremely friendly. The environment is busy but still relaxed and comforting. Service takes time but they always get back to you. Its worth the wait for the food! Youll get full from a few bites. I can tell the chefs love cooking as much as I love eating. Definitely going back!

Delicious food, I got the “Fish and Chips” although at this place they call it “Fish and Fries” … fair enough 😊… its served with a spicy (a bit too spicy for me, but great) aioli sauce rather than with tarter sauce, but I added some ranch and it came in right away and helped me handle the spiciness 🌶️. Service is friendly, and food came in really quick, the day we went there were no waiting, we were seated right away, but seems to be a popular place, the location is nice, plenty of parking. Will definitely recommend if you want to eat in Clovis.

Great place in down town Clovis. Very interesting beers on tap which are constantly changing. Food was very good with interesting options from burgers ti meals. My only complaint, the hard surfaces inside make it very loud when packed which is most often. Oh yeah, service was great. Stop in!

Was on a layover and didn’t want to have airport food—hubby found this gem a quick Uber ride away! Food was delicious, service was quick and friendly and prices were reasonable. We did go during brunch and enjoyed it, wish we could have tried some of the full menu. Hubby had the salad and really liked the combo of apples, nuts, cheese and greens with the dressing. I had the BLT—perfect amount of bacon to greens and tomato on well-toasted bread. If you’re local OR passing through—visit The Craft House sometime!

I like the theme and atmosphere of the restaurant. Smaller building but feels spacious. Our waiter was super nice; very attentive to us even though it was a bit busy. The food came somewhat with a gourmet presentation; and it was delicious! A bit on the pricey side but it was totally worth it. I do recommend coming here at least once:) Thank you!

They always have really good food. The part I enjoy the most is all the different flavors in whatever I am eating. The most excellent service and delicious desserts also attribute as to why I keep going back, and also tell everyone I know they go here! Overall... Great job!3/5/2022 Update: The Chicken Fried Waffles are absolutely delicious, drizzled with a peanut sauce and sprinkled with slivered almonds!! You need to try this one!!Also the surf and turf tots are really delicious, another must try!! A group of us went in for brunch on Sunday morning. People were very helpful staff was extremely nice and the food was good, just extremely small.For the prices I definitely expected more than one small Eggo waffle service was great drinks were good. I did not expect a small portion of food. Very nice people like I said, but I will not be back.

Great staff, service, nice beer selection and fun atmosphere! I only had fries and a beer at the bat, the fries were seasoned great and came out hot and fresh! The owner is really involved, came around and chatted with me and all the tables, it was nice to feel welcomed. They had 3 vegan meals: burger, chicken sandwich, and tacos on the menu that I will be back to try!

Visited Craft House for the first time last night (a Wednesday). Their ambiance is light, open, rustic, and clean. Tables, if empty, were not open for long. Service was prompt and friendly, even though they seemed slightly understaffed and had a full house. Food was delicious.Absolutely. Freaking. Amazing.We shared a half order of the braised pork belly & blue cheese fries, which was plenty enough for 2. I also appreciated that they served the app with tongs and individual plates. I had the cubano (pictured), and my husband had the bourbon meat monster burger- we were both so happy with our selections. Highly recommend, and will be visiting again.

We were in town for a swim meet and found this place close by our Airbnb. It had great reviews and the food looked good so we tried it out. From the second we walked in we were greeted by an upbeat gentleman with a beard (forgot his name). He made you feel instantly welcome and we were seated quickly, it is not a huge spot so we were lucky that a table for 4 was open. Shortly after being seated a server ( blond gal super friendly) came by, she was also very friendly. We tried two of their rotating beers on tap, they were great. We started with the wings that had a strawberry sriracha sauce, those were great lil bit of sweet and a lil bit of spice. For mains we ordered the shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, All American Pub Burger and the Firecracker Chicken Sandwich. All of which were great. My only personal comment is that the firecracker chicken was not spicy for me BUT I like spice and I mean like Thai spicy so if you know how spicy that is youll understand why I didnt think it was spicy. We would come here often if we lived here. Great food, great ambiance and super cool staff.

Sandwichs are retty decent. Sides are meh. Out of beers with regularity although the sign isnt updated to reflect that. The place is insanely loud and annoying for being so small. Walked in, 3 tables wide open. Wife and I. Was told they were going to clean a table off. And then another hostess/waitress returned and told us with sortbof a smile, 30 minute wait. Was told they have a wait list. Nobody out front or any availability to make online reservations. Assuming didnt want to use a 4 seat table for 2 just in case theybcould milkbsome money, forget the rudeness to us. See ya. Soon to be another failed business at this location in old Town clovis. Checked this place out today because they seemed to offer good food (including V options) and are close to home. I was impressed to find even more vegetarian/plant based options on their menu than I expected going in. My co-diner had no dietary restrictions and she also loved the options. We had good beer and amazing food! The lemon vinaigrette for the salad…. Please try it! You’ll want it by the pint! The restaurant was very busy, and our service was lacking BUT the owner Greg made sure we were aware of their challenges and took care of us in the end. We’ll be back, and I suggest you give them a try!

Oh. My. Goodness!!!! We had dinner here last night and the food was so so so so so so good. I threw my diet out the window once I saw chicken and waffles on the menu. The whiskey syrup was a fun addition. My husband had the Surf and Turf totts, filet mignon and shrimp over totts with a ghost pepper cheese sauce. I must say the sauce was even killer when I snuck some on my chicken and waffles!! The place was packed with fans.The owner Greg has a different vision for his kitchen that I find sets him apart. Rather than have one head chef and the rest of the staff answering to that individual he has developed a team atmosphere where talented chefs come from all backgrounds to CREATE food and the results are delicious!Oh, and they have purse hooks on every table.

My fiancé and I stopped in here about an hour before closing after a long day of hiking. If you get Greg as your server, youre in for a time! Hes friendly, attentive, and super funny (as were the rest of the staff). We got the Philly cheesesteak and vegan tacos, both with french fries (dont skip over these, you will 100% disappoint yourself if you do) and despite the fact that you only get two tacos with your meal, they were surprisingly filling and flavorful. For a place that serves American-style fair, they have a surprising amount of vegan and vegetarian options! Would absolutely go back if I was in the area longer.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Bourbon Meat Monster burger and filet mignon tacos. Ive eaten alot of burgers in my lifetime and it definitely ranks in the Top 10. Going from France to NYC, Yosemite and then San Francisco, I stopped there on my way to Yosemite when I read the reviews. Well, they earned it. It was delicious and the service was perfect too. The food is always on point 👍 The funny thing is most places that are known for their drinks and beer, usually serve so/so food. Not here! Were not drinkers, so were going to taste the food as it really is, without being impaired by the drinks. Dip It and fried chicken sandwich are our go-tos. We came here our first time right at open 430 pm Tuesday. Had child sliders were pretty big too the dinner plates were decent salad was big too the house dressing was okay the Mediterranean chk tacos are the best in town. The turkey burger was good too different flavors amd delicious. A decent spot for a delicious meal way better than fast food. Was not dissapointing go here and youll be filled with delicious good...and wow was 60 bucks to feed us and we all 4 got dessert

Dined at in tonight at The Craft House and I must say the staff, owner, food and atmosphere was amazing. Love this place! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and cater to your needs. We have not found something we don’t like on the menu (and we’ve tasted most of it at this point). My wife and I have been here numerous times. We moved to the area two years ago and happened upon it one night looking for a place to eat. Since that first time we have brought local friends who have lived here for years and didnt know about. When we have visitors from out of town we ALWAYS bring them to Craft House for the Surf and Turf Tots. My brother insisted on returning two days later to eat them again!The owner is friendly and always helpful. He always makes us feel welcome. Date night for my wife and I and I said no usual spot. She found this place and that was all the decisions I had before going.Going in the place was well spaced out and clean. Social distance still enforced and theyre following to the T. We were seated promptly and the waitress came for our drinks. Good diverse selection of beers, definitely something for all palettes.After a bit of time my wife decided on the Korean tacos and I went for the Dip It, basically a French dip. Both of us chose fries for the side.Amazing. Thats all thats needed to be said. The bread on the Dip It was perfect. Nice crunch on the outside, soft but stood up to the dip on the inside. A bit of an addition to a usual French dip adding sautéed mushrooms and onion, but it only enhanced the flavor.My wifes Korean tacos were presented beautifully. No, I didnt taste them. However my wife thought they were amazing.Beers were great, service was on point, the chefs brought their A game. Whoever designed the food on the menu put love into it, and it comes out in the food. The ONLY reason its four and not five stars is the tacos. Like I said they were presented beautifully, however I could tell that the tortillas they used were store bought. If you want store bought thats fine, but everything else was thought out meticulously. At least get Vallarta fresh made corn tortillas if youre not going to make them in house.Am I being too harsh? We tried The Craft House for the first time over the weekend. My parents were in town to celebrate my Birthday. Upon entering, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. We were seated promptly. It was a Saturday evening around 7:30pm. It was a smaller restaurant but thats never bothered me. Some of the best restaurants Ive been to are very small inside. The garlic aoli really added another punch of flavor that totally beefed this burger up. Just got home from my first visit. As you can see, I give 4 Stars. If I could it would have been 4.5 Stars. The service was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive, while not being overly attentive. Now the menu items:Hummus tray: Great appetizer clean and fresh with snappy veggie. Just the right spice and heat for the Hummus.Clam Chowder: Good, but not great. That being said better than the chowder at Pismos and much better than the chowder at the House of JuJu. I thought it lacked butter...also, my personal taste is I prefer i strong celery taste. Also always bring a pepper shaker with chowder, dont make us ask.Pub burger w fries: We got this to go....once home Mom ate it up. She said it was great .Salad with for proteins: Cant remember the exact name....but it was great. All four proteins were cooked just as they should have been (in Fresno/Clovis area there is a tendency to overcook fish and shrimp...not so here).Salmon Tacos: Great dish. The aioli in the tacos was fad. I was the perfect Salmon taco. But, and seemingly there is always a but, I had salad with it with blue-cheese dressing. The dressing looked and taste like in came from a bottle or jar. It actually was BAD. If it had been a good tasting house dressing 5 stars it would have. My advice, for what free advice is worth, narrow the list of dressing offered as to what you can make on premise. If indeed the blue-cheese was made there...start over.Ok. The big question is would I go back....the answer of course is yes. I think The Craft House is the best eatery in Old Towne Clovis.
