The crawfish lounge in West Covina

Great place to come enjoy some tasty shrimp, crawfish, clams and mussels. Atmosphere was was nice but I do have to say that the cleanliness was not up to par. I didnt enjoy stepping on pee when using the rest room, toilets were pretty dirty with very bad odor, and toilet paper on the floor. Staff were not attentive at all and had to be called in order to address what we needed. Overall, great place just some minor fine tuning needs to take place.

Its Louisiana style seafood, but potatoes are extra??? And sausage is 2?! The price is high, the seasoning is a tad off. Dont recommend...go to boiling crab or Louisianas seafood.

Space is now smaller from 2yrs ago. Our party was already seated before we arrived, and they requested seating to add one more table, but was told no not until everyone has arrived...after arriving we had to stand and wait...them after ordering the food took at least 45min to cook. And I dont remember it taking that long before the pandemic. Much has changed.

Personally I think its better than the boiling crab. So delicious. Service is a little slow but worth the wait for sure. The soju wine is great as well.

I was exceptionally happy with the food I had at this place. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was to die for. I recommend the ALL THE MADNESS sauce. It was the perfect seasoning for the delicious seafood. The waiter Jaydan was extremely energetic and made me feel like I was talking to a family member. My drive is over an hour long but I will definitely be coming back for more!!!

I was surprised that being a Sunday it was not packed service was great food was delicious and they were playing good music

1st thing let me just say. You have to yell across the table to be able to have conversation because the music is way too loud. 2nd the young wait staff is pretty bad. They stand behind the bar having conversations with each other while ignoring customers who need refills and even forget to bring out things requested by customers.Now the food is another thing. It did come out nice and hot. It also tasted amazing. The cooks really came through with amazing food.The horrible service, loud music sadly were way to much and couldnt be saved by the amazing food.

Food was great no doubt. Just great. Service on the other hand was abysmal. I think they were short handed because only one guy was taking orders and serving. Our drinks constantly ran dry and we had to ask for refills. Music was really loud it was hard to have a conversation with guests. When I walked out my ears literally sighed with relief

I come here sometimes because I’m too lazy to drive out to the boiling crab. It’s ok not delicious but it’s good. Their sauce is too thick and if u ask for extra sauce there still won’t be enough to put on your sauce. Also, the restroom is always crusty.
