Excellent night at the ritz. From the moment we hit the property we knew this was gonna be a epic meal, the host attentive friendly, the manager Daniel running this place like it should be done. The server Andrea professional one of the best in the industry. The bartender slinging next level cocktails. Hope, ty for cheese cake recommendation. The entire staff of the restaurant was next level. The food amazing, the kitchen didnt skip a beat and the best steak i had in years... ty

Fancy, delicious, killer views of the city.Any restaurant that has valet parking has my attention. We went for our ten year anniversary and it did not disappoint.The food and drinks were excellent. We sat by the fire.They brought us a free dessert for our anniversary which was a very sweet gesture.My only slight complain was constant flow of jets going by (the flight path is directly in front).But other than that, it was spectacular.

Amazing time at Edge steakhouse! Service was fabulous! Had the Chilean seabass which was arguably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. Hubby had the strip, pricey, but also v yummy. Mashed potatoes were also amazing. Date cake to finish it off. Great for special occasion or splurge dinner. Sous chef Andrew came out and spoke to us at the end, which was a nice treat

Re-opening night at the The Edge Steakhouse at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage. Fabulous food and wine, beautiful views, and impeccable service. Every morsel was delicious from the bread and spreads, to the soup and salad, to the pork shank in mole sauce, the Moroccan roast lamb. And a fab winelist.Daniel Rodriguez, the suave restaurant manager, came by our table repeatedly and made sure we were having a stellar experience.

The service was excellent, over the top. Our server Eric was extremely friendly and pleasant. The food, well below average, chicken wellington was simply a thigh and a leg, no wellington. Wagyu steak was unfortunately just ok. View was nice but does not justify a $600.00 for 3 people. I would not return for the food, maybe a glass of wine.

Enjoyed dinner with friends.Pros:Attentive service. Beautiful modern ambiance with one of the best views of Coachella Valley. Friendly management. Helpful staff. Best bone in ribeye I have ever eaten. I ordered it medium rare and it cut like a filet. Brussels sprouts commanded a spectrum of flavors. Smashed potatoes were seasoned beautifully.Cons:A bit noisy where our party was sitting. The apple dessert did not satisfy as a cold dish.

So, so, so good. We loved this restaurant before it was closed during the pandemic, and its even better now. Its a must try no matter where in the valley youre staying!

Outstanding service. Attention to detail with children. Hands on experience with well behaved kids. Food was excellent. Definitely a must. Will be visiting next time in town.

Steak was phenomenal, service is great, drinks very good and fun atmosphere. Appetizers and salads need a LOT of work though. For example the wedge salad was just lettuce with almost nothing on it (no exaggeration), we sent it back.
