Asked for well done on the kiosk, the burger was pink in the middle, received a text that the order was ready, was just sitting on the counter not ready, the fry cook does not know how to prioritize big orders. By the time the food came it was cold, under cooked, and over salted.... horrible experience this time. So sad that the workers cannot read or follow simple directions that are on their screens.

Great chain with good food and good customer service. It was really hot outside and the cool AC was nice to enjoy along with a grilled chicken sandwich.

Very disappointed their burger was tasteless and needed seasoning and their fries needed salt. Expensive compared to other places. I paid $13 for a hamburger combo that had no taste. . The root beer was good and the ranch dressing that I asked for for my fries was good. The fries were okay they just needed salt, the burger wasnt

Pretty darn good.$10-15 a head, burgers are made fresh. Theres not much on the menu we dont like, its a quality fast food joint.The shakes are thick, almost malt style, and tempura green beans are a must.We try to avoid the lunch hour as the wait can get pretty long, rather expected when everything is made fresh.All in all, no complaints other than a slightly longer than average wait, which is well worth it.

Their food is delicious and cooked perfectly. The dining area was spotless and the staff would clean and disinfect after customers left.The staff is polite and courteous. They have a well managed team that works together to bring your order out fast. They offer lots of condiment choices and their drinks are great.

Around here the best fast food is In n Out. Anyone in California will tell you that. However, and this hurts, they are just as good or maybe even better (ouch). Everything they use taste incredibly fresh. And you can tell from all my other reviews I am not a fan of health foods, but this is healthy food that actually tastes good. Strangely enough the best thing I found was these tempura fried green beans, dont let the fact that its a vegetable put you off it is so good. Truly highly recommend!!!

Food is really good. Honestly they are unique in their own way and the burgers are pretty delicious. Very clean place and I like that they provide different flavored lemonades as well as a variety of condiments and peppers to go with your burgers.

This has to be the worst habit I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a total of 3 times, hoping each time it gets better but it doesn’t. Costumer service is ridiculous, from the cashier to the order wait time. I always wait here 30+ min and on top of that my food is always cold. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this locationUpdate: 2 months later and they still can’t get it together I love every other habit location but this one idk what it is but they ALWAYS get my order incorrect. It’s always the same mistake for my grilled chicken sandwich! I modify it slightly and they never modify it the way I ask. It’s so sad that every time I come here my dinner gets ruined because my order is NEVER correct!!

I dont eat fast food I just dont like it however the burgers there are so good that customer service is absolutely wonderful and I found myself really enjoying my meal. I had visited the other one in Hemet and Ive come to realize that the company overall has won my business.

Im happy to see this new location in San Jacinto!Although Ive not yet visited this particular location, I have enjoyed The Habit since 2018 at their UC Riverside location, and since 2020 at their Hemet location, which had a successful grand opening March 2020 (in spite of being take-out only due to Public Health mandates due to COVID19).As vegetarian foodies, in 2021 hubs & I were thrilled when The Habits Original Impossible burgers arrived! 🍔For 2023 we tried the Limited-time Pretzel Pub Char, of course subbing the Impossible patty! 👍I recently received an email from The Habit to make the Pretzel Pub Char Impossible, so Im glad to see that option being advertised 👏

New location opened about a week ago in San Jacinto, CA. Ordered a couple of their basic cheeseburgers & fries. Was NOT impressed! Pretty blah and thrown together with little or no care. We wont be back, which is sad, cause theyre right next door.

It is extremely frustrating for habit to cancel the order 18 minutes after placement and accepting the order through Uber Eats. I could have ordered something else for lunch. instead, I dont have time anymore. this is the second time at a different location.I dont recommend due to poor communication & canceling after the order was suppose to be ready.
