We enjoyed our lunch. The staff was very kind and the restaurant seemed pretty clean. They have several Kiosk to order from or the cashiers at the counter.

This was the first time my husband and I came to The Habit and we did not regret it. The fries were crispy and not too salty, the crispy chicken burger was crispy and yummy, and my husbands double cheeseburger was perfectly made to order and he polished it off quickly. The order customizing kiosks worked perfectly and our dinnertime order was done in less than 10 minutes; it was quiet when we first entered, but it picked up not long after we arrived. Burgers done deliciously is what The Habit does very nicely.

I had lunch here, the service was good, the portabella mushroom charburger was delicious and the fries were tasty, could of had a little more salt on them. Then my to-go snack was a cookies & cream milkshake that was a great ending to the experience.

I had a patty melt & garlic fries with an iced tea to drink. The fries had cheese & some kind of oil on them that made them pretty tasty. I hadnt had a patty melt in years. This one was amazingly delicious! I wanna say the toasted bread was a Jewish Rye. Even the unsweetened tropical tea was great.

We usually go for burgers, but find that the salads have been a fantastic option and a great win for us when traveling with few quick options. Like many places, the full screen touch screen ordering kiosks can be problematic and were not working during our last visits, but their staff did a great job of keeping things rolling.

Quick and great service. They accommodated our family and switched all the meat patties to veggie patties without any issues. I ended up ordering the portobello burger substituting it with a veggie patty and adding avocado. Delish. As for the location, it was a quick stop and easily accessible to the Vacaville Outlets. The facility is very clean with plenty of seating available inside and outside.

Had to wait over 25+ min and it’s not busy. Because their order machine didn’t send the order to there cook and I went up two times to get them to actually make my order. Ask if I could get a refund because my friend have been waiting on me but that doesn’t happen instead they blame that someone took it and then finally start to make my meal. But rather than blaming someone random person taking my food just say sorry we will get on it right way. me and my friend were being as patient can be.

Salads are what I always get at the Habit but thus is the first time my food was sub par, I ordered the Cobb salad with no bacon and received a bowl of shredded iceberg lettuce with a few tiny pieces of chopped tomato and blue cheese crumbles. There was no avocado, and no mention of it being out of stock. The grilled chicken and the dressing were quite good were all that I ate the rest got discarded. Disappointed and because I got it to go I didnt have any recourse.

I recently stopped by after quite some time not coming to this location and I really enjoyed my experience. My burger was juicy and well cooked. Cashier who took my order paid good attention to my modifications and repeated it back to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated that since other places dont do that. Keep up the good work!

Online order was bungled, not my part of the order but my wifes she ordered the chicken club and added mushroom, which it had, however it didnt have the avocado or bacon and she also ordered teriyaki on the side which she didnt get, and an extra ranch she didnt get either, pretty bad experience.

Good customer service. But, thats where the compliments end. I ordered curbside. My meal was brought to the car promptly by a pleasant and friendly young man. My fries tasted burned and they were not hot. The hamburger was slimy and the sourdough bread disintegrated before I could take my first bite at home. The chocolate shake was pretty but had more of a hint of coffee than chocolate. I absolutely hate the taste of coffee. I will not be returning. There werent enough positives for the food to warrant returning.

Met with a friend to get a quick burger. The place is nice and clean, the restrooms were clean and fully stock. The drink area was clean. It was my friends first time at Habit, he really liked the burger and the sweet potato fries. The staff was friendly and quick. Love the option of Tempura Green Beans over Fries. Always fresh. And the Tropical Tea is a special perk.I love the burgers here. The service is usually very good and fast. They also have deep fried green beans!

Great customer service and tasty, reasonably priced food. The burgers were good and we really appreciated the wider than average selection of drinks, including tasty teas and lemonades, which were really refreshing in this summer heat. It was nice to have more options beyond soda. The woman working the register was personable and engaging. I wish I could remember her name, but I think it started with an A. We had coupons, and I was bracing myself for it to be difficult or weird, based upon experiences at other chains, but I was pleasantly surprised. We will return!

Tastiest damn burgers in all the fast food chains. I highly recommend the portobello burger with a side of green beans tempura. Sorry I didnt snap a pic. It smelled so good that I dove in as soon as it came. The bacon char with onion rings is a savory experience as well. Order online and pick up if you dont want to wait in line.

We went to this place on Saturday 26 Feb 2022 at 1050am. This is by far the dirtiest restaurant I have been in, in many years. Everything was filthy. The floors were very slippery and food all over. The soda machine was disgusting. There was ketchup all over the dispenser and the restrooms were nasty. Do not go here!

Havent been back in many months because during the Covid, we tried to eat outside there, and the tables were filthy.Decided today, wed try again since wed be inside dining. Walked by the outside tables on the way in, and they still looked grimy.Tried the mango shake. Tasted just like vanilla.Whats with no little paper or plastic boats to set your burger on or to eat over? Why not double wrap the sandwiches like some other restraunts, so the outer wrapper can double as a mat. Better yet, provide little mini, individual paper placemats?When I asked for something, they said the company didnt provide anything as a matter of policy! So I asked for a fry container. It worked, but how ridiculous!Ive always order the portobello burger. Today, three of us did. One burger had slices that may have equaled half a good-sized portobello.Mine and the other one had miniscule pieces that likely equaled less than half a portobello (even if you put his pieces and mine together).

The food is good. I do enjoy it every time. But the customer experience is just bad.I called my order ahead, So that It would be ready for pickup, I got there a little bit earlier than expected, so the lady was asking us to wait because the order hadn’t come through. We went back-and-forth a little bit I just didn’t make sense to me why they wouldn’t start making our food, it’s not like they were busy at all. While we were going back and forth the order actually came through and THEN they started making it. It just takes a little bit of common sense people. Common sense.

Well it’s not often, in fact, it’s very rare, if ever, that I would go out of my way to write a review for any business. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and was astounded by the bad attitude of some of the staff. I worked in the food industry making minimum wage for almost a decade while I went to school and raised a child and I never treated people, let alone customers, so poorly. Anyways, I’m over it, and I do not plan on going back to this particular establishment.P.S. To the very young girl that was working, who thought what she was doing was way more important then anybody else’s time, I really wish you the best in your future. I only hope that time and experience will help to humble you.

The food is good and service is good enough. It all depends on who you get. Overall the staff are friendly. They got part of my order wrong on most recent visit and I was pretty disappointed with the process to resolve it. If you dont go back that day to correct it then you have jump through a bunch of hoops to possibly be compensated. Even Taco Bell has better customer service. This is the first time this has ever happened but it still very disappointing.

The food is great, I absolutely love this place and go there all the time but the lady who works at the counter during the Friday, opening shift was so rude last time I went there. She didnt even say any greeting words or even make eye contacts with me, I said thank you multiple times but she never said youre welcome a once. She didnt even give me the soda cup (its hard to imagine that she forgot because she gave soda cups to everyone else who ordered right before me and after me) so when i went back to ask her for it, she didnt turn around for good five minutes and there was no customers waiting at the register so I dont know what took her so long to turn around. Even the cook told her that theres a customer waiting and she never turned around. Also asked for 3 forks and knives and she only handed me one set when she clearly heard 3 sets of forks and knives please. Overall the attitude that she was giving made me feel like I wasnt welcome there and its not like I was rude or anything. I try to be nice to people who works at the register because I was one of them and know how bad customers treat them but at the same time I shouldnt be treated with such an attitude.

We ate a late meal at The Habit Burger Grill at 1640 E. Monte Vista Ave, Vacaville, CA 96588 and as usual, the meal was great. Karla, who took our order, was very courteous and helpful. She seemed very conscientious about her job and I noticed that she was as courteous and knowledgeable with the other customers as she was with us. I told her that she possessed great customer service skills. It is nice to see excellent customer service like this and I like to point it out when I see it. Food is always a bit cold. Fries are burnt and soggy. This time my order was totally wrong and I got to find out when I got home that you cant even call, the number goes to a call center or something who told us there is no direct number! So you cant call to have them make your order over! My boyfriend had to drive back to order me new food and wait, so of course the other half of our order is stone cold and neither of us get to enjoy our food. Dont think we will ever return. First time visitor to Habit Burger and grill. Ordinarily, I do not provide feedback for poor service but I must share. Maybe my comments will help improve service. My order was placed at 2:05 and I finally received it at 2:23. It was a carry our order (mistake) on my part. When I arrived home about 7 minutes later, found the burger buns were burnt badly and the meat was dried out. I tossed it after two bites. Luckily, the fries were edible. Who screws up a hamburger order? Last visit for me.

Really good food, there are GF options, though mostly salad, with an expansive kids menu for those that dont always eat their burgers/nuggets/fries (even has healthy sides for them or you). They never called us for our order they took my phone number to text me because everyone had to sit out on the patio. No one texts to me no one came out as they were doing some of them calling out their numbers. Are order sat on the counter we waited about 20 minutes before I went in to find out whats taking so long. Cold fries. Got here a little after they opened and I told the cashier it was my first time. He was very friendly and told me how they worked and how the patties were a 1/5 of a pound and the double char is the best buy. Wish I could remember his name but we came in around 1045am on 4/17/16. The Santa Barbara is what he recommended and that burger was tall and full of fresh avocado. Definitely going back to this place.

First let me say that I have been a fan of The Habit for a long time. That said, I have eaten at two of their restaurants recently and quality control was not good at either with incorrect orders, a missing item and under cooked burgers. I dont recommend their combos unless you really want each item because there is no savings for the combos. They also use American cheese which is akin to eating plastic for me. I hope The Habit is able to get back on track at the locations I tried because I do like the food when orders are correct and the meat is cooked properly.

We come here from Fairfield, on average once every two weeks. This location is obviously very well-managed. The management, and their staff (all young folks) are always very courteous, cheerful, and helpful. The background music is pleasant & kept down to a reasonable volume. This location is always very clean, including the latrines, and the tables are wiped clean frequently. The menu is pretty extensive for a fast-food chain, and their food is VERY good, consistently !!! We most certainly hope that all of those qualities remain in effect, as The Habit in Vacaville has become a family favorite.

This place is great if you are craving a burger and fries! Not only do they have regular meat burgers but vegetarian burgers as well. You dont even have to get regular french fries, they have fried green beans that are delicious! They are a bit pricey but on a higher par than your average burger joint. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of my California favorites. Someone once told me Id like them more than In n Out, which I thought was Californian sacrilege, but they were right. Habit Burger is one of a chain. There is a new one in nearby Fairfield at Solano Mall. hamburger wrong four of those times. They are new so I’m continuing to give them a chance. The hamburgers are good and come with fried onions automatically. They have great French fries and offer onion rings and other fun sides. They have a drink machine so if you eat there you can get a refill. Large drink is truly a large (~44 oz) drink which is nice. The restaurant is clean and offers limited outdoor seating. I recommend you try Habit Burger and maybe it will become a Habit.

Slightly smaller example of the burger chain located right off the highway by where the old Nut Tree used to be. The restaurant is on the north side of the highway, which is the side opposite the outlets, fyi. There are a number of booths and a large common table at this location. This is my favorite burger in this town of Vacaville. You can taste the grill it.. is so fresh and tastes better than anyone elses.I like the specialty burgers and their special offerings as toppings..( like a teriyaki burger with a slice of pineapple on it..which was fantastic.) Lets also mention that it is a pleasant place to sit, with nice lighting and a few booths, if you can catch one. Some days you just dont feel like sitting in a place that looks like a bathroom with florescent lights.

This is probably the least favorite place Ive been to, customer service was unwelcoming with a touch of rudeness to go..We ordered the vegetarian burger with avocado( BIG MISTAKE !) was was so sloppy that you couldnt even hold it together, the burger was bland with no spices, i would recommend removing it from the menu to avoid people wasting their money on it, Ive tasted a lot of veggie burgers and they are usually tasty and full of flavor, this however was far from itThe table was dirty with no proper cleaning, even the floors underneath the tables had food .. Our experience today was horrible!!! We have an error once & it was fixed immediately.Tonight was error after error. When we started ordering the cashier was right because our daughter doesnt like the bread that comes with the veggie burger. He asked an employee how to sub the bun?
