Best steak sandwhich in town always tender and little if any fat on it. I also like the Chiabatta roll it comes on. burgers are pretty good as well, they make it tough to order on the phone and try to force you online.. Boo as of September 20 23 they no longer have the steak sandwich on the menu, so I guess I wont be eating there any longer. bummer

The Habit in Norwalk is good. The good is fresh and well made. I had the charburger combo and it was delicious. I havent been to a bad Habit yet actually. The only thing I dont recommend is the cones. They are not soft serve like the McDonalds one and leave a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and even though it was packed they got through orders quickly. Plenty of sitting space and plenty of parking. It close to the AMC so its a good spot to eat before or after watching a movie.

The Double Char cheeseburger is a very acceptable rival to the In-And-Out Double-Double cheeseburger. The Habit has very good burgers and chicken sandwiches. I like their fries and onion rings. Try the ranch dressing!

This place sucks because they don’t have Men Restroom. They have 1 Women Restroom and 1 Unisex Restroom. I understand California’s new Unisex Restroom requirement but be smart like Starbucks and have both as Unisex Restrooms so that poor guys don’t have to wait hours just to use the facility. Thanks.

Restaurant and bathrooms were clean when I visited. I had the Ahi tuna sandwich and the tenderloin steak sandwich. Both items were ready in under 10 minutes and cooked perfectly. I was craving some quality sandwiches and these did not disappoint. Great experience.

I came today to eat with my family (mind the food was great) but the Customer service was not that great. I asked cashier if they going to refill strawberry lemonade and responded a little rude and said it takes to long to make an theyre to busy, so I presided to get mango lemonade. It was pass 30min when we finished and I went up again to get refill and a different employee was by the drinks I asked for manager and that manager responded with attitude WeAreAll OUT.Really

I really like the Habit, a lot. You might be surprised to know, I didnt get a burger. I know shocked huh? I ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb salad. Some may be claiming blasphemy, treason, etc, but it is on the menu and it is good. The blue cheese is a bold flavor, the most bold in this salad. The other ingredients are great compliments as well. Bacon, boiled egg, shredded lettuce, dressing, avocado. Yum, okay I need to go back and get another one. I have had the burgers there too, definitely upper crust. Always good food.

Our office had a large Togo lunch order. Not only was our order prepared quickly, but the service was phenomenal! Especially noteworthy because it was the middle of their lunch rush. The staff went above & beyond to accommodate us & everything was perfect. Amazing!

The food is good, my issue is with their phone operators who cant make a simple modification to a burger, i get it if they cant do it, but some operators allow it and some dont, so habit needs to fix this asap, theres always technical difficulties and honestly hard is it to put no onions no tomatoes on my burger. Im sure Im not the only one whos notice this. Simple solution, get rid of the call center and have the restaurant answer please.

Their burgers and sandwiches are really good.Fries were good, not too much seasoning.Also tries their limeade, good too.Ordered my food to go, did not take long. While i waited i got some jalapenos and yellow peppers for their chili bar. Pretty awesome experience. Everything tasted good. Spending your money here would be a safe choice.

Great for a quick bite, burgers are good and the sweet potato fries are tasty. They have an extended menu selection which includes a fish and chicken sandwich. Plenty of seating inside and outside in a patio and parking is also plentiful. Staff was very helpful and the all-you-can-dfink soda fountain is a plus. If youre pressed for time there especially quick with the orders. Give it a try.

Normally I would rate 5 stars because the food is amazing. But I saw something today that bothered me. Face masks are suppose to be worn during this virus outbreak to protect the public. I wear my face mask everywhere. All employees were wearing masks properly except one person. His nose was exposed. He may or may not have the virus but I would expect that of the cooks and cashiers were wearing them properly the person bagging and handing us our food would too. For that reason Im giving only 4 stars and I hope management sees this review and rectifies the issue. Other than that great food. Highly recommend the mushroom burger and tempura green beans.

This place is delicious. Their burger are quality. Their service is excellent. My only issue is that their pricing is kind of high. Having said that- its worth it. We come here for lunch sometimes, and the lunch rush can be crazy with the courthouse just across the way, so get here a little before 12 or after about 1:30 and youre fine.

Cant really go wrong with this place. Their burgers are flavorful, their salads are good, and their other menu items are probably good. I ordered the Santa Barbara burger which is a double double avocado. I say double double because their burgers remind me of a poor mans In-N-Out burger. Their service is good, their quick even though theyre usually busy. Their soft drink selection is the same as any other fast food joint. The only thing I dont like about this particular Habit is their booth, they sink in too much making for a somewhat uncomfortable experience. Be prepared to make a mess as their burgers are messy. Good spot, give it a shot.

Consistent cooks and always fresh tasting. Staff is nothing to write home about but one doesnt go to a fast food joint for white gloves and smiles. I do wish they would wipe the counters more often as I often have to do it myself, but I can see how that is difficult during rush hours. Restrooms are clean if limited. I come here seemingly every week and Im never disappointed.

This is a welcome departure from the run-of-the-mill burger joints. This is fast food, dont get me wrong, so if youre up for a quick, not so healthy meal, this is a great spot to try. It reminds me of the burgers and fries at In-and-Out, but the burgers are char-broiled, which I far prefer over fried. Everything is fresh, it has a very limited menu, but there are options which the other joints dont. If you are pescatarian or vegetarian, you can have the tuna burger or the veggie burger. There are sweet potato fries which are tasty and they have hand made shakes and malts, too...something for everyone who is sick of the double arches or big-headed Jack.

Pretty decent burgers. If you have been to other Habit burgers you know what to expect. The patio here is a bonus being covered with a fan to help with cooling if you feel like dining outdoors.The only sad part is the crowd that comes to this location has carved into the tables so it kind of throws off the vibe a bit.

The Habit has very tasty burgers. Their specialty is the Char burger. Its quite fresh and delicious with cheese. Their french fries and onion rings go well with the Char burger. This location has a comfortable dining area though the patio isnt as comfortable.

Sent my daughter in law back in for new fries and instead of getting some hot fries with a smile she was told what to do next time, them received hit fries with an attitude. Their tagline suggests, Best Burger in America. I am not sure if that is true since I havent had a chance to explore America fully yet:D. But certainly they have the best burgers in the locality. The meat is really fresh. I usually go with Albacore Tuna grilled or Mahi mahi grilled sandwiches. The buns used are unique and tasty. The French fries and sweet potato fries here are probably the best tasted ones I ever had. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good lunch place.

Great food, fast service, and fair prices. Their charburgers are solid, safe bets, as well as the French fries or sweet potato fries. The salads are great too, especially the grilled chicken topping them. Favorite things on the menu though are the albacore tuna sandwich and the tempura green beans. The tuna sandwich comes with a charbroiled tuna filet between burger buns with teriyaki glaze and tartar sauce. It’s nicely complemented with lightly battered, salted green beans.

I place a phone order, i get there the time I have to pick up my food. I walk in to pick it up and they told me my card declined. When I placed my phone the girl told me it was submitted and it will be ready. Five stars for cleanliness and friendliness but Santa Barbara salad is not all that, when the teller said there is egg, cheese and tomatoes included I thought he meant it.... Well an 8th of an egg and and an 8th of a tomatoe chopped into tiny smidgens and a handful of cheese does not make for a good salad. Ill try something different next time.
