I love the Habit. Id put this over in and out, Five Guys, and most other places. Only real competition for a fast food burger would be Shake Shack. Sides like green beans and salads are good. Burgers are grilled and have a great flavor, and the grilled onions and melty cheese really make a great burger. All around great place.

I’ve been there about 5 times in the past 6 weeks and probably won’t be back each time I’ve ordered my burger medium well, but for some reason it’s always rare, not too mention the fries tasting like they were made hours or days before I ordered them. My order was ready and just as I arrived to the counter to pick it up, the staff realized that it was not correct. Before I could even acknowledge it well, Eduardo the manager was already on it and expressing to me that it would be corrected and right up. From inception, Eduardo handled this innocent oversight with such professionalism! A positive attitude, great communication and personableness. All of which are qualities that should be present in any environment that engages in customer service. I appreciate how Eduardo handled the oversight with great care. It does matter how you treat people. And of course, I enjoyed my food.

OMGosh, my first time, the Santa Barbara Burger absolutely 💯 to die for, my friend had the Ahi Burger and hasnt stopped asking to go back. Their onion rings cannot be surpassed, the only drawback, they dont have LARGE shakes which also are so luscious. Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water. Thanks 4 everything!!

This is the second time I ordered via the app and they messed up. Both times I ordered ranch sauce for my tempura greens and they didn’t include. This time I even asked verbally and they assured me it was in the bag and still they didn’t include it. Plus I ordered ahead of time by the app but they don’t prepare it till I arrive and I still had to wait 10-15 mins so what is the point?

My 2nd experience resulted in filing a formal complaint to Corporate for COLD FRIES.After being rebated by Corporate with a free meal, my experience seemed to of been corrected, but it was short lived. I take my family here once a month, since the grand opening.The last 3 months have resulted in COLD FRIES!!! I will be filing a 2nd Formal Complaint for repetitive COLD FRIES!! WHY The Habit doesnt use heat lamps because they say they cook fries per order, BUT THEY DONT COOK PER ORDER!Initial/Original Review:Outstanding an excellent choice of hamburgers, charbroiled over an open flame and Grill. The Habit has reasonably priced hamburgers of numerous customized types. Prices are very reasonable approximately $5 for a double Charburger. Meal deal for $8 cannot be beat for the quality and size of the meal.In-N-Out has some serious competition as well as every Burger Grill in Lancaster and Palmdale. French fries are great; much better than the little pieces one gets at In-N-Out, these days.I will never eat at McDonalds again; which is located right down the street.Onion rings are outstanding and make me wonder if these are from Vidalia Georgia i.e. onions. Onions are sweet and the breading is perfectly fried.Habit lived up to and exceeded my expectations thank you for a wonderful meal. Best hamburgers in town in my opinion.

This place cant stop disappointing. First they stopped cooking food the way you want it. Next they completely leave my meal out of my drive through order. Then they dont have a working phone number that reaches the location so that anybody can do anything about it. Instead the refer you to a website because thats all they offer now. 3 trips and 3 horrible experiences. Sad to see a habit Burger that is run so poorly that this is what they are becoming. Happy to not be returning.

Good food. Every meal ends up around 12 to 15 dollars. . Dine in now avaliable. They are making tables with stickers to let you know they been cleaned. All though one table was marked clean and clearly was not. When a customer called them out on dirty table. It was quickly cleaned for guest and apologies were made. Overall clean and friendly.

Drive thru is a insane wait time, everyone has same idea and the line takes a bit, no ones fault, good food !! If u are willing, park and head inside for quicker service. Then wait in vehicle. The cashier was distracted barely made eye contact with us, she was busy talking to someone through the ear piece. Seemed her shift was coming to an end...and maybe thats why she was already checked out lol then our food came and the guacamole and beef patties were over seasoned...i had to add peppers in order to try and balance out the excess salt....Im sure this was an off day for them. Theyre usually not this bad.

The food is great but unfortunately Every time I visit this particular Habit Restaurant to get a Bite to eat with My Family The Managers have Favoritism and theres Discrimination with some of the employees doing always the Janitorial Duties 90% of the time instead of Rotating ALL employees equally as mentioned when they were hired to do different duties for each of their working Days 😢

The friendliest staff of any habit spots Ive been to. They even come around the dining tables to check in on how things are going and if you need anything else. Above and beyond for a fast casual restaurant. Food preparation was among the top notch versus other habit stores. Devin provided excellent service along with a couple other employees as well.

Love the burgers. Great options and ability to customize the burger. Meat is quality. Staff is delightful. Everything tastes fresh and is cooked to order. No frozen patties here. I can hardky make one better at home. Great selection of sauces, dressings, add on items. Only issue is parking, but even that isnt too bad. You can also order ahead which is super convenient.
