The Habit Burger Grill (Drive-Thru) in Upland

This place will slop on the mayo when you order no mayo... They will serve you old cold burgers and the child at the window will call you bro when you are handed yout 15.00 each burgers. Dont go here unless you like food poisoning.

Visited the Habit Grill in Upland Calif.I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and ample seating.Ordering was a breeze and we only waited a short time before our food was ready.Delicious!I tried their new pulled pork sandwhich. To my surprise there was a hamburger patty under the pork, pickles and coleslaw.We also ordered one of the large salads which was also delicious.We will be back! YumFYI: This location has a drive-thru, how convenient is that!

I probably love burgers more than I should, especially in the last few years. And when you add grilled onions you cant go wrong. Especially a cheeseburger from The Habit Then add a side of fried string beans, wow!! And dont forget the side of ranch, the yummy ranch you can never find in the grocery store. Have you ever tried a salad here?? Fully loaded with flavor and filling to top it off. I would recommend eating here. 😊😊😊

Im not sure if I have ever gotten the order correct when I go thru the drive thru, tonight I ordered 3 burgers and an order of green beans, and when the order was repeated back to me whoever took my order realest the 3 burgers and the green beans. But when I get home there is no green beans. I hope when starting getting $20 an hour they can get the orders correct.

Now this is how all other Habits should be. Management and staff are nice & welcoming, the place was clean, and food was delicious. I highly recommend coming to this particular Habit.

They have fell off a little bit Santa Barbara char was over cooked and Pattys werent on the bread sandwich was kinda sloppy and frys were kinda bits and pieces

The food is great, as usual, and delicious. However, for to go orders, its a bit frustrating when you verbally confirm everything in the order is in the bag and you get home at the order is very short of items. This isnt the first time. Do we have to go through the bag to make sure every item in the order is there?! Plus, the items we did bring home werent made how we requested.

The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Friendly servers,sparkling clean restaurant and loads of free parking.BTW-The Ahi Tuna sandwich with avocado is terrific!

This must’ve been THE WORST Habit experience I’ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we’re trained to give great customer service. The food wasn’t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don’t go here!! The one on campus in the colonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would’ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.

Nice clean seating area. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Onion rings crispy. Garlic parmesan fries were too heavy in flavor. It was only enjoyable for the first five bites. I recommend these fries be a shared item.
