WOW! Please book Chef Rachel and her team for your next event. First and foremost, she is incredibly sweet and charismatic. She has a true passion for cooking. The food tasted amazing! Our guest kept asking where we found her lol. She has exceptional reviews for a reason! I am looking forward to booking her again!

I have no words for Chef Rachel and her team outside of AMAZING! The excellence and presentation is off the charts! Our nonprofit contracts with The Jazzy Flamingo for all of our larger community events because they customize the experience, deliver 5-star excellence, and are timely in responding to our needs until we are satisfied with the service. She even provided vegan/vegetarian options for our participants with food restrictions. I HIGHLY recommend The Jazzy Flamingo for all of your catering needs, upscale and delicious is her expertise!

Chef Rachel and her team were absolutely patient, kind courteous and professional from beginning to end. I reached out to her to cater a hospital event we we’re having for Doctors Day. Let me just say the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! I ordered salmon, chicken and Alfredo pasta, salad, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and shrimp cocktail.The food was seasoned well and full of flavor.I will definitely order again in the near future. My doctors are still raving about the food!

I was in desperate need for a caterer for my wedding and I happened to run into Rachel at my Retail store. I hired her for my wedding. She totally blew my expectations away! All the food was amazing! This experience was one of the most amazing and I’ve booked multiple chefs before! Everybody for my event enjoyed everything and we even had a big thing of leftovers. So I heard about the jazzy flamingo on Google maps and I am a single guy who doesn’t particularly like to cook for himself. So let me just say I was thrilled to find a place like this that cooks delicious gourmet food and is right around the corner from me. So today I ordered the lemon butter pepper wings and they were absolutely amazing. The seasoning was zesty and the tartness of the lemon was perfect. Not to mention the buttery crispness... I chose bleu cheese to dip them in and they were perfect with or without the bleu cheese. I really like the way she seasons the fries as well. Serious restaurant quality stuff here.

The best darn experience I have ever had! The food was so moist and flavourful. The service was amazing!!!! I highly recommend the jazzy flamingo to anyone who is looking for a chef. She is on time, professional and informative on how she prepared the meal. The best part was she used no salt and you couldnt even tell. Packed with flavor the entire way thru. Just ask around excellent!!!

Chef Rachel was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish she made the whole process of hosting Christmas dinner so enjoyable, easy, and fun! She listens to everything you want from budget to menu to dealing with the picky eaters. I will definitely hire Chef Rachel again! You won’t have to worry about her being on time, or wondering if she will deliver your vision, she’s like a genie your wish is her command! When in doubt hire Rachel for your next event, you won’t regret it!
