Stopped by for dinner last night and it was not too busy.They have a large menu to choose from and several choices for beer and wine.I ordered the Mediterranean platter as an appetizer which consisted of Tzatziki and cucumber, hummus with peppers, red onion and olives, and goat cheese with carrots and red onions. This was served with a side of pita bread and was absolutely delicious.As our main dish I had the salmon plate and my wife had the chicken breast risotto.The salmon was a bit bland being slightly under seasoned and the risotto was overly seasoned which made the dish slightly unpleasant.The chicken breast was very flavorful but the dijon mustard-type dressing on the chicken was strong and we had to scrape most of it off in order for it to be enjoyable. This has the same batch of risotto as the salmon plate so it was the same issue.Both dishes came with steamed vegetables (green squash, yellow squash, and broccoli) and and two asparagus spears which were all quite delicious.With this we ordered two sprites which came in to-go cups and we werent sure if refills were included as we were never asked by the server if we wanted a refill, but then again we never asked.In all for these 2 drinks and 2 plates and 1 appetizer our bill was $65. Not terrible but not a budget friendly spot.I wouldnt have an issue with the price if the salmon plate would have been better but I could have had a similar bland dish having made it at home for less.Generally I go out to eat when Im bored of my simple food at home. High prices for plain foods are not ideal for me but the then again this place has such a large menu that I cant base my opinion in just these two dishes alone.Next time I will stop by for breakfast and then lunch.

The food is always really good here. I recommend either trying the chicken or steak salads. And if you want a tasty quality burger, you wont be disappointed. My wife & I come here from downtown Long Beach. We wish they closed a little later at 9:00 pm, but we understand it must be tough to stay open longer during these economic times. The service is A+, and the servers are always checking from time to time if you need anything. They make sure the tables are clean and ready and the restrooms are always clean. 👌 They have a nice outside patio, so its nice we can bring our little dog with us. They also carry a nice selection of wines, and their desserts are delicious 👍🏼

This place has great on the healthy side options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their fresh orange juice is refreshing and paired well with the chicken avocado panini I ordered. You can substitute fries for fruit or other options they have. I Was not disappointed at all with today’s breakfast. Outdoor seating is available and it was great eating outdoors under nice weather. I hope I can come back soon.

The line to order is so long. Took us about 30 to 40 minutes to place the order. The food came out quickly, hot and delicious. It taste great. The service was also great as the staff is very nice and attentive. I had one major problem though. Because the line is so long the doors remain open allowing for flies to come into the diner making my meal an unpleasant one. As I receive my order I expect to be able to enjoy it without having to shoot flies away from my plate. Unfortunately one did land on my plate, ruining my appetite. So delicious but flies make unsanitary.

Was visiting my Father over the weekend and he recommend to eat at this local place and wow, I’m sure glad he did! The food is incredibly fresh and they have an incredibly great menu with a variety of choices to choose from like burgers, salads, wraps, pastas, seafood, sandwiches and more! I was a little hesitant to order this shrimp and salmon with risotto plate because of how high the price of the dish was, but I have no regrets! I really wish they would open up more locations, especially in the Temecula SoCal area, because they would do soo well!!

Customer services is the worst! I can hardly hear them so I told this blonde hair girl to speak up. no, she ends up yelling at me with an awful tone. ( I asked her name, her name is Denise rude cashier ever). And dont get me started with the manager, One of the manager curse so much I can hear her at the dining table. Plus she never looks happy. She walks around giving everyone side eye. Food was cold as well. Cashier took my order wrong and drink had a piece of hair. This was my first time coming here, never again.

Great place to eat if you are looking for a healthy alternative all though they have burgers and fries too. I got the chicken tenders for starters and they where surprisingly good and stayed warm for a long g time meaning they where cooked correctly.For main entree I ordered the salmon sandwich which was really good, it didn’t have a fishy taste salmon was tender and well cooked.The 2nd entree was the shrimp and salmon plate which was also really good shrimp had good texture and was cooked well.I also had some rosatello pink wine which was sweet and complemented the food well

My first time coming to this place for brunch and it is definitely a place with great food. The prices are very reasonable as well add the serving size. They have freshly squeezed orange juice 😱. Food is very tasty and you can either eat inside or out on the patio. Ill be coming back for sure.

Ordered salmon salad dinners. The salmon filets were good size but way way over cooked. The salad was excellent but when you pay $43 for two salads you would like to enjoy the salmon. If I had not gone through the drive thru I would have returned these. I know they have a reputation for good food but this was not what anyone would have enjoyed.

I recently visited The Market Place Grill and was blown away by their delicious salmon plate. The fish was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful flavor that was complemented by the side dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting and made for a great dining experience. I highly recommend giving The Market Place Grill a try, especially if youre a fan of seafood. This is one of my go to spots when Im in the mood for some good high quality food. My wife and I always come for breakfast and I usually end up getting the breakfast wrap with fruit or the breakfast sandwich with fruit. I also always get the iced mocha, its delicious! The menu is too hard to read and only one of the heat lamps work for outside guest. I asked about the owner and was told they spend a lot a time at their new restaurant these days. ( Deep breath in and out. ). Perhaps they should make sure this one is right before moving on. Disappointing.

My extended family and I have been coming to this location since it opened. But lately the food is not what it use to be and they always get the order wrong even after repeating the order 3 or more times. My husband and I dinned in again last week and same thing again. Wrong items and not as good. Got mojo potatoes instead of greek fries and they were hard as a rock. Weve ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received a grilled cheese. Also youll order one thing then they come and tell you we actually dont have that. We are both very disappointed in the service and food.

We went here recently for breakfast on a Sunday morning after church. The lines were long, but we found a table for 7 people. fter everyone ordered I noticed going back to the table it was one with high chairs and we had one person with limited leg mobility. Although it was very busy a staff member helped us arranging a couple other tables, so we could still have breakfast together and all this happened even before the breakfast arrived. It was my first time eating here, we took one of my coworker’s for a Birthday lunch.I sat in the outside patio area and I sat on a chair that was full or a sticky substance (syrup). When I tried to get up my butt was stuck to the chair =\My coworker went to call a manager and a girl came and spoke to me. When I explained the situation they acted like it was no big deal, mind you I’m on my lunch and I have to go back to work with 2 huge white stains on my butt. The least they could have done is shown more empathy but they didn’t seem to even care. I expected for them to handle the situation differently. Coming from a customer service background I felt they didn’t value me as a patron. I asked the “manager” if she could give me a partial refund on my meal since the whole ordeal caused me to lose my appetite. She told me that she couldn’t offer me a refund but offered me a few drinks.I’m really disappointed in the way I was treated. They have 0 concept of customer service. I will definitely never return to this place. They need better customer service!

Im so glad they reopened their drive thru service, but service here in general can be lacking since Ive never considered The Marketplace Grill as a fast food place. The food they serve is gourmet, but overall service is never perfect. Been going here nearly a decade and 52.9% of the time theres an issue with my order. Five stars for atmosphere only because of the ever flowing fountain they have outside. My go to sides are potatoes with a side of different potatoes (feta fries and sweet potato fries). Ive always wondered what makes the Asian Chicken salad Asian? The mandarins? The wonton strips?

This is absolutely one of my favorite places to get takeout from. There is a lot of variety here and I do frequently try new things. I would say the quality is not quite the same as pre-Covid when this was a popular dine in restaurant, but still good. The sandwiches or anything with steak is overly expensive though and to me, doesn’t seem like super high grades of steak to merit the price. Overall though this is still a very frequent spot for me and my partner to get some dinner that is not fast food. Reco the Asian chicken salad, the bbq bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich, and the chicken Alfredo pasta. The feta fries are a must side.

My review for this time around was more for management this morning. I believe her name was Anne? Besides her the female at the counter was very kind and apologetic and everything was good. We came in to have breakfast on my birthday and when we were about to pay they started having issues with their card payment machine. After a few attempts the manager asked us to wait aside to see if they can get it resolved. Fast forward we got our food that was ordered but never paid for it so we decided to start eating assuming everything was sorted out since there was no communication or update (Granted we couldve asked but its a business you should be able to update your customers when THEY are having the ones having issues.) Anyways mid meal the manager Anne? Came to us an stated the card machine wasnt working and if we had cash? We stated no and she just starred at us without offering solutions and told us to theres a chase bank in the corner. So mid meal I had to walk to cvs to pay fees on their ATM to get money to pay for our meals. This particular experience will unfornately due to poor management and communication will probably cause me not to come back. Food was good, drinks were good, cashier amazing and apologetic. Plenty of patio seating outside, to take advantage of the warm summer nights and modern style booths & tables inside too. Portions are on the larger side & is very fresh. Salads are HUGE! The slice looks like it was 1/4 of the cheesecake!!! I brought home the Baklava (with ice cream... made the 30+ min drive home. Popped it immediately into the freezer). Baklava was good! Really big piece, maybe a 3-4 inch triangle. Lots of nuts. Its sweet, but with all the nuts, it wasnt cloying, like Ive had before. Id order it again. Bf loved the cheesecake and savored this one slice in two sittings. Told him we need to come back here & try out the rest of the menu.Staff was very efficient, could use a bit more friendliness, but I can tell theyre all experienced with a lunch/dinner rush. (We just missed that at 730pm). Restaurant is very presentable. Its the kind of place youd meet up for a business lunch with coworkers or an upscale from fast foord, but more chill than a sit down dinner at a big restaurant chain. Love the vibe. I have bought food here since they first opened and it was delicious I referred many friends who were also very satisfied with everything from customer service to the food but this year I have to say either they changed chef’s or something because this is the third time I am not satisfied with the food I bought at first I thought maybe it’s just me second time I thought ok it’s not me and third time I decided I’ll give it another try and definitely they are not cooking the food the same maybe changing ingredients but my panini chicken was dry hardly any avocado or cheese the chicken breast looked and tasted very dry as if it was left overs of yesterday like chewy and the hummus just taste terrible now my pita was cold and hard to chew and this has happened on 3 occasions so sad it I will be looking else for another place that serves good paninis. I know everything has gone up and I think that it is affecting small businesses and that is why the are not serving the same like they use to and from the reviews I can see that it’s not just me. Decided to take the time to do this review in hopes that if the owner see’s it he can Adress the issue in the kitchen and fix it to not lose customer’s like I said before it was delicious but lately friends and family have shared the same experience with other dishes and they don’t go anymore. Poor customer service! While the food is good, the service is lacking! Attempted to call in an order yesterday, and when the phone was answered the lady on the other end picked up the phone, said “We’re busy, call back in 20 minutes” and hung up! No apologies, no attempt at customer service, just rudeness! while I understand they get busy, The fact that I’ve patronized this restaurant (as well as my friends) on many occasions and have spent a substantial amount of money there, causes me to expect some level of customer service to continue as a repeat customer. Sadly, this is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service from this location (the first time was in person). At first I thought the person was just having a bad day, but after today’s incident, I realize there may be an internal training issue. Very disappointed.

I did an online order and my food was ready when I got there so that was a plus, it wasn’t busy at all when I arrived so I was able to get to the cash register right away. I had to call in a couple things because they don’t give you any option to add on extra stuff, put in notes for putting things in the side, no á la carte options, etc. I attempted to pick up my order through the drive thru but was denied and had to back out of their long drive thru to get out and head inside, not sure why this is a rule and it’s inconvenient when they have a drive thru. The customer service here is not that great, they’re not rude but they don’t care much about giving a great experience. No greeting, no thank you, and when a discrepancy was brought up they didn’t care to fix it and just said they were sorry. I was excited about the variety of food but once I got my hummus and salmon Greek salad I was extremely disappointed due to how bland everything was. Literally no seasoning on the salmon at all and this is the only place I’ve been to that has such thin salmon! It was so dry and bland, had to season it myself when I got home. The salad also had no flavor and instead of Greek dressing I got oil and basaltic vinegar. Call me crazy but salads have flavor to me, this one was flavorless and the amount you get for the price is just sad. The hummus was also extremely bland and barely decent enough to eat. This place is pricey and I spent a lot of money, the disappointment I experienced in both customer service and food will make me look elsewhere. I’ve never had bad Mediterranean cuisine until I came here. Maybe it was the cooks that worked there today around lunch time, but either way it was just plain awful.

I enjoy this place and the price is definitely reasonable. I personally like their pasta but i’ve heard lots about the salads and sandwiches. They also have a drive through which is rare considering it isn’t a fast food. The presentation of the food is nice as well which is always a plus. It never takes too long. When I called the restaurant to ask if we could still come pick it up, I was left on hold for about 15 minutes and then when I called back, no one answered (I called about 5 times). You do have to make line to order your food, they give you a table number and you go on your quest of finding a table. Thats where the. 5 comes off. We have a family that needs a keto, gluten free, lactose free menu. This place has something for everyone and it is fresh and tasty. I had a chicken wrap and took half of it home. GF keto son had a shrimp salad and was very happy. My spouse got a hearty pasta dish that filled him up. It was crowded and we were worried about getting a nice table but the staff took care of finding a nice table for our party of 7 and brought ice water upon request so we didn’t need to buy drinks, which is our choice. Definitely will go again.

Horrible Customer Service; I question their professionalism, and ability to serve. I order food, asking to take leave out certain items. Very simple request.... I had to send back the order twice, as in, one time to many. (Being lenient) The first time the manager brought it to me; I opened the box infront of her and pointed to the item that was right there. She took the food back and had the cooks replace it. She gave me another box; I opened it, and once more, it was right there. I told her to look, she took the box back, and told one of the kitchen staff to Just take that piece of right there. I had to return the food and ask for my money back. Throughout the situation (8:17p-8:48p), she never apologized to me; however, she did apologize to the customers she had to interrupt to give me my money back from the cashiers drawer.To add, the reason I was specific with my order, was because the last time I order the certain item from here, noone told me what came inside of it; but I took it anyways, and gave it away. Umm first of all I don’t think they know what salt is🤢 the food had no flavor, I don’t know in what country fries have coriander. The customer service is horrible they took about 10 minutes to bring us a to go box which I don’t know why we asked for one we aren’t gonna eat the food. Overall do not recommend and will never come here again.

Great food, great service, and detailed oriented employee. The biggest gripe about this place its always crowded because its so good. You cannot take a seat inside the restaurant unless you order your food first they have an outside patio with makes it easy to eat outside but if you want to have air conditioning you have to be inside.

I have been a frequent customer for about 4 years now!! but let me tell you something about their service!!! I decided to take my wife, mother in law and my son who is 9 yrs. old and is currrently battling brain cancer. So i walk in and decided to sit in a booth with my son, while my wife orders, the servers comes up to me and asked if i had ordered already, and i said NO, he then says ill have to notify management (RAT) you all know what happens to rats!!!lol. Then a young guy who says hes the manager says its their policy (yes, i did explain to them my sons diagnosis) didnt seem to care one bit!! let me tell you no one complained and there were many tables open at the time. It wasnt until the REAL Manager came (nice lady) and apologized and said we could stay there. I hope another family that has a disability will never have to encounter such dumb A** service like this at this establishment ever!!! I hope i never see the server or suppose manager ever!!!

Do yourselves a favor and pass on this place. Son ordered a 8oz rib eye steak cooked medium rare, they brought him a flank steak cooked well burnt. My wife ordered shrimp and risotto, the risotto WAS NOT Arborio Rice it was long grain rice that was COLD AND DRY. I ordered a chicken focaccia panini, I got a toasted chicken sandwich NOT ON FOCACCIA it was just plain bread. And FYI, my wife and I tried this place when it first opened up. Not much has changed food quality wise.

Alaways saw this place in passing got to try for the first time today and horribly regret it. First off my order was wrong the girls on the register were rude to me and my mom. Its to a point where its a bit overwhelming to read it, in a good way I guess.Ive got the philly panini that came with sweet potato fries and the very cheesy risotto. The panini was very flavorful and the meat was tender. Their sweet potato fries were crispy and well-seasoned! Risotto is probably the cheesiest Ive had. I liked it a lot, but if you arent a fan of cheese, Id suggest you to stay away.My meal was concluded with a cheesecake and a tiramisu shared with everyone. The tiramisu was really good with such aromatic espresso flavor. The cheesecake tasted like a cheesecake, not bad but nothing I would write more about.Some of us were happy with our meal, some werent. It makes sense because I dont suppose theyll make every item perfectly. If youre disappointed the first time, I think it was worth another shot.Service was prompt and friendly. Our server came to check on us 2-3 times and made sure we had everything we needed. There were enough big tables to accommodate bigger groups too!Prices were $10-15 per person, roughly.

I ended up in the hospital after eating mushroom soup in that restaurant that was one of my favorites, the cause I discovered later, weeks later they closed this place because they apparently found rats.I will never come back to that place, plus they don’t have accommodations for people with Disabilities they sent my autistic son out of a table because he had not ordered first, they should know that for Autistic children it is difficult to stand still in the line waiting, I give this restaurant 1 start because there is not option to give -5

Absolutely the best service Ive ever had!My kid accidentally spilled his milk and got it all over his breakfast. We ended up sharing food since his got ruined. A few minutes later our waiter came over and brought him a replacement plate. I thought that was so thoughtful and observant of him. I had a burger with sides of fries and fruits; the burger was dry and bland even though seasoning is visible on the patty so it may be frozen, fries we cold oily and had a dusting of parsley to fancyfy the meal. The fruit was ok which was also the only part of the meal that I enjoyed.
