The Mustard Seed in Cerritos

The service is amazing! The ambiance reminds me of a forest, it’s nice. The menu is multicultural and fully vegan, which I really appreciate because we need more vegan restaurants. But, the food is just ok, could be better. I think the best thing we tasted was the Loaded Cajun Fries.

The food was spectacular, I’m so glad more plant based restaurants are opening up. You don’t want to miss this one, they have a diverse menu and we were so happy they had vegan beignets! The crunchy tacos and cheese fritters were delicious too! Highly recommend!

Food is great! we had wraps, jalapeño poppers, and beignets. Everything was delicious. Also the agua fresca was very good. we will come back.

We ordered the Loco Moco and Taco Bowl. After lunch they gave us free beignets as it is their opening.Wow has it been awhile since I have been so impressed with a restaurant at very first visit. Seriously recommend getting the beignets they are light enough to eat after and are so good. We were both thrilled with the food and looking forward to coming back to try more.

This place is Amazing! Best Vegan food around!! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Just a wonderful place to sit,relax and enjoy food and enjoy the ambiance. The owners are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Go check it out. You wont be disappointed .

Best Vegan food in California! Food are delicious specially the loco moco and Happy Hawaiian. Good service and their menu have different international cuisine inspired. Super nice ambiance inside. Very clean and service is awesome.

So 1st of all I hate vegan food and have never liked anything I tasted....UNTIL I CAME TO THE MUSTARD SEED. I cant speak enough about how delicious all the food was and it taste so flavorful and well seasoned and definitely doesnt taste vegan lol. I love my meat but this is the one vegan restaurant I will come back to again and again and again. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was delightful. Everyone has a smile on their face and are happy to serve you. The Strawberry hibiscus is the best Ive had and my fav dish was the spicy beef tacos...mmmmmm but also had the Cajun fries and the jalapeño cauliflower and EVERYTHING was delicious. Also love that they are spreading the word of God here as well. Trust me if you come try them once you will def be back

The food was delicious! It has been a while since Ive had real crab cakes and after becoming vegetarian, I didnt look for them. But these crab cakes were amazing! The flavors and the texture sealed it for me. My husband loved the loco moco. We added The Mustard to our list of restaurants for dont want to cook dinner nights.

Awesome vegan soul food! Beignets - delicious! Grit fritters awesome... tofu miso crunch wrap was great! Cant wait to try the rest.

Great vegan location that popped up recently. The Loco moco hits the spot, and the beignents are delicious. Friendly staff and upbeat ambiance. Highly recommend!
