I rate Mango Beef Noodle 0/5, very bad. The mango beef noodle has a very artificial blue/green color; it tastes very artificial too though the restaurant people said spinach noodle; no spinach has blue color like that. The beef was dry and chewy.The papaya salad is 1/5. If the owner want to save cost, please use cabbage or iceberg lecture instead of mix spring. The arugula aroma is overwhelming that papaya and sauce.The chicken wings is 3/5. The sauce and seasoning are good, but the sauce was flooded; so much sauce. The chicken wings is fine by itself, no need ranch (they gave me ranch).Its my first time trying and support local restaurant, but its so disappointed. :(

Thai fusion is here! From service to presentation for a small restaurant with big appeasing taste in different dishes, brings this place alive. Friday evenings get crowded while waiting for fresh food. The Thai Tea can be made with coconut milk and is oh so good!

I ordered pho and grilled chicken around 11:20 if I remember correctly. I got there around 12:10 but my order was still not ready. Gave atleast 2 stars because the staff were super nice. Food was not too bad. Hopefully next time ill have a better experience.

My wifes Favorite Chinese/Asian-Fusion Restaurant in the area; but not my first Chinese choice, because the Noodle House is too healthy for my preference; but I definitely recommend anyway, when one is looking for a good, healthy East Bay Eats.PARKING (only negative):The parking is inconvenient, becuase the restaurant is at the end w/ no exit, where it is mostly, near full (I mainly blame Little Caesars which I still give a 4-Star) & the number of other businesses jammed in a small parking lot (ugh!).Daytime: Very Busy. Nighttime: Moderately Busy (until Lil Ceasar closes) where the parking lot is near full anyway. Also slightly dark w/ just enough lighting coming from the lit up business signs. Parking Lot is one way in & one way out and a pain when driving a large truck/SUV w/ other cars moving around, AND for our seniors/disabled, there are only 2 Disabled Parking Spaces for the entire strip mall, which these 2 parking spaces are kinda out of the way from the restaurant entry (not their fault).APPEARANCE:Very Clean Restaurant & Bathrooms, Friendly Customer Service, Food smells terrific where one can easily witness first hand the Cooks cooking right when you walk-in, big screen TVs throughout w/ the local sports on, only indoor seating that accommodates up to 30 people, a few bar stool seating, would be considered a small place, but the Noodle House does a great job on making the restaurant feel more roomy with an open floor plan.TAKE-OUT QUALITY:We typically order take-out, therefore I would suggest calling in your order before picking up. Unlike other Chinese restaurants (precooked and ready in 15 min.), the Noodle House is fresh, made-to-order, and takes about 30 min. to prepare.Also, the Take-out food (like everywhere else, the food tends to cool down once we arrive at our house), so we reheat in the microwave (ugg@#%), but fortunately the Noodle House food integrity remains just as hot & delicious as dining in.FOOD:The Noodle House is a more healthier Chinese choice. The chicken breast, as well as the noodles, vegetables and fresh-cut Basil leaves (my Fav!!) are served fresh daily and the overall taste shows for its freshness.OVERALL:I give this restaurant a 5-Star for their healthy, delicious, quality tasting food & quantity of portions served; their welcoming & friendly customer service (which the hostess/cashier is fluent in both English & Spanish), therefore the Noodle House is an effective team; but a 2-Star for the inconvenient parking😵, and 10?-Star for me🤪 being confused when I walk in, smelling fresh basil cooked Chinese food while I finally see (behind the oz curtain) Mexican chefs are the only ones cooking?🤯

Oh my gosh, I cant tell you enough how much I love this restaurant. This is a cute little asian fusion noodle house. My favorite is the red curry noodles. If you like spicy, this dish is the perfect blend of flavor and spice! Might be a little hot for people who are sensitive to heat, but for me it is the perfect level. My mom also tries other dishes and is never disappointed. If you like noodles, you definitely have to make a trip here. It wont be your last!

This is a typical mom & pop place. Run by the owner himself. The food has always been great and theyre also bilingual. The chef adopted his ideas from a restaurant he used to work in downtown sf and can clearly taste the genuine sf quality and it does not pit a huge dent in your wallet. Best place and no other like it. Id highly recommend either going for the mango chicken or the spicy coconut chicken/shrimp 🍤 🍗

Its crazy to read that this place has good reviews about their food being delicious. I even wonder if those people have even left the area to taste better food. Wife and I ordered the Thai coconut soup and beef noodle broth ( their version of pho) both broth watered down. It was so hard to enjoy it when there was better we have tasted before. Only good thing was the friendly service.

Is a small place but thats what make it a hidden treasure. The drinks are delicious and so is the food. The people are nice and down-to-earth. And if they make a mistake (which they dont do often), theyll fix it.So whatever you close to El Sobrante or De Anza High School; pay them a visit.

Very generous portions, which can be good or bad depending on what youre getting. Satay tofu was pretty good, great peanut sauce. The vegetable curry noodles I can take or leave. Shredded carrots and carrot medallions; would rather have one or the other. Its a lot of noodles, and a lot of coconut curry.

I like going for lunch it usually isnt busy food comes out better. I have tried a couple of entrees on the menu cashew noodle is my favorite. Spring rolls are also good. Compared to other similar restaurants this is my 2nd choice. Prices or a bit higher.

I’ve been coming here for the past several years and pretty much have tried every vegetarian, tofu and chicken dish they serve. I’m mostly vegetarian and they have a lot of choices and more so than Thr Pho house down the street that has just 2. I’ve rarely been dissapointed. Once I ordered the shrimp appetizer and it was a bit burnt.The egg rolls are very basic and not that special and are a bit over priced for mostly cabbage. The prices have increased by a dollar on most entrees but you get a generous portion. You can request a different type of noodle if you don’t like the type it comes with. The veggies are fresh and very crisp. (I hate limp veggies!) The curries are really good especially the Pumpkin (mom’s favorite and has went back two days in a row just to eat it again.) The soups are big enough to share. The coconut soup is really nice on a cold rainy day. They have a kind of limited dessert menu but the mango bites are da bomb! I order it with coconut ice cream which goes perfect with the warm buttery caramel and slices of mango. I’d go there just for that! On the down side, it is a bit small and with the open kitchen, it can get quite warm in there. Sometimes it’s a little too dark in there and I wish there was a little bit more light. They have two Tv’s that normally just plays soccer/ Spanish language channels. Often there is just one waitress and if it’s busy, so sometimes your water may not be refilled even so, you still get your food pretty much as soon as it gets put out. When it’s busy at the strip there, parking can be a problem and there’s been times we skipped going because there was no parking. Still it’s convenient and within walking distance from home and are pretty consistent in quality of food and service. It’s my go to spot.

This is what you get if you go to an Asian Fusion place run by people on the other side of the planet from these dishes roots. Basically, what we ate was some combination of pasta with hints of Asian food resemblance and food that tasted like people dont know how to cook well. Maybe Im spoiled by the closer Bay Area restaurants and my boyfriend and I were just looking for something to satisfy our hunger so far removed from home, but this place would not be somewhere to try again.The dishes are poorly spiced. The food quality is meh to bland. The service was weak. I dont know if our server was overwhelmed or what, but he literally asked me 5x when taking my order for the same thing I said over and over again, and he still forgot things. He also took 20 minutes just to bring us water (we had to remind him 3x). There was only one server.So if you want tasty food, or even Asian food thats ok or better, skip this place. If youre completely starved, maybe go here, but there are generic food chains nearby that would probably offer a better meal.

We had a party of 4.5 for dinner so we had a few different dishes to try. Everything was delicious. I personally dont eat them but my parents raved about how fresh the peppers tasted and not over cooked. I had the shaved noodle sirloin soup. Yum!! The broth tasted better some pho places around here, the noodles were fresh and the sirloin... OMG, like nam nam style, not sliced beef. 😍Its a small place. Every table was taken and service was excellent. The kitchen is open so you can watch them work. Its fun watching them stretch the dough for the noodles. Will definitely return and try more stuff.

The Noodle House is hands down the best place to eat in El Sobrante. My boyfriend & I eat here at least once a week. Its the only restaurant we enjoy spending money at! Overcooked to the point where a piece of chicken takes 1 minute to chew and swallow.Weird flavors for the kung pao. Noodles are overcooked. Egg rolls are crispy on the outside and soggy inside. Thai iced tea was warm and melted the ice in a matter of seconds.Waitress was nice, but brought us one napkin with two forks. I dunno, I dont think this will be a place Ill try again. If you call yourself a noodle house and overcook the noodles, it aint exactly promising.

Food is good. Service this time was horrible. The lemon inside the water had mold and I noticed when I almost finished. The food is good. This time the service was horrible. When I almost finished drinking the water, I noticed that the lemon was moldy, I took it out of the glass and the texture was watery and there you can see the rottenness. The waitress spent her time on her cell phone and chatting with the person who cooked, she did not put spoons on the plates to serve the food, I had to stop to ask her and although there were 3 dishes, she only gave me 2 spoons. I do not plan to return, this was my second and last time.

It is a good place for food with excellent seasoning and large portions, the service is good, I only find a few drawbacks, it is a small place, it does not sell alcohol and when many people take their food there, but if you have time, you will enjoy a good meal I personally like the chicken mango, and the soups although they are huge.

In this small but very cozy place you will find a fusion of noodle food with its wide variety of soups such as coconut shrimp soup, one of my favorites, or its delicious chicken mango or what about its fried banana with snow? avocado, coconut, mango among other flavors, it is a place that you should visit if you like good food, and still a very affordable price and also a friendly service by its owners Miguel and Raúl who love and enjoy doing this for their clients for the last 15 years. The only drawback is that, as I said before, its small and has about 15 tables and one more space in its bar for about 6 more people. People come to this place early because they dont know if its busy, but the food it comes out very fast.
