Again and Again this is THE BEST BURGER IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!! Perfectly cooked, delicious brioche bun, the grass fed beef is ground into tender delicious hamburger meat that is juicy, flavorful and not too fatty.Literally perfect! I order my own made up special of crispy onion rings, Swiss cheese, raw onions and pickles. Heaven. Fries could of been cooked a little more, next time i will order extra crispy. Their salad is yummy organic greens, julienned carrot, cucumber & raw onion and sun-dried tomatoes with their house made blue cheese dressing its tangy and great to dip fries or burger into as well.My server was delightful, kind and attentive! I love this place, casual and quirky and best foods. Thank you

Just completely awesome, so if you enter from the front door, you will be greeted with a smiling face, and a wide variety of beer, spirits, and wine. If you continue down thats where the restaurant is. Ive been coming here for a couple of years, its got some good food. Come on in, and see what its all about.

Special place. Kept special by special people—particularly Sir Conrad The Rad. The selection of “adult beverages” here is incredible, and Conrad knows just about everything there is to know on this topic. Heck, the man even brews his own mead. Added bonus: they serve food here, too. And it’s legit delicious food. Bar area in the back with several beers on tap. Plenty of parking behind and around. Close to downtown Ojai, off the main street. Check this place out. Thank me later.

The Ojai Beverage Co. is a true Oasis in California for fans of alcohol in any variety. And awesome food. The store part has the best selection of beers in CA I’ve ever seen. Snagged some Pliny the Elder some Purple Tears after our lunch. The restaurant portion has a good sized menu with lots of variety and delicious food. The staff were all super friendly and great. Worth a trip out here just for Ojai Beverage Co alone. PS - their selection of beer, wine, and hard alcohol is big enough to almost hide the restaurant. You may think you died and went to heaven after seeing their selection.

The food is really good this is literally a liquor store with a full restaurant in the back part of the store. The is always a great selection of craft beers on tap. Their house margarita good of you are not a beer drinker. The people who work there are great, friendly and always have great suggestions.This time I had the fried chicken sandwich was so different it had panela cheese. The truffle fries are tasty.This spot will not disappoint and you might discover a new beer or take home a new bottle of wine.

My new favorite place in Ojai. I had The Throw it back Cab burger and coleslaw. The burger was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the coleslaw was amazing with a slight bite to it. Huge huge selection of beer and wine. Outdoor patio dining or indoor. We chose outside because it was a really nice day. Everybody that worked there was super nice. I went there with a couple of friends on a motorcycle ride. Plenty of parking because it’s not right in the middle of the downtown mess it’s just east of it

Been meaning to write a review of this place for a little while now. OMG - this place is amazing!!Im telling you.... this is one of the best burger places in Ventura County. Their meat is flavorful and their portions are massive!!And... look at how many cherries they added in my Shirley Temple!Finn ended up serving me and his service is absolutely impeccable. I really hope he is treated super well there because I am sure that he is bringing back tons of business!So please... management... please hook him up! Hes amazing. Stopped by on our way from Solvang to LA. We chose this restaurant based on reviews.Walk to the far back of the store, order your food (menu on wall and on a table) and pay, then have a seat outside. Tables and chairs were all more than 6 ft apart.The servers (serving the food) were absolutely great and with an upbeat personality. Unfortunately, the guy taking our order was a bit short. My friend asked what what beer is popular and he said the menu is on the wall etc. I dont recall all the words he said but this is the short version that I heard.I also asked him what kind of fish is used in the Fish Taco (since he said it was a popular dish) and he responded with COD then someone corrected him and said it was Wahoo.Food:Fish TacoWestern Drunk Burger with friesArtichokes with dipping sauceThe artichokes were delicious. Lightly battered with a mustard cheese dip (not sure exactly. )I was not a fan of the burger. It lacked flavor for me. The bread had dark food coloring and I questioned the server. Love this place, been coming here for years!!! They just reopened inside dining with BRAND NEW bar tops and wood panel walls and everything looks amazing! Food is as good as it has ever been. OBC is a great place to grab food. Today I ordered the Steak Melt for $12 with a salad vice fries and it comes with An Jus. Riding the Ojai Valley Trail you need to refuel before heading back. The other good thing OBC is on the Axxess Card so so take advantage.

Im not a beer drinker, but if you are, its even better because they have an incredible selection on tap. They also have an enclosed patio area thats great for groups. They will have the beer you are looking for. They will have the Japanese whiskey you are looking for. In the unlikely event they dont have it, call ahead and they will order it for you. I believe you can sample anything they sell in the entire store although Ive not done it.The restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is just wonderful, cozy and inviting. Kitchen is top notch. All the good stuff, beer flights from a huge (I think 60+?) selection, truffle fries, pineapple squid ink burger (which was fun to try but I prefer the Dark Seas burger) and massive, delicious salads that can stand as a meal even with a boozy lunch.The only tiny negative is the restroom, of which there is only 1, but Ive never seen it be a problem. My tip would be to just scope and seize your moment :)

The wine store aspect is very good. The restaurant is too. The menu was a bit limited, but the food was good quality and the server was nice. Service was a little slow though. The food was fantastic: the husband had the tri-tip sandwich with Cajun fries and I had the pulled BBQ sandwich with truffle fries-probably the best truffle fries Ive ever had! When I first read the description of their menu as pub food, I thought high calorie, but when I actually visited the place and they had lots of healthy alternatives, I was impressed. They have this salad called Ensalada Helene thats beyond delicious. Oh, and dont forget to order their soft pretzel sticks to go with the salad. Okay, so I had a beer with it, but you cant go wrong with their selection of Ventura Countys finest craft beer selection on tap. The Ojai Beverage Company is an interesting place. You actually have to walk through a liquor store to get to it. It Prides itself on its beer selection. As I am not a Beer Drinker I let my daughter have that honor but I tried the flight of beers that she had and a couple of them or were good but she particularly like the chocolate stout. We ordered lobster rolls as an appetizer because we were very hungry. They were creamy combination of lobster and sauce over Hawaiian rolls. They were delicious. But a lot more food than we were expecting. We had also ordered a beef brisket sandwich with truffle fries and a pulled pork sandwich. This turned out to be a lot more food than we were expecting. I guess thats a good thing in many places. The pulled pork sandwich was juicy and tender and a little bit spicy but delicious. The beef brisket sandwich was also tender and Juicy and Delicious as well. Truffle fries Chipotle aioli was indescribably yummy. Needless to say there was no room left in our tummies for dessert. Maybe next time.

Tasty, spicy, interesting, complex food. The mushroom starter is excellent - worth reproducing at home, if possible. My South of the Border sandwich was excellent, would definitely order again. Their feta vinaigrette for the side salad was delicious. Ive never called out a dressing before, so that says something. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Left with a very full belly and a six pack of my favorite beer their to-go section is even more impressive than the taps Will come back next time Im in Ojai.

Traditional pub fare is on the menu, but the quality and craftsmanship of the meals is well above and beyond a traditional pub kitchen.Amazing selection of craft beer, wine, cider and spirits with no corkage on anything you can find in the case that isnt already on tap. Buddy took me here for the first time. The have a selection of beer and spirits that would make Bevmo blush. Eveything on the menu is delicious, though I love their salmon. Super cool staff too; friendly, attentive. The kitchen has a bar where they can get you a pint, or a fresh margarita, or a varying selction of other things. Perfect stop for a day on the town a couple blocks away from the main arcade.

I have loved this relaxing little town for the past 32 years I have visited it. Now that Im 40 I love it so much its hard to leave. THE BEST SELECTION of wine, beer and spirits within an hours drive. Its like a classier BevMo with a selection that would put most other outfits their size (and larger) to shame. What sets them apart, though, is the variety they have. If there is a liquor store thats going to have that random German lager you loved during your travels, or a new Japanese whiskey that blows American made stuff out of the water, then its probably this place. If they dont have what youre looking for, then theyre still the people to help you order it.Theyve also got great food, too. First: you pay the Ojai brand tax. This is true for almost all of Ojai: its more expensive BECAUSE its Ojai.Second: its still worth it. OBC has a fantastic selection of alcohol, some good deals, and great food if you wanna stop and eat. Its a bit more expensive then its Ventura equivalent, Berrel House, but that price is worth it. The food and service are a bit better. Plus, youre in Ojai, and thats never a bad thing.
