The older gentleman who took our order was super friendly. I love that they had us somewhat quiet side in addition to the gaming side with kids. My girlfriends and I had a great lunch were able to hear each other talk. Food was amazing

Mainly have ordered the pizza and wings here. Love the pizza, the crust is crunchy on outside and soft the inside! The wings are ok, pretty crispy tho.They have games to play and rewards to redeem.The staff is helpful. The restroom was clean when I used it.

Easily the most disappointing calamari experience Ive ever had. Nearly 10 bucks for a scarcely platted appetizer...It was tasty, but there was absolutely zero value to be had here.The personal pizza was also just okay, and my chicken parm sandwich tasted like the chicken came out if a frozen bag from Costco... i definitely expected more from this place, especially for a $50 lunch.Management, you need to see this, for being the original and touting that as an accolade, you certainly are NOT setting the bar very high.. feels like less of a bar and more of a puppy gate, that your competitor could quite easily step over if Im being honest.... there are only a few things that even set this venue apart anymore, and those are being watered down significantly if my most recent experience was any indication.

It was for kids team gathering, was an alright experience, pizza was good for generic fast food style pizza, Caesar salad was decent I like the fact that it comes light not creamy. They got some arcade games that keep kids busy. Did not like the fact I had to get up 3 times to get my order, every thing comes separate, therefore I did not enjoy the meal. there is no service so I’m not sure why there is a tip space on the receipt.

It was my first time here. Think of it as a shakeys but so much better food! We came here with a big group of people and thought the service and food quality was so good!We ordered the everything pizza without olives, pineapples, and mushrooms. We also added jalapeños on half of the pizza and I let me tell you!!! That was fiiiirreeeeee!!!! Soooo good! 100% recommend it! At first we were a little skeptical with the everything on there but we were so happy we went with it!We also got the garlic knots and WOW!!!! I could of eaten the whole thing! So garlicky and buttery YUMMY!!!! The knots were super soft and pull apart!Even though there was quite a few groups there our food took less than 15 minutes it seems! We were pretty impressed with it!

This is a Family own Restaurant. I remember my parents always taking me here when I was a kid and now I take my kids even if its an hr drive from where we live they love it and my husband loves the chicken and Salad as you can see i couldnt even take a picture of it before they started eating it, because they add plenty of cheese on it. The pictures speak for themselves the chicken is very crunchy 😋, and the pizza has a good flavor to it. Oh and they have some game and arcades for the kids to play.

It was a good experience for a kids team gathering; the pizza was good for fast food pizza, and the Caesar salad was good. I like that it is light and not creamy. They have arcade games that will keep kids occupied. I didnt enjoy the meal because I had to get up three times to get my order, which came with everything separately. Since there is no service, I am puzzled as to why the receipt includes a space for tips.

The place looks dirty and feels dirty. The tables are sticky. Maybe take a cleaning solution to them once in awhile. I ordered the chicken parm. The pasta was overcooked along with the chicken. However, the fried zucchini was so good. Ill go back for the fried zucchini, but nothing else.

My wife and I got an invitation letter from this place when we bought our condo in the area. I thought it was thoughtful of them and appreciate it. If you are looking for a pompous, modern look, this is not the place for you. The restaurant is clean but down-to-earth with nice, friendly staff. The pizza was delicious. However, it was a little bit more expensive than what we expected. They do deliver to the nearby addresses. Although Google says they are open until 9:30, the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm. There are TVs where you can watch sports and arcade games for kids (or adults too?!!). The parking is free and shared with other businesses.

I firmly believe this establishment discriminates against African Americans just based off how I’ve been treated the two times I’ve gone, very rude and not welcoming at all. $28 for a large pizza with one topping is insane and I will never be coming back again they really need to learn customer etiquette.

We went to this location on Sunday 10/02. We had the best help from the staff Especially from Regina with ordering and she handled the ticket counter as well and was happy and sweet the whole time, Food was hot and tasty We would absolutely come back to this location again.

We had our soccer pizza party here and It was the first time visiting. Had no clue that they had a small arcade inside! The kids had a blast and adults enjoyed the atmosphere, employees were really good, and food was delicious and fair priced.The best part of all is that the machines gave out real tickets!!! Which just made the whole experience honestly! Expecially since my little one hit the jack pot!

A solid, but nothing special pizza joint. Good for familys or large groups. I have gone there 4 or 5 times and the food is always good, but nothing outstanding. Grazi style meatball sub and there dessert pizzas are both tasty. Pizza itself is good, but i would generally rather go to Costco if i just want a pizza.

1st time customer, prices are a little high, kids wanted to play in the arcade, almost every machine had an issue took our token or ran out of tickets, kept calling staff to fix and they seemed super bothered, I asked why not just post a sign so guest know employee responded with; thats a manager problem not mine we were 1 out of 4 other parties there dinning in during weekday, wont be returning. Was brought here on a whim with friends to get some dinner, and had a good pizza inside. The pizza I had was fresh out the oven and definitely had a good taste to it. I liked seeing the arcades inside, which reminded me of places like Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters - if we had more time, I wouldve liked to check out the games on offer.This definitely looks like a good place to have a party or large gathering.

I Went for the first time during the week to pick up a pepperoni pizza. It was not that good the dough was hard and tastes Frozen and they skimp on the cheese. It kinda tastes like Shakeys pizza. Its close to our house so we may go back. It does have a nice atmosphere inside with friendly employees but if you want delicious, authentic fresh hand tossed and addicting pizza, go to Buca Di Beppa!

Been eating here for a long time. Food is all good. The pasta is nice, the pizza is good. The salad and dressing is good. Its a cool place to bring the young kiddies and enjoy a pizza beer and the game. Good place for birthdays and sports get togethers. Its big and has split dinning rooms and a big space you can reserve to for birthdays etc. They have a bunch of good food items and desserts. I would highly recommend eating here. I like the taste of the ranch. But i tried the Caesar for the 1st time, they even chop up some warms chicken. I finished it. One of my fav sandwiches is the pizza sandwich. The pizza is really good and they even have a pizza you and some friends can try to take down. So again, if you live in the area support you local pizza place its actually pretty good.

Great place to take the family. They have a small arcade and games for the kids to play. We go on Mondays to order their Monday special which is 2 spaghetti dinners for a reasonable price. My kids enjoy the games and food so we go here from time to time. It’s walking distance from our apartment so it’s super convenient. I highly recommend going to Graziano’s Pizza for good food and family fun at a reasonable and fair price. I support family owned businesses. Come check them out you won’t be disappointed. They have daily specials.

Despite being a small local business, their food is top notch. Ive tried everything from Italian classics like pizza and pasta, to oddities like chicken and potatoes. Everything I get there is simply great. Theyre also very fast with their orders, and delivery is always on-point. I wish there was a way to tip the driver via card (no option when ordering online), but, its not a huge deal.

Old man Bill uses the same gloves to handle money, debit cards, answer the phone, wipe down the counter and to grab salad with. Its pretty gross to watch, and its strange because hell take them off to use the calculator. Hell just reach right in the salad bin and grab fist fulls of salad, and what ever toppings go on it, and put them in a bowl, its a good way to get people real sick.

This review isnt really about the pizza as we all know the pizza is good. Its actually about the sandwiches that this place serves. They are fantastic! The bread they use has a nice crisp crust and a very good chew to it. The veggies are fresh and the meats are delicious. Ive tried pretty much every one on the menu throughout the years and theyre all good. Although I got to admit the Torpedo is my personal favorite. So people, forget those those chain sub shops. DYK-did you know you can order ahead and pay when you get there? Stopped here after our grandsons baseball game at Westwind Park in Ontario. It was after 8pm and we called in an order and it was ready in 10 minutes. On their salads it elevates them into being so damn good that men order them! On the pizza its even better. That thick, rich choke you out if you arent careful kind of cheese. Yummy. Ordered for the first time today. Their website was easy to navigate. It took about an hour for delivery and the delivery girl was super nice. I ordered chicken fettuccine and an antipasto salad. Both are pretty underwhelming, the salad is ok but the Italian dressing is pretty bland and the pasta tastes like a $17 Lean Cuisine. Definitely wont eat there again but the staff was great.

Its good, basic Company Lunch Italian and deli food. Sandwiches are simple, yet HUGE and tasty. I often get their antipasto salad, which is full of good stuff, the only (minor) complaint is the iceberg lettuce and food-service grade Italian dressing. But, set your expectations relative to the price and its just fine. Ive only had their pizza once, and wasnt impressed, but I can be a pretty major snob when it comes to pizza. Staff is friendly and has never failed to have our lunch waiting for us when weve phoned it in for our 38 minute time-clock lunch break.

Sadly, My experience isnt necessarily the worst nor the best. However, I tried to avoid sharing my thoughts publicly by making a call to the restaurant. After speaking to a manager..... I was left feeling like I did something wrong.I got an explanation. Yet, I was still confused.Pasta Primavera vs. Fettuccine Alfredo w/Chicken. I know the vegetables come with a Primavera style dish and adding chicken is not uncommon. But, in this instance. This is not what I ordered.I listened to the manager as he stated He could discount my next order,, but thats as far as he would go .By the way,,, nobody consumed the dish purchased. The garlic bread was delicious and it was used to compliment other selections .I am greatly disappointed and I have not received a call from the owner/ proprietor to date .Seeking solve this amicably after a 200.00 investment went bad.To be continued.Not done .

Garlic knots are best lightly cooked. Great atmosphere. When everything opens again Im definitely taking my family back.The deli pizza is probably the closet to sandwich god as youre going to get. Its next level seriously. I would serve these at my funeral theyre that good.

My family and I have been customers for over twenty years. When my brother and I were young, our grandfather used to drive out all the way from the OC just to get a bite of the anti-pasta salad and pepperoni pizza!! Best food and family friendly atmosphere in town. My concern is that the price of games has sky-rocketed within the last few months. For years prices had been affordable, 25 to 50 cents a game, providing a delightful experience for middle income and working class families. Now at 75 cents, games are out of reach for the average working class family. Please remember to keep your quality and fun atmosphere while maintain affordable prices while serving working class families in the Inland Empire.

Google reviews sure let me down on this one. I was hoping for a hole in the wall pizza joint with memorable pizza. It was memorable! Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Bill the manager is very rude! They charge you whatever they want. The amount changes each time I go in with the same order. Even after pointing out on the menu the correct price, he refused to honor it. Charged over $5 more for extra cheese. He refuses to look you in the eye, and did not even offer an apology when he gave us the wrong order which necessitated driving back to the restaurant to get it right. When we arrived back home and opened our order there was very little cheese. I have heard over and over how rude Bill is to customers and to employees. Now I believe it!

It is like a shakies and chuck-e-cheese feel with how busy it is with all the games and kids all around. Just with out the weird animatronics. Only problem was they dont really have any one checking numbers when you grab your pizza so our pizza got taken a few times after our number was called. Some one had left their small pizza and took our large one for free basically. Apparently it happens often enough that one of the waitresses warned us. Over all really good food service is not too bad it was just the one thing.

I grew up on Grazianos pizza in Philips Ranch. It was a place for celebrations or when my family didnt feel like cooking. Unfortunately it was closed down because the property owner wanted condos instead of businesses. So now I travel all the way to Ontario Grazianos just for a pepperoni pizza, fried zucchini, garlic knots, a cedar salad, and NEVER FORGET THE RANCH. I pay for a big serving just so I can take it home and have it last me until I go again. I honestly love this place for pizza. I am willing to travel and pay the price for it. They also have games for children and a huge seating area for parties or if you want to watch the games. Awesome place and amazing owner.

The worst food in the area. I ordered the fettuccine chicken alfredo and the sauce was bland the noodles were hard as hell and there was absolutely no presentation to it. I took the plate back and the staff seamed very annoyed about the return. I then ordered the Buffalo wings, they were burned and dry to the point where I had to ask if they were even buffalo wings. The server did offer me a side of Buffalo sauce though for however much that counts. I grew up eating Grazianos at the Philips Ranch location and the quality of this branch is significantly lower. All & all I will never be eating at the Ontario or any other Grazianos again if they are the standard.

We went on Mothers Day with a large party. Its a great place to bring kids and let them play games while the adults get a break. The kids play broken machines that do not dispense the correct tickets. I quickly reported this to the cashier and she inspected the machine in question. She took 15 mins to help other people while we wait at the toy/ticket counter waiting for a verdict. She came back and told me the machine is working. Basically said Im out. I didnt wish to pursue anymore so I waited for my meal to come and this is what happened. I ordered a medium canzone and a drink for 22 dollars. My number gets called 20 mins later. I take a bite and its cold in the middle. I take back to get reheated and or complete the cooking process. I probably wont come back because its painfully slow and was not worth the wait even after the reheat. I was so disappointed. Some of the machines dont work. Put 3 coins in the fast and furious game and was supposed to get one credit to play but nothing happened.They were able to give me the tokens back.Later played 5 tokens for the slam a winner games and got 60 tickets, put them in the machine counter and nothing happened because it was out of paper. Took a while to get them to check the machine, which was beeping constantly. They put paper back in but my ticket didnt print out, they would not honor my 60 tickets that the machine too from me or give me the 5 tokens i used to play the game.My first time and my last time coming here.
