We Airbnb this place on sand Piper spit was absolutely amazing from the blue Angels show to the sea lions coming up to the back private boat dock connected to the house as well as the day and night views of San Francisco City lights and horizon. Quite and peaceful private police great fishing and walks that include hikes as well or just bum around the private shore line and enjoy the bay breeze. Recommend 15 stars if it would allow 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I have visited this marina quite a few times as crew on sailboats. The staff has been excellent to work with. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the tenants I met are a friendly, helpful, and great bunch of boating enthusiasts.

Wonderful little peaceful spot in the Bay! The marina is picturesque and you can spot two cities across the Bay! Such a short drive from downtown Richmond Point. Great for a weekend drive!

I have been keeping a boat here in the dry storage for a few years, while the facilities and location are great, the price has been jacked up significantly (almost 50%). It is now almost $200 a month for a dry storage slip) and one of the most expensive dry storage locations on SF bay.The dry storage fee used to be less than $150 per month.Nothing has changed to justify the significant price hike, and as a result, many tenants have moved out, and will continue to do so.

Great spot surrounded by even greater houses on the waterfront. Looks like cleanliness and security is a priority around here. As indicated by the name, the area was at one point an actual brickyard +quarry so be sure to check out their antique brick stamping machine. The old kiln stack is still around too. Pretty cool!

See the Bay from another lens. To get here is to go through a traditionally industrial area which is fairly interesting on its own (shipyards, trains, oil refineries) and the view is fantastic but in my opinion there isnt much happening otherwise. Its often windy so bring a jacket. If you are into boating there are lots of docs here and the Richmond Yacht Club is just around the bend.

Wow... This is the first time Ive ever had such a bad experience Ive been inspired to write a bad review. The staff here are incredibly unpleasant and they have policies that are nearly impossible to comply with.I bought a boat in this marina and before they would give me access they require I show them proof of ownership. Ive never heard of this requirement before and I should have known what was coming. If you make an appointment with the DMV so you dont have to lose a work day it takes a month to get your new registration. Here is the rub, you only have 30 days from the day your boat is sold to vacate the marina. So you buy the boat, you are not allowed access to it for nearly a month and then you have to immediately leave. This really killed me because I bought an old boat that had been sitting for a long time. So somehow I was supposed to make is seaworthy to leave without access to it.I was going to try to keep it in the marina a couple months to get it in good shape but they told me the wait list was full. Every time I tried to talk to them about the situation they kept telling me Ive made the policy clear! and I hate when people ask me to break policy! The marina was mediocre to begin with but the staff made it my worst marina/boating community experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
