The Salad Shop in Visalia

We came in near to closing time and they were super nice, not rushing us along or anything. Items still fully out. Sounds like they close at 7:30 on Saturdays for now at least. Great deal. Medium is honestly enough for two people.

Okay so $14 for a tiny Goo goo gaga size salad where other places will give you something 3 times bigger the protein cost $3 extra for only a like I would assume 3 oz of meat and when I was going to get the red white and blue for some reason they were out of strawberries which was kind of weird considering we are in California besides that blunder the product is rather good I will just recommend you going somewhere else the salad isnt really the problem its more of the pricing and the proportions the staff are very friendly however

$14 for a large mediocre salad. Protein costs $3 extra. With so many amazing options on main street, your $20 is better spent elsewhere. The in people working were awesome and the service was great though, which definitely brought up the score.

As I was warmly greeted by a very nice employee, I literally stopped and said Wow, I love this! The inside is super stylish and reminds me of an Instagram boutique. It is a trendy salad bar that offers soups and sides like French fries and chips as well.There are so many toppings to choose from! Think subway, but at least triple. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and the portion was enough for lunch, dinner, and I mixed what was left in my eggs the morning after.Pro tip: only dress the part of your salad you intend on consuming so the leftovers dont get soggy. One salad is enough for three people honestly. The prices are very fair. This is definitely a must stop for lunch if you are near downtown Visalia!

What happened to this place? Came in on a Saturday and building was humid, flies in windows, salad mixes wilted, salad bar dishes nearly empty, and employees hanging out in back. This was a favorite place of ours, but in this state it’s questionable if we should come back.

This place is so yummy and such a great value! We got the wedge salad and a size large could *easily* feed two people. It was definitely something worth coming back for!Also the large fruit portion is a great value as well and a favorite with my fruit loving daughter!

The place is amazing! the two girls in there were so nice and friendly. first thing I noticed is it was super clean! I got a small salad box, and its huge! only 6$ they had 4 different types of lettuce for you to chose from. many different veggies, beans, cheeses, and at least ten different dresses. I was so amazed and surprised. I 100% loved it!

Edit: owner called and offered to remake it and explain everything. That is excellent customer service and shows they care about their business and customersI ordered a small salad and lots of yummy toppings when they delivered I had a box of toppings and no lettuce then when I called they offer to send me another I just asked for a box of lettuce so I could have a salad when I got my box of lettuce it was hardly any lettuce I will never order delivery again if I get food again from there I will walk in and watch them make my salad

Great place to make your own salad. But they also have great soup and loaded potatoes. There are always other surprises too!!
