I have lived in Rossmoor highlands for 57 years and I’ve seen shops come and go but they have a Burlington pet o home store Ilya kohls they pretty much have it covered for a variety I have been getting rx’s filled there at Riteaid since I was born. I do miss the bowling alley watching them decorate cakes at Rossmoor bakery 31 flavors the movie theater and the pet store great variety of stores

Good shopping center. They have all you could want to eat including an In-N-Out, Hofs Hut, a Subway, and even a Panera. Shopping options include a couple of bargain retailers like Marshalls, Home Goods, and Burlington Coat Factory. Security could be better as the Ulta is often a target of smash and grab style robberies.

A great shopping center with a lot of what you may need all in once place. lots of parking though accessibility parking is could use a little more availability. Definitely a place you can feel confident you can get all your shopping done here and across the street at the Ralphs and Target.

Had an early dinner at Hofs Hut tonight. So nice to go out and eat again. The outdoor seating and enclosed patio seating were perfectly set up. Service was very friendly. My husband said it was the best French Dip Sandwich hes had in a long while. Cant wait to go back.

Visited the Chipotle store; staff was energetic and cheerful; the ¿manager? was a dreadful person tho... idk WHY he was on the line - every question I asked him was met with an attitude of Ive got better things to do than {put the proper amount of sour cream on your burrito}, etc. If not for the rest of the staff, I might have left without eating. Appliance dept. The sales guy was helping a customer at the register but he couldnt even look at us to smile and say he be right with us. We left and returned after about 10 mins. He wasnt with a customer but still couldnt acknowledge us standing there. 50 % of the employees are RUDE and/or cant answer questions.

Place is crazy on the weekend and the whole road structure there causes traffic issues. On top of that shoppers in a hurry to get no where driving around the center at freeway speeds make it very dangerous. On a good note the shops are nice.

Absolutely our favorite shopping center. We don’t live in Los Alamitos but we shop here once a week.The restaurants are delicious - California Pizza Kitchen ( great bread and dipping sauce while you are waiting) Fortune Cookies-and a new In and Out !My girlfriends love shopping at Talberts and chicos. My other friends stock up at Marshall’s and TJ Max. You can also take food lessons at the kitchen store.You can recharge your car at the charging stations now.

Love this area has one of the best Targets in the DoCal area. Very clean. You dont have kids playing with all the toys.And leaving them all over the floor like they do in Santa Ana. The restaurant s in this area have the best service also. And the area is right off the 405 freeway

It was a surprise to find its in an industrial complex with no food to offer? As we showed up hungry? We did have a beer outta respect for my cousin Dylan. But I suggest getting Food trucks in for the hungry customers. That will expect more than chips. I totally see the hassle a kitchen brings to a facility so Food trucks is a great idea 💡👌😀👍😋😄. Variety of shops .. food, clothing, beauty, home, pet, grocery.Parking is a bit crazy, people racing thru the aisles. Laid out so that there is usually plenty of parking, except by Sprouts, which is usually busy, but worth it.Clean, well maintained. Pretty good lighting for nighttime shopping.

Went to staples to get my card for covid laminated the young man that helped me was cute and funny and very professional and he did a great job. The young man that helped us check out was so cute I embarrassed him and he didnt know what to say but he turned red it was to funny the people there r so nice it was great and the manager there she new my mama had a special account but they just couldnt find it and cone to find out the# was entered wrong but it was corrected it was great to see people know that yall have been there before its just like going to a family bar and everybody knows u it was just fantastic

Rossmores Marshalls has an array of nice clothing for the whole family and household items, including for your pets makes shopping a 1-store trip which I appreciate. The stores layout made it easy to find merchandise. The wait time wasnt that long due to having a good number of cashiers.

1st choice was lunch @ Fortune Cookie. However, dine-in didnt start until 4pm. It was around 2 at the time.Ok, 2nd choice was Panera. (Hadnt set foot @ this Paneras in ages cuz last 3 times I was there, something not so pleasant occurred.) Well, guess what? They messed up our orders again. We ordered the soup & 1/2 sandwich, my usual. They brought soup & salad. My friend kept the salad. I wanted the half sandwich. Then they brought my order ticket to show what was actually ordered. I dont care. I know what I usually order from each place I go to. Yes, my fault, I didnt double chk my receipt B4 I left the cashier. What do I care? I ordered my usual, paid & tipped. Then sat at a table. Waited. Their staff made it into such a big deal. They had the mgr approach. I didnt even ask for him. Bottom line, I finally got my sandwich. Nice gesture from him...offered a pastry on the house. I opted for a cookie.I might add, moral is, I will not add tip B4 service. Gratuities are just that, Im grateful for the good service. 👎☹️👎

I went to Homegoods today....its one of the BEST in area. Enjoy this center as there are several shops and stores I frequent....even thpugj I live in L.B. only reason doesnt get 5 stars is the parking and dense congestion in area by Sprouts over to Chicos and beyond...is extremely slow....should be redone to ease flow at that 4 way stop.Otherwise...great center!

Honestly who is giving yogurtland anything lower than five stars. Ive never been to a yogurtland that annoyed me. This one has a great staff and very friendly and Ive always walked in and got what I wanted and they never seem to run out of the little side things that you can put on the yogurt. What else is there to say?

Renovated in recent years with some better stores, but I always find it difficult to get in and out of parking lot, cus its not well laid out. And the In-N-Out burger right by the driveway is not helping at all. Stores are ok, but clearly some need to be replaced cus its not attracting customers and make certain parts look like a ghost town

Great shopping center UNLESS YOU HAVE SPRINT CELL PHONE SERVICE. No decent Sprint service here, our across the street where there is a Target, Ralphs, etc. Very inconvenient. I love the Peets coffee, Pei Wei and Sprouts. But I couldnt get a decent signal to place an online order for Pei Wei.I know this is only specific to Sprint service users, otherwise its a great place. Parking is sometimes hard to find on the Northernmost side.

Went to Kohls. Only to drop off a return for Amazon that was a requirement or I would pay to ship. What the French? I get there and what I have to return is very heavy. No shopping carts around Anywhere! So I have been long ago to return Amazon *Stuff* and they are right inside the door. Get there...not where they were. Kohls helpers are there, greet me, and get a cart. They take TO PUT IN CART AND almost had a coronary it was that heavy. I am strong but not so much and stuff nerve damage. My point is that bring you in...hope youll look around...buy something. So p.o.ed I will never go back even if they paid me. Way out of ballpark...I will just cancel payment...they can send for it.

Plenty parking. Clean shopping area. This is a shopping center in seal beach, in OC california.There is a Target and a Ralphs. There are some restaraunts, ISLANDS, and some fast food places.There is a bed bath and beyond. Its clean, lots of local foot traffic. Its a pleasant place to shop. Across street is a kohls, pet smart, ultra beauty, in n out, Marshall’s and other stores and restaurants.

I usually go to Kohls when I go to that shoppping center even though there are other store there. But when we get a coupon for 30% off all items in the mail, I just cant resist. And I usually find spmething I can buy, but of course, I do all my shopping in their clearance racks. The items are maked way down & then when you get an additional 30% off on top of their mark-down prices, I feel as though I am getting a very good deal. And I just love to get my best bang for my buck.

Its a nice outdoor collection of various shops. It can get rather crowded in the afternoon so drive cautiously. At one end you have ToysRus and on the other is Chick-fil-A with a variety of shops from Khols to Panera bread.

If I could I would have given it 0 stars since I walked away with no yogurt! The setup is they have an employee fix your cup then they hand it off to another employee to add the toppings once she finished that step you stand in line and wait at the register. Heres where the confusion begin he places your cup on the scale with no lid while youre in line and theres other people standing in front of your open froyo. The person that was in front of mines had their nose out therefore breathing all over my froyo I said something they remade it and the guy at the register placed it right back in front of the same guy. At this point even his coworkers was pretty frustrated with him and of course I left

Popular local shopping center with a mix of restaurants, clothing, and other shopping. Sprouts, Peet’s, Panera Bread, CPK, Marshall’s, Staples, Kohl’s, PetsMart, and some specialty clothing retailers. CVS and some fast food options. The In-N-Out is really popular as is the Sprouts which can get crowded. Lots of parking in back of the Sprouts if you don’t mind walking and avoiding cars. Good to know about during the holiday shopping season.

The Shops at Rossmoor are north of the 405 freeway and east of the 605. Exit Seal Beach Blvd and drive north for a half mile or so, and the shopping center will be on the left. This area has a ton of places to shop and dine. Some of the favorites are Sprouts, In-N-Out, Pantera, and Peets Coffee.
