The Standing Room Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Came here with the entire family and everyone agreed that well be back. I had the truffle fries and naked burger. While the fries were exactly how I like them (thinner and more crisp) they lacked the truffle essence, so Ill probably skip them next time. The burger was perfection. Cooked just right, enough of the extras to be noticed, but not so much that they dominated or turned the burger into a fall apart mess, and a bun that was sturdy enough to hold everything together yet still so soft it was easy to consume. The entire family also loved the brussel sprouts and the grilled cheese was a winner also.

Had the napoleon, absolutely massive burger. Can easily feed 2 or three. The parm fries were good but the burger itself, besides being massive, was not all that much quality wise. I prefer smash burgers, so the fat patty didnt help. Flavor was just not there overall, the brisket also mid. Took almost 25mins to get the burger. Imo proudly serving makes a much better burger.

Ordered online and food was ready within 5 minutes when we arrived. The Hapa Burger was a little too sweet but I love that theres an egg. The brussel sprouts were very crispy!

I have been to the Standing Room twice now and let me tell you, Ill be back again. I had the Napoleon the first time and in my opinion its good enough for 2. The second time I had the Hapa ( picture in the review its the Hapa ) and it was mmmmm mmmmm good. Highly recommended.

Be surprised at the hidden gem in Redondo beach. I love to share this standing room spot with new visitors to Redondo beach. In the middle of a liquor store pickup and enjoy the best burgers ever!

Cant say enough good things about this place. Not cheap. Worth every penny. Fries can be shared by 2 people unless you have a huge appetite. Hmny first time i had the truffle parmesan fries and the dressed burger. The flavors were amazing.This is the Napoleon. Massive burger. I only had one meal and couldnt eat the rest of the day. There are too many flavors to truly appreciate each one. Would not order again.

I LOVE this place and come here frequently. My friend Alex, has never been here before, was not so pleased he had to wait 24 minutes for his burger. But THEN he ATE his Charlotte burger and LOVED IT!!5 STARS!!

It was a beautiful gloomy day in southern California and I thought it would be nice to cruise the beach and take a food tour which started at The Standing Room in Redondo Beach. Many of my friends recommended this place! Boy, were they right! Ordered the Cash burger – Bacon, shishito peppers, American cheddar, crispy peppered onion, Korean aioli, hoisin bbq! Totally a hidden gem! Outdoor seating, dog friendly.There is a spot in Redondo that I usually go out of my way to visit but I think this place will be added to my list! Can’t wait to come back and try another burger with fries!

Everything was cooked perfectly the flavors were all really nice and the bread was super fluffy. I just kinda craved a contrasting zesty crunch in both the cash burger and bully sandwich. Some sort of slaw or pickle would have made both perfect in my opinion. The brussel sprouts were also a touch greasy for my taste. But I really enjoyed the creativity and high quality ingredients for such a fun hole in the wall gem.

Did not disappoint!I’ve known about The Standing Room for quite some time but haven’t visited due to the pandemic. I decided to just grab some takeout and enjoy it in the car for the freshest dining experience.The gourmet burgers here are amazing. We got a Cash, Classics with bacon, deep fried brussel sprouts and truffle fries. Everything was delicious and I plan to come back to try the Napoleon burger in the future.
