When finding a healthy alternative, it not only tastes good but service is superb!Area: located straight ahead of the 91 freeway, less than a mile to get there. In Gardena.Parking: has a big parking structure so parking is always available.Diner: inside is spacious. Has a chill vybe music is very enjoyable. Rare to find a spot that plays some Brentwood. 10/10.Food. We ordered their Texas house salad but got it a wrap. I highly recommend it. Dressing tossed with everything just hits differently. Very flavorful 10/10. My spouse got there ahi tuna rice bowl. Bomb! Flavor combination is phenomenal. We shared their famous clam chowder. Must try!!!Service: it was our first time, and a Gentelmen approached us to ask if we needed help. The attentive that person gave us is what all restaurants must thrive for. The help and knowledge he gave us explaining the menu is what makes people want to try everything on the menu, lol.Price. In total, everything was under $50 dollars including their homemade organic ice teas.Will recommend for someone looking for something light and not to heavy..

This place is amazing!! Excellent customer service from the time I opened the doors until the time I left. Now, if youre ready to indulge in unlimited goodness this is the place for you lol. The menu is huge and can be overwhelming BUT they have no problem breaking down the menu for you. The plus is, nothing here is fried so you dont have to feel guilty if you choose to indulge.The menu led me to get the Shrimp Alfredo and it was everything!! Shrimp: seasoned to perfection, no baby shrimp here.. nice size shrimp. The noodles were not overcooked, the alfredo sauce was creamy and delicious *chefs kiss* if youre in a pasta mood, definitely swing this way with your decision. Keep in mind, if youre in a salad mood, you can turn any salad into a wrap which is heavenly (in my opinion).The choices are endless here, I was super excited to have found this place. The ambiance is perfect, great for groups, to study or family dinner night. Its very warm and welcoming and you can tell that they appreciate their customers and your business. Also, I recommend not getting a fountain drink and try their fruit juice instead THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! any flavor.. all are delicious. If you like acai bowls, they have the BEST acai Ive ever had!! A definite must try. You will not be disappointed with The Toss Up trust me!! Never thought Id be craving for salad, but yep there I go two days in a row with friends and fam grubbin on greens! 🤣 So tasty! Its great that they ask if you want your dressing tossed in or on the side! Great food, great staff! It kinda takes a while for the salad to be served, but its worth the wait! Highly recommended!

We just arrived to LAX from TX and were hungry, happened to stumble upon this place when we were looking up healthier options for a quick bite. So glad we chose here! We were welcomed by the owner, Rick, who opened the door for us with a big smile. He explained the menu, provided a couple samples of delicious and fresh juice, as well as açaí - both were fantastic! We ordered the Baja and Santorini salad, which were both so tasty (and also generous portions!). Food, service, whole experience 10/10. If we lived in the area, we would come here often. You all will just have to open up a place in Dallas by us 🤠 Thank you Rick and the staff for the warm welcome, great food, and awesome experience 😊

Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendliness !!! I am very under the weather so I kept my distance insuring not to touch anything and when I tell you that I got the broccoli cheddar soup to go because I haven’t been able to eat all day and it is the smoothest creamiest meal and I am beyond happy ! This place is amazing! It’s new to Gardena but it feels like home whenever I go. The salads are sooo good. The hot pastas are good. It’s always very clean and the staff is like extended family! They’re nice to everyone & they’re all knowledgeable about the whole menu. I enjoy all my visits there!

I just ordered a salad from this place. I think the salad doesnt do justice considering the wait time and price. I tried to order online, apparently theres a 1 dollar online order fee and the earliest time was 45 mins in advanced. So I decided to drive over there in hopes for a shorter wait time. The staff were polite, but I waited 18 minutes for a salad and honestly the steak pieces were soo tiny, the price of 19.60 for a steak salad is just not worth it. Sorry!

If I could give this place 100/100 I would!! They literally have the best salads/açaí EVER! I haven’t tried the pasta yet but I can only imagine how good it is!! SABREE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND SWEET! She made my family and I feel welcomed as soon as we walked in!! She also gave us a great recommendation considering this was our first time here! The Baja salad was super good!! They explain everything and very humble atmosphere. They have great food...so far love everything I have gotten and the shrimp is soooo good. Their dressing are delicious,pesto pasta great, and their chili family agree is very delicious. Their fresh water drinks (I had berry) are good not too sweet. They also give kids treats. People should learn true customer service from them, from the time you walk in until you leave they attend to you. Cleaning have TVs showing music videos and the games basketball, baseball and I am sure football and all are into the games which makes it a more family environment. I very much recommend this place, because I will always be going at least once a week.

My girl and I tried this spot today 6/20 & omg the customer service is excellent the owner was extremely helpful and personable. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and is the best I’ve had & fresh pita bread which I hated until now lol my girl got the Cobb salad and the salad is huge with fresh produce and house made dressing. Stopped in once I saw that they had finally opened and was NOT disappointed! The staff is super friendly. The location is bright and clean. I ordered the cobb salad just as it is on the menu. The greens were fresh and there was the perfect balance of meat and eggs. Loved the honey mustard dressing too. The flatbread brought everything together perfectly! Go here. You wont regret it!

This was our 1st time here last night. Very clean inside and out. Staff were very welcoming when we walked in. My daughter and i already knew what we wanted to order but switched it up because it smelled so good in there. It was suppose to be salads lol. We ordered salmon Alfredo, chicken Alfredo, cheese and broccoli potato and cheese and broccoli potato with added chicken. $81. Big portions. Alittle pricey. But. YALLLLLLLL when i tell you the flavor coming from all these dishes was fire!!! We will be back. My favorite is the Santorini Wrap. It’s delicious and was big enough to have the other half for my dinner. The beverages are just right for me, not too sweet, just right. My next meal will be the loaded potato. I dined in and did takeout. Their portion size is quite fulfilling and the decor is absolutely stunning.

This is a new business. So they are definitely ironing out some wrinkles. The food is good. For sure. I had the mandarin salad. My mom had the ski with a chicken sub (she doesnt like raw fish). The leaves were green and lush. Fresh. The dressing was sweet... I also had the chili. I dug it.My mom loved her salad. Especially the edamami. She had a bowl of chicken soup. Loved it. I got a Chicken Caesar salad and my husband got the Baja Wrap. BOTH WERE SO BOMB!!! Just picked up a build-your-own-salad to accompany the pizza i was having for supper so I didnt need one with chicken. I made mine Greek style. I was a little concerned about the topping amount vs a standard salad choice but I was not disappointed, actually ate the salad b4 the hot pizza! It was very, very good. Hubby and I thought wed try something different. Weve ordered delivery from here before, but only salad. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was more than just salad! We shared a pasta (shrimp alfredo), we each had a salad and a refreshing juice drink. Everything was fresh and delicious! I was going to write a long drawn out review however I’ll keep it short. Bad service but great salads. Don’t expect a hello or a smile and expect to wait 45 mins for your order if you don’t call in your order in advance. My team and I went for lunch and we were basically blamed for our wait became we didn’t order in advance. Unacceptable to blame your customers for your lack of a system for your lunch hour rush. I had to get my order to go and didn’t eat lunch this day and by the time I had my last break it was soggy and I had to throw it out. Waste of money and truly disappointing. Do better as a business please.

Salads were good but the time to get them serve took some time, 30 minutes for two salads to be exact. 4 people were working and only two tables were in use in the restaurant, so it seem like a slow day with plenty of staff. The order was given wrong which was corrected some time after, and the drink refill purchase was more than the price on the menu board (on the menu it says $3.25 for specialty drinks, I paid $4.58 for a refill. I scored today.) This was my 2nd time here, hoping that the first time it was a lack of staff which I would understand but having a full staff and getting the food wrong and slow is not okay.

Ordered the toss up cobb salad to go. A person getting togo salad is typically busy. Nobody was before me. Took over 15 minutes, no cooked ingredients. Often I saw line workers idling, looking lackadaisical. Later someone grabs a bag that had been sitting there and gives it to me Didnt see you standing there. How bout calling my name when the order is done or having a takeout zone like most other restaurants? I rush home, and I discover no dressing on the side or on the salad.Manager: Instead of focusing on upselling soup at the register, perhaps you should check on the line.One extra star for fresh ingredients.
