Good bahn mi, liked the grilled pork. Also liked the mung bean balls. Ordered extra Jalapeños and they came through.This strip mall is pretty sketchy, Id grab and go. BTW, all the people complaining about the bread are crazy. It should be crusty on the outside and a little soft on the inside, like a baguette, not like wonder bread!

I love this little mom and pop shop. Their prices are low and unbeatable.I come here for their sandwiches, because they’re amazing and flavorful.The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star is because of their bread. It’s always just slightly crunchy, as if it’s a few days old. I wish they were softer. I’ll keep coming here, though they make you feel at home 😊

Edible, but I wouldnt go back. Ive had a lot of Bahn mis and this was underwhelming. Bread was OK, meat seemed like it had been sitting in a vat of liquid and quickly tossed on the griddle to be warmed up. Created a sort of soggy, water logged pork. To me the pork should wow you in the sandwich, there was no wow other than how folks could call this a great Bahn mi

Ah, whats behind that curtain, you ask? A little bit of deliciousness, thats what. Get the #2 Pork Banh Mi. Quick, inexpensive and very authentic. Put on some Siracha, take a big bite, close your eyes and it feels like Vietnam. So much better than a burger!

Decent banh mi. Bread is just OK - not proper French bread. Filling is very good though, making up for the meh bread. The online menu only has sandwiches and drinks but they have appetizers in the restaurant.

Sadly I think this place has changed owners and is now but a shell of its former self. The ban mi bread is unimpressive and the chicken was not spiced almost at all. The pork was decent. Will not be going back to this once amazing place.

I used to live in Santa Rosa in 2016 to 2018 and had my first Bahn Mi at this little place. Have been looking for one as good ever since, in San Francisco and in Los Angeles but no luck.... This was the best to be found.

Great authentic banh mi, good value for money, been coming here for 2 years. I love the combo one. Chicken ones not the best. Although they always get our order wrong (if ordering 2 combos and 2 tofu with no jalapeños, we instead get 3 combos, 1 tofu, all with jalapeños)! But we live with it cause it’s so good :)

Super friendly and fresh ingredients. For sure will return if in the area.Be warned the tofu portions are lacking.Player tip:Ask for extra jalapenos if you want the traditional spice ...these come stock with only one or two slices

Disappointed that pricing no longer $3.75 per sandwich, they are a out $5 each now. Wanted some spring rolls too, but only available on the weekends. Combination sandwich was great. Chicken sandwich disappointed due to chicken seemed to be boiled instead of grilled.

The man running this place has such an inviting manner to all customers and he gets his orders out quick with a big smile! The sandwiches are very affordable, just $3.50 or $3.95. The banh mi bread is warm, soft and flaky and crumbles all over. Delicious. I could eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner to be honest. 10/10 coming back as often as I can!

Nothing fancy. The best Banh mi sandwich and best Vietnamese cold coffee in the area at a ridiculously low price. The bread is always fresh and crispy the way it should be. And the owner is the sweetest and caring person you will meet. All tips are donated to the needy in Vietnam, he told me. My order is always two no. 2s(pork) and 1 iced coffee. Unfortunately, I haven’t succeeded in explaining to him not to call his best sandwich No. 2 😂

The place is small and funky. The menu is limited. Neither of those matter. Im always greeted with a hearty hello, my friend, as is everyone else. The bahn mi is outstanding and the prices are reasonable.The restaurant is always clean and, despite the fact that it seems to be a one man show, my made to order food never takes long to make.I came here for the first time a few months ago. This quickly became my go-to place to meet people for lunch.

One of the best sandwich places in Santa Rosa. It’s very affordable, you get a good sized portion they have a variety of choices including vegetarian sandwiches. They are very fast. If you order two sandwiches to go you may only wait five to ten minutes. Their sandwiches are delicious, I highly recommend going.

These sandos are sooo good. The bread is soft crunchy- will not rip your lips apart. And the pate is so on point.I was super missing me some Viet food, being a transplant from Los Angeles. Im so happy I found this place. Flavors are delicious and authentic, and you really cant beat the price.

Great price. The quality of meat was extremely low. The ham was such a low grade I took it off the sandwich. If you eat here I would only recomend the egg, sprouts, jalapeño and lettuce. I also found a hair in my food. It happens, but they may not be using hair nets.

Talk about good Banh Mi, the #2 was... Well it was fantastic. The pork was that right balance fat to meat and was perfectly prepared. Oh and the sweetness of the pickled vegetables really tied in well with the spice of the peppers.And the PRICE: lets just say you wont beat it.CASH ONLY though so have some on you or hit up the ATM in the little convenient store in the same area.Will be going back .. alot.

Super tasty sandwiches. Love their bbq pork sandwich. Their Vietnamese coffee is delish! A very simple, no nonsense type of place. Spacious with some seating. Would be an ok place to take the kids as theres lots of open floor space and they even have a toddlers basketball net set out with balls! The best part: super affordable! Me and a friend had a sandwich and coffee each plus their sesame ball dessert for $13 total! Definitely a hidden gem. I only wish it werent so far down Santa Rosa Ave...though I suppose the location allows them to keep costs down.

Definitely a gem in Sonoma county finding any authentic Asian cuisine is rough. The owner is extremely friendly and values your patronage as a customer. This place is added to my list of place I love in Sonoma.

The food was very good, only the table was very uncomfortable, the chairs were very high, the bathroom was very dirty with papers on the floor, I think they should be more careful since it is a very busy place.
