Their specialty is the black sugar milk tea products. The bobas were chewy, thats a plus. However my hot black sugar milk tea with red beans was still too sweet for 25% sugar level, next time Im gonna try no sugar.Ambience was very comfortable and vibrant with clean set-up and spotless floor. It was the cleaninest milk tea shop Ive stepped in. Staff was friendly and polite.Keep up the good work!

Pretty large boba shop with lots of parking! Next door to the famous Hui Lau Shan, (which usually has a long lines on the weekends)They’re known for their brown sugar milk boba, but note that that drink doesn’t have tea in it. They use high quality milk for it though.If you want the tea’s make sure to order the oolong or jasmine milk tea with boba, otherwise its just brown sugar milk with boba.Staff is overall friendly and very helpful! Good vibes and a large green wall for those insta posts

Such great black sugar sugar drinks! Ive tried their black sugar milk with different toppings such as boba and tiger jelly which is always good, and their new mango sago drink. Its such an interesting take on mango sago! The only thing I wish could be different about their drinks is being able to change the ice and sweetness levels on the drinks without tea.Every time I come here they make the drinks so efficiently that theyre basically done almost as soon as I finish ordering.

Be prepared to wait a long time! I waited almost an hour and a half on opening day. The line wrapped the whole building, but social distancing protocols are well enforced.My party got the black sugar boba green tea latte (#4), black sugar boba black tea latte (#3), and black sugar boba + Pearl (#5). The drinks were $5.50 each. If you want the classic Tiger Sugar experience, get #1 or #5. They all tasted pretty standard - milk tea with sugar mixed in. The milk/tea itself is exactly what you’d expect. The boba is still warm in the cup when it’s served to you! The boba had a great texture - not too soft or chewy. If you’ve been to other Tiger Sugar locations, you won’t be in for any surprises.The interior of the shop is very aesthetically pleasing. They have two pretty walls for photo ops. They even have a cooler inside with their famous boba ice cream bars. They also sell black sugar popcorn, but the bags for those are very small.One con (other than the long wait): the cups and the bag they came in were very sticky when I received them.

I moved in here few years back from India. Been an avid fan of boba since then. This place is good. The tiger sugar flavors are good. They dont have an option for no ice on tiger bobas which is a bummer for me. I wud prefer the tiger boba latte from 85 degrees over this one.

We ordered their #5 Black Sugar Boba + Pearls and #9 Black Tea Latte. However, their brown sugar boba doesn’t have brown sugar flavor inside unlike Taiwanese authentic brown sugar drinks. Also, there’s no tea flavor in their Black Tea Latte. It’s watery and taste like sugar with milk. Ambience was nice and the service was good though.

When I almost finished my drink at the restaurant, I chewed something was different from boba or pudding. It was a soft plastic piece. So disgusting. I talked to staffs. They know what’s that. It was the plastic of the ladle. It fell apart to the pudding or boba container. It seems like they know they have already had this issue but they didn’t fix it.

So smooth! If you like fresh honey boba or mini boba pearls, and smooth wonderful milk tea, this is the place. I hate lines and even I made an exceptional for tiger. Luckily the line moves fast. Highly recommend the #3 or #4 @ 50% sweet.

Tiger Sugar is a new boba spot. We got here just before it opened and were lucky to be third before the line filled up. We both got the # 3 (Black Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte w/Cream Mousse). Apparently you can order online, too. The service was good. I thought the drink was okay. It reminded me of Happy Lemon but I like Happy Lemon’s class milk tea better (not the Hong Kong one). Worth checking out but maybe not in the regular rotation.

Tiger Sugar is located in Cupertino, CA. It is known to be as one of the post hyped up boba places in the Bay Area, in my opinion, a little too hyped.I got the brown sugar boba; the most popular that everyone gets. The boba was chewy and the flavor of the brown sugar was good. I was expecting a little more of that place like something about the brown sugar that was unique. I have to honestly say, the brine sugar boba drink was good, I would not wait in a multi-hour long line just to get some boba. It tasted like any other brown sugar drink you would get at any other boba tea shop. It was worth trying I definitely like recommend trying it, but it wasnt anything special. Maybe I should try more of their drinks to see if the other drinks are worth it. I would wait until the hype slows down and the lines are shorter.

Tried this place because their boba ice cream was pretty good. I got the Brown sugar boba with oat milk and less sugar—It was really tasty and the bobas were fresh! I really liked the size of boba they used.The second time visit wasn’t as fantastic like the first. The bobas weren’t as fresh and didn’t feel like I got the same amount of boba I did as last time.Overall I think they have a great brown sugar boba. I will have to try again to notice their consistency with the bobas.

One of my friends had this in Taiwan, where is originally from! We ordered the #1 - Black sugar boba milk which was very well balanced in its sweetness and creaminess. The boba was not too chewy either! There was quite a bit of ice but may be theres a way to reduce that (like urban ritual?)The lines moved quickly- you place your order, get a receipt and wait for it to be called on a mic. While not its marketed point, the egg roll is a really good treat to accompany your drink. I recommend option number 5, which is the pearl milk + cream mousse option for those who likes their dairy.Its not overly sweet and full of ice even with the default options, but Id still recommend less sugar and 50% ice or less for those without much of a sweet tooth. As an after meal dessert, the default 100% might be a bit much.The wait time is fast which is a plus, while they properly enforce procedures requiring a mask to enter. Make sure to know what youre ordering before the end of the line! Dont be that guy/gal that makes the wait longer then necessary for others.

Was really worried about the crazy lines but Ive been twice now once on a Friday evening (~6pm) and once on a Wednesday evening (~6:30pm) and I waited only 10 mins on Friday (although the line looked daunting) and there was no line on Wednesday. The interior was very nicely decorated and clean. They even blocked off the parking spots right in front of the shop for people to wait/take pictures.I tried both the #1 (brown sugar milk drink) and #3 (brown sugar milk TEA drink) and I think I prefer the one with tea better. I dont think it was anything SUPER AMAZING but the drink was good. I will have to say that the pearls were REALLY good. Never tasted boba that soft before!!!!! It also was not overly sweet (the boba wasnt either; not like a lot of places that have honey boba and the boba is just soaked in syrup) at all, I think just a slight sweetness (sweetness cant be adjusted in the #1)! They recommend to drink within 10 mins and I can vouch that it does taste the best if you drink it quickly. If you wait too long I felt like the boba expanded and definitely not as cold (since the boba comes out warm) but nothing drastic. I would definitely go there again if I was in the area or if my friend wanted to try it!

We came here on opening weekend. We got here an hour before they open. I thought we got here too early but within 15 minutes the line started growing. 30 minutes before the store opened it wrapped around the back of the building. But considering we are also spaced apart thats why the line may have been that long but there were plenty of people who had one person go wait in line and then their group joined them. ordering was pretty quick since the menu is really small. You dont have all these selections of toppings but you have the regular boba, and what they call the pearl which is a smaller boba. The flavors are really good, the Boba soft and chewy. I was actually surprised how good it was. I definitely would come back here but I dont think I would want to wait in line an hour before this shop opened if the weather was really hot. On the bright side is that were under a shaded area when we waited so that helped with the warm weather. They gave out a sample of their boba popcorn, but they only gave one per order and since I ordered with my friend and I treated we only got one bag. So Im thinking were going to probably see this Boba popcorn in the market soon. Theres plenty of parking here during covid because a lot of the restaurants are only open with limited outdoor dining.

I highly recommend trying the boba here. They have two sizes: boba is the regular size and pearl is the mini size. Although, I feel like the boba size is slightly larger than the typical boba you get from other places. I love how round and bouncy the boba is. It sounds weird because we usually think of boba as being spherical but if you try enough places, youll find some boba is not as round as it may seem.We got the #3 and #5. Its the black sugar milk boba and pearl with creme mousse and black sugar black tea latte with boba and creme mousse. I didnt expect it but I enjoyed the milk drink more than the tea latte. The tea latte is closer to milk tea but much more tea than milk taste. The milk drink has no tea, tastes really creamy and tastes more like milk tea than the tea latte.We arrived around 1:30 pm on a Saturday and were in line for about 45 minutes and got our drinks in about 5 minutes. The line was around the building to the backside and moves pretty consistently. There was a person going down the line to explain the menu and answer any questions. I really liked that touch and felt it was a great client experience since there are specific drinks that are not customizable to ensure the drink is consumed as it was designed. I appreciate to that this place thought ahead and share that information upfront to cut down on the amount of questions at the time of ordering. I also liked that after we order, we wait outside and theres a speaker where we can hear our number when the drinks are ready.

Overhyped? Yes. Solid milk tea? Also yes. Their drinks make it into my top 5 list. My favorite black sugar boba milk tea is at YiFang, but while I love the natural flavorings at YiFang, the boba at Tiger Sugar is definitely better. The boba is definitely a good chewy consistency. They make an interesting distinction between the boba and pearls. I asked about it, and the girl simply said boba is bigger 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ I haven’t tried the pearls, so I can’t really say what the texture difference is.

In the land of 1000 options for boba drinks I find this place did not satisfy in the customer service department. This was my first time here and was looking for a sweet treat after a meal at gyu right nxt door, but to my surprise, they apparently dont customize sweetness levels for.their cuatomers, they also dont split drinks which I normally get done at every other place ( i have small kids that normally share one caffeine free drink between the two), so I ended up having to do that in my car, which as you can imagine was a pain (separating ice and boba balls equally). So even though the drink was good, it wasnt good enough to deal with this when I can get the exact same thing customized to my liking down the street.

Decent drinks, but the milk drinks are very similar to the ones at other places; e.g. the Okinawa fresh milk at Happy Lemon or black sugar milk at other places. These milk drinks are all just cold milk mixed with molasses. The boba was chewy but maybe slightly overcooked.On the downside, both of our drinks were sticky on the outside with sugar, the black tea drink wasnt very good (tasted a little watery), and the plant wall in most pictures is all plastic. Right now theres a pretty long line, especially when you can get a very similar drink from Happy Lemon.

We had a Tiges Sugar at Texas, we ordered the Black sugar boba balck tea LATTE w/ cream mouse. We went back to Bay Area and so happy that they have it in Cupertino but when I tastes it, it doesn’t taste any close to what we had in Texas. On 12/18/2020, around 2pm on Friday, there is no need to queue, you can order online or in person. It’s great that the clerk can order food in Chinese. After all, this is a beverage store that claims to be from Taiwan!For drinks, I ordered pearl milk tea and brown sugar pearl milk, both of which were quite delicious. The brown sugar was more flavorful than the Zhen Zhu Dan here!In fact, both the drinks and the store have five-star standards, but I think the price is too expensive, and the cup is relatively small, about 500cc...I have other beverage stores to choose from in the Bay Area, so based on price considerations, my desire to buy will be relatively low!But let me reiterate, the shops and drinks are good👍
