Love this place. Very clean and pretty. Food is very flavorful and the people who work there were all friendly and polite, even though we had no experience with Indian food and needed a lot of help. Then I went back again for lunch later in the week, it was that good.We liked the masala chai tea very much. Im including a bunch of photos of our meal including garlic naan, lamb Tikka masala, mango chicken curry, chicken chow mein and a shrimp dish I dont recall the name of.

Woohooo! We finally got some an amazing restaurant here in the valley. The service and the food were top notch and the prices were reasonable too.We ordered the mutter methi malai, garlic nana bread and lamb curry, everything had wonderful flavors. We will definitely go back. Loved this spot. Next time I would order to dine in 🧡

Terrific tastes! Also, food comes out pretty fast which is great:) super nice service and the menu has a great array of choices. The Butter chicken and garlic cheese Naan is very good, the sauce for the chicken has so many nice flavors and the spice can be adjusted!Naan is soft and moist buttery bread. Great spot! Must try:)

Absolutely delicious! We got the mixed veggie and aloo mutter curry (spice level 7)lunch special that came with turmeric rice and added a samosa. The flavors were great, everything was fresh, spice level was perfect! Restaurant was clean, the people were extremely kind, great service all around. Will definitely be returning!

New place in the area. Great Indian food along with Rice/Naan. Large menu with pretty much everything at good prices. So glad we finally have an Indian Food option nearby. I had the Goat Curry and it was spiced perfectly and the meat was so tender. Will definitely be coming back.

Ever since I first tried Indian food when I was a teen, I have been chasing the dragon. I am usually mildly disappointed with Indian food and sometimes I get a wonderful surprise that makes my heart sing with joy. This is one of those places that does this. The food here is SO flavorful. They have the pickled veggies that I crave, the paratha was so flavorful and the jeera rice was wonderful. The service is awesome and the atmosphere is chill. I am so happy this place exists and I will absolutely be back.

This place is the real deal. They have so many dishes to choose from and I want to try them all! It may be some of the best Indian food I have ever had. We had the chicken biryani, dal, naan, and lamb tikka masala. The chai tea was also amazing. Definitely coming back here again.

We got the chicken tikka and lamb vindaloo. Both dishes were amazing! Perfectly seasoned and very tender. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a busy Friday night and they had plenty of Togo orders. The food was worth the wait and the staff and chef were very friendly!

Food and service was amazing! I got the Chicken Tikka Masala (spice level 2) with a side order of rice. My husband got the Lamb Tikka Masala (spice level 7) with a a side order of garlic naam. There was enough to split the sides for both of us! I really wish I took a picture before we finished! So glad this is close to home. We will definitely be back!

The owner, PK, was so nice. He knew it was our first time there and he let us sample the Misala Tea. It was amazing. He stood and talked with us before we left and his cooking did not disappoint!! If you like Masada, this is your place! Finally we have Tikka Masala in our neighborhood!!

If you’re looking for Indian in North County then this is your place.The menu is expansive, with an excellent variety of options for veg and non veg.We got the chole bhature (which we had many mornings when we were in India for comparison) and it was on point, authentic!Looking forward to trying other options.

Im ecstatic to have Tikka Masala Hut in town! I love Indian food, and the places around here as far as Carlsbad have left me a bit disappointed, my favorite place is at the far edge of Vista but I rarely visit it as its quite the trip and Im rarely in that area, so seeing this place on my way home was a huge welcome surprise! Its now my new favorite! As soon as you walk in you are greeted to the wonderful aroma of various spices as well as various treats and condiments, it all looked so tasty!I got some Butter Chicken, Matter Paneer Korma, Chicken Biryani and Garlic Naan, and it was all AH MA ZING. Family loved it and we agreed its the best Indian weve had since moving here. Super flavorful and spicy, Im usually careful because I know that Thai and Indian food doesnt play around when it comes to spice so I did around a 5 and that packed such a nice kick! We loved it! The Garlic Naan was so fresh and delicious we fought over the last piece, I should have gotten more lmao.I also got to try Rose Milk for the first time, and it was a wonderful new experience, it was a very intense but delicious drink, its perfumey but not in a bad way, it was super refreshing! Im already wanting to go back and try some of the other things they have on their menu! I didnt even have time to take pictures, we devoured everything, it was so good!

I rarely give a 5 star review. I am happy to see that others have as this is a great new place for Indian food. They prepare each dish to order, which is great to get the level of spicy you want, though it also means it will take awhile to prepare. Their naan is really good, the menu has a nice variety. There is another place that is much closer to my house, but I will go here instead because of the quality of the food. Looking forward to when they are on GrubHub and DoorDash for more frequent ordering.

Food is very good and tasty but be careful about spicy levels because level 1 is spicy. Unfortunately the options don’t include level 0 so I called the manager to ask how to choose not spicy and he told me to add it in the comment. Just to be aware.

The food was delicious. They have a great selection of curries, flatbreads, and indian sweets/drinks. The menus have great descriptions of all the food which is super helpful if you are new to ordering Indian food. The thandai milk was very refreshing, the paneer was soft and flavorful, and the rasamalai was rich and creamy. They have all the sweets boxed up on display in front to look at, making it easy to grab an extra dessert to-go. The staff were all super friendly and proud of the food they make here. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This place has it all: authentic, affordable, family run, and fantastic service! We had the vegetable biriyani and lamb curry with homemade yogurt sauce. All were super yummy and the plain naan was a great addition. They have a $10 lunch menu too! Definitely recommend!!

5 of us excitedly went to the Tikka Masala hut on opening day.The staff is very kind, and helpful when ordering.The food is delicious. It’s authentic, flavorful, and made fresh.Please be patient these dishes require a little bit of cooking time, one individual was unkind to the business owners who were obviously working as fast as possible considering two employees never reported to duty. It’s not fast food, it’s special cuisine w such high quality ingredients and seasonings. We ordered samosas, masala tea, mango lassi, butter chicken, chicken korma, lamb tiki masala and two street appetizers. All of the dishes were tasty.The prices are good for this type of cuisine. And the garlic naan is a must!Hope you try it!

Solid food with surprising additions (homemade mango pickle, unnff) and some differences from the American Standard Indian dishes. The chicken Tikka masala was not my favorite (which is unusual), but the lamb vindaloo was 5 star. And I hear the butter chicken is really good. Yummy naan.I will definitely be back and will try so much more. My only criticism would be that the menu is a bit too big. It makes it hard to decide. Also ice water should be a standard for each table. Heck. Go nuts and get a 5 gallon from one of the water filter places (in the same parking lot) a give people a liter at each table. It goes a long way towards making your guests so happy.

Ordered the chicken do pyaza, It’s fantastic, full of flavor. Got a 4 on spice, and it was spicy, but just amazing flavor and tender chicken in that great sauce and spices. Definitely some of the best Indian food around. I’m so lucky to have it close by. Wait was 25 minutes, but food is sooooo worth it!!!!

I did my standard Malai Kofta with garlic Naan and chicken pokora. All well done and flavorful. I hold every Indian restaurant up against my standard in La Mesa. A 3 was at the upper limit of my scale and I consider myself a moderate. Service is friendly its a tiny little hole in the wall but nicely done and comfortable.

I just ate here tonight for the first time and was blown away. The food is amazing! I got the chicken tikka masala at a level 7 spiciness and they hit it right on the head. The rice was nice and soft and fluffy and the Naan was fresh out of the oven, crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The staff is so nice and the restaurant was clean and I’ll definitely be back and tell all my friends about it.

This place opened up down the road from us a couple of months ago. On my home from work I would smell the food permeating from the restaurant and it smelled delicious. Sure enough it was! My wife and I love Indian food and haven’t found great Indian by us since we moved here 2 years ago from New York, I lived in India for a time so I’m pretty well versed in the cuisine and regions and love butter chicken, their butter chicken says “this is one of the best you will ever try” and it was by far! We also had chicken Chettinad curry, also amazing, and rice and garlic naan all phenomenal. I’m not a review person but felt I had to get the word out because I want them to do well so I can keep going there forever lol the staff was very nice as well, we will definitely be coming back again and again!

This was a third time dining at the restaurant since it opened a couple of months ago. Each time weve tried new dishes.Theyve all been delicious and wonderfully seasoned, Its hard to pick a favorite! They have an user-friendly menu with helpful descriptions of ingredients and seasonings for each item.The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Their menu lists a la carte items, but they also have a lunch special. Our family usually shares dishes buffet style. Weve found an order of three dishes and two orders of Naan serves our family of four The owners. also said they are expecting to start GrubHub deliveries next week.We have appreciated the ease of parking, comfortable atmosphere and warm welcome of the owners we found with each visit.
