2023-10-31 21:38:40I went at 3:30 pm so there were no lines and fast service. Tacos are pretty good, I guess you need to ask for the grilled onions and jalapeños when the cooks are making your tacos? I saw them, but I didnt automatically get any and did not want to go back and ask. Overall it was a good trip here for tacos.

2023-07-28 03:23:15Busy place with plenty of seating. The way it works, you make a line depending on what you would like to order. Everything is freshly made to order and they are very fast. Drinks are very basic as they only have one size and its refillable fountain drinks. Food tasted good. Portions were pretty hefty.

2023-08-22 21:05:54Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - we ordered 4 tacos of cabeza (beef head), tripa (listed as beef tripe but it’s actually intestines rather than stomach), and buche (pork stomach). The cabeza came with green salsa and had a surprisin kick. The other two came with red salsa and the tripa was fried well and crispy. Absolutely delicious!Ambience: 5/5 - little shop with 3 “lines” you stand in depending on what meat or items you want. Clean overall and while there are plenty of seats, there’s so many people there that there might not be any empty ones!Service: 5/5 - slight challenges communicating but we were able to order and get everything we wanted.Value for price: 5/5 - great food! Reminds us a bit of Tacos El Gordo set-up but better food, more competitive pricing, and better service

2023-09-01 13:54:09Been coming here for several years now, and they are definitely some of the best tacos in San Diego County. The lengua tacos are one of my favorites, and you cant go wrong with the adobada. Place can get really busy so be patient.

2023-07-07 01:06:42This place is fantastic. I like the Al Pastor best. Get a couple of those and Pineapple Bang! and you have a great meal. Price is best on the tacos. Also a yummy cheese quesadilla but value not as great, there. We visit every time were in town visiting my parents.Edit: Just went again. Because? Amazing.Edit 2: Went again. Good mercy this place rocks.

2023-10-02 19:48:57This place is not expensive and does not disappoint with its tacos. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is great and does better than some of the taqueras from tj. Atmosphere is overall good.

2023-05-06 00:51:21An affordable authentic Mexican taco shop, but not too much more to offer. The adobada taste very good. Wonderful assortment of spices, cooked on a rotisserie and shaved like Kebab. Ordering setup was a bit inefficient needing to stand in multiple lines instead of serving like a lunch line.Missing a salsa bar.Missing Modelo.

2023-10-11 15:01:10First time there. Had a large order. There are separate lines for certain food items. I looked like the most confused gringo they had seen in a while. Fortunately, they helped me out. The food is ridiculously good! Im looking forward to coming back.

2023-06-15 22:12:08Chose this place for its high star. Son and I came in before 12n on a Thursday, I expected crowd. The line is ineffective if you are getting multiple meat type. One line for each of these (adobada, asada, lengua & buche, burrito). I stood up in the burrito line for like good 8 mins without anyone acknowledging me, even the cashier lady asked if anybody has helped me yet. She checked in the back and they were prioritizing the drive-thru orders. Then, youll bring your tray to pay for food and drinks. I had to ask for salsa, as they are kept in the cooler. This is not offered as default, the cashier gave two salsas (one red, one green), for 3 tacos and giant burrito that was all given, had to ask for more and was stingly given another 2 little containers. I gave 15% tip regardless. I expected flavorful meat but it came as bland even with salsas red and green combined or adding the grilled onions or chilli. Truthfully, I am not pleased with this place taste-wise go somewhere else, not worth the hype.
