Laos and Cambodian menus are meat-centric but sound delicious. Thai dishes we ordered were excellent. The shrimp spring rolls were great with lots of mint and excellent peanut sauce. We got the papaya salad with 2 chilies and it was pretty hot. Know how much you can take!

We were looking for good Thai/Asian Restaurant in the area...We found it! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and tastefully done.

Great service. Great food.Got papaya salad Lao style which was nice and spicy! Tom yum was delicious.The Laos sausage and chicken noodle food was amazing. Everything was very flavorful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed Lao laab, Thai pad thai, and Cambodian baw baw. Having lived in Southeast Asia for over 20 years, we give this place a big thumbs up for authentic and delicious food. This is a simple family restaurant atmosphere.

Fresh food, nice quiet place to dine in. Accomodating staff. Clean place. Well definitely back soon. We ordered Thai Iced Tea, Fried Calamari, Chicken Red Curry, Pad Thai, Cambodian stir fried chicken, Lao Fried Rice. We spent $87 and its all worth it..Til next time

One of my all time favorite spots to go for Laap / Larb dish. I like the three different cultures included in their menu. (Thai, Lao, Cambodian) They are always very friendly, you never wait long. Overall great place.

Everything on their menu is straight fire. The Lao style papaya salad is the best I’ve had anywhere. The staff is hella friendly and the place is always super clean. If you ain’t eat here yet, you missing out for sure.

Very fresh and tasty food. Will adjust spice to your liking. We loved everything we ordered. This is some of the best Thai Ive had. Moved out here from NYC. Been to plenty of Thai restaurants to know when Ive found one thats above the rest. This is one of them.

Its decent. But If you know good Thai lao food then you might be a little disappointed. They dont have the regular variety of sauces on the table so you can flavor a dish to your liking. Maybe they think its already good enough. Prob would go back if no other thai lao options on the area.

Amazing! Super friendly and delicious. Seemingly authentic, flavors were not Americanized, and everything was fresh. Bright lemongrass flavors, super tender bamboo shoots (not like that stuff in a can), overall wonderful! Would definitely come back. Note to the spice weenies (myself included), medium is pretty spicy, haha.

The food and service was very good. Watch out for the spice level if you dont very spicy. I tried medium level of spice on the papaya salad. It was delicious, but much spicier than I expected. Everything else we went with mild spice or no spice and it was delicious.

Fabulous family run restaurant. I had the Cambodian pork and ot burst with flavor. My kid had the beef noodle soup also excellent and not overly salted (I have found other places to over salt)This place is now in my top rotation for restaurants in near Sac.

My mom and I got the Pad Thai with pork and Cha Krueng Saek Mouan. Both dishes were excellently flavored and prepared perfectly. Our waitress was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful.

They opened in October 2019 and serve several South Asian offerings as TLC means Thailand Laos Cambodia. We tried the red and salmon curry, brown and white rice and the thai iced coffee. All the offerings were prepared with quality and perfect temperature and service was speedy. Our critique was the flavor was not as strong as other local curries we have had but the iced coffee was excellent.

TLDR: GIVE THEM A CHANCE, you and your belly will be happy you did!Authentic, delicious, good portions, v. reasonably priced, staff is super nice.Great variety, come on now, Thai, Laotian, AND Cambodian cuisine under the same restaurant! This place is a rare find, especially in NorCal. They live up to their name TLC Licious!They give Los Angeles Thai Town a run for their money, seriously, and Im from LA.Give them a chance, Id love for them to stay as long as they want in Vacaville. The exterior may not be fancy, and I know their focus is on excellent food and customer service.Support your small local businesses, especially those that deserve it the most! They can only thrive with our support!Side note:My partner dropped their credit card by mistake and Som called us back immediately to let us know. That was v. kind of them. She’s a sweetheart!

Food was delicious (as it should be) and truly tasted authentic. The thamakhoung (lao papaya salad) was spicy and very well flavored. Owner/chef couple (who are also very nice) told me they dont use badek/bala and after tasting, it tasted like it had it in there. I dont how they did it, but props to the Chef.

Was in the area and the place we wanted to go to was closed, and a quick Google searched showed that this was the closest to us that was still opened so we decided to try it out. The person that greeted and served us, Som, was very friendly and nice. Top service and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend to give this place a try. Family owned and run, due to staff shortage they are only opened from Thursday through Sunday for the time being.

We loved this place! Staff was amazing, had great suggestions, super friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! We had fresh spring rolls, deep fried ones too, chicken satay, pad thai, and cambodian chicken noodle soup, all was great! Its definitely my go-to stop on our way to and from the snow this winter! Great find! Friendly staff and fresh food. The pad kee mao was not particularly spicy, but perhaps it was just the night we ordered. Would return again if in the area and would love to try their other dishes.

TLC Licious was very inviting. The staff was very courteous and friendly. When we walked into the restaurant. We were placed at a table immediately. The waitress served us in a timely manner. From our drinks and appetizers. To our meals and deserts.The cost was perfect. For a most delicious meal from start to finish.Definitely worth going to. I highly recommend TLC Licious!!

Hidden gem in Vacaville. We had no idea about this place but saw it had 4.9 stars so tried it out. We really loved it! Great service and the food was outstanding ! We will be back for sure !
