The service here is amazing. In addition to the server a little robot delivered the food to the table which is adorable. Also if you like Korean dumplings this is a great place to get them. My family also really enjoyed the Japchae, Galbi, bulgogi and soup. I had a spicy vegetable stew that was amazing.

Ive been wanting to try out this Tofu House location for a while. First Korean spot in this area!~ FOOD ~-Bulgogi with Glass Noodles: I was disappointed with this dish because the broth didnt have the usual Korean flavors. I ordered it with medium spice and it wasnt even a little spicy. The broth was just too oily. Bulgogi was mostly fat. The glass noodles were a good texture though.-Hot Stone Pan Fried Tofu: My friend ordered this dish and she loved it! Came with egg, spicy and sweet sauce. If I come back, I will probably try one of their hot stone rice.~ SERVICE ~I was a little disappointed by the food, but the service is one of the best. Incredibly friendly and attentive.This is a small restaurant with a few tables, so it may get busy on the weekends. Parking is easy. I would give this place a try to see if you like it!

So good! I tried the beef kimchi tofu soup and it was a really good portion size + super delicious! The banchan side dishes were great as well and the workers were very kind. The store itself is also quite cute, overall a great experience.

My partner is Korean and has declared this Korean-adjacent or Korean-inspired. It has all the elements of Korean food within being entirely auntentic. It’s GOOD. He loved the soups. I liked it cuz it was spicy. I am not a fan of tofu and thought I was getting a bulgogi as a stir fry and not a soup. My partner ordered wrong. The meat in this soup was minced, tender, and melts in your mouth. The japchae was some of the best we have had in San Diego cuz we can’t remember the last time we had a local restaurant’s taste decent. This will definitely be a popular spot for us when the weather cools off to enjoy these hot pots.

15 dollars for cabbage, super dry fried tofu, a little bit of mushrooms. All with ZERO flavor. We had to pour the juices from the sides and my bulgogi on there for it to taste like anything. I have NEVER seen food this bad at a Korean restaurant. Kind of trumps anything else they could possibly do. This is robbery. Please take this item off the menu. My bul go gi was also extraordinarily mediocre. Please spare yourselves and just drive up to Kearny Mesa. Ive never given a 1 star before and I hope the owners will make a change. Will not be coming back.Edit: got their seafood soondubu. 12 bucks for a whole boatload of seafood. Actually good deal for the price, but still doesnt erase the sins of the first dish.

The food is literally Horrible you pay for preheated microwave food or the cook doesnt know how to make tofu it was so hard you could throw it on the floor it was the worst food ever for the price.The sever was amazing.

The food was great and the staff was very kind. We went there to celebrate mothers Day, and the server took the time to explain everything to my mom. And a robot brings out the food!

This place is such an experience they have a robot serve you your hot boiling dish the reason they have it so hot is they give you raw eggs to cook inside it it’s a really fun experience. It has a nice chill vibe and friendly waitress.

So Average !Not flavor we expect . We ordered Bulgogi rib, seafood soup, egg .Ban chan were not good too.Robot just for decoration or impression, cant help anything else.Everything was so wrong. Need to improve immediately.Update: Tks for your reply.

This place is just as good as its sister shop on convoy. However, it is smaller so you will have to wait in line if you come by during rush hour dinner time.The parking at this branch is also as troublesome as the convoy branch. However, this little tofu house is more fun than its bigger busier sister restaurant. Your food gets delivered by a waiter robot!The tofu soups, hot stone rice pots, and galbi are all delicious!

I think the owners changed from the last ones that scared us away for a while with their terrible quality food. Tofu soup was good, hot stone had delicious crispy rice. Bonchon needs improvement but still edible. Well be coming back to this location again instead of driving all the way to Convoy or Mira Mesa.

Customer service is severely understaffed. We sat a table of five and the waiter gave us not even a mouthful of bonchan, when we asked for more he said wed be charged. I kid you not, we got five pieces of cucumber. The tofu soup was bland and flavorless. The worst part was the rice, it was sour and hard. Lastly we had hair in the eggs. They used to be great but how far theyve fallen.Owner says they dont charge for bonchan but we were told it was an extra charge

Not much service received when we visited on a Sunday, maybe because they tend are reluctant to work on Sundays (even though they did open the restaurant). No more customers other than us and the waiter never asked for anything and left the table uncleaned when we got the seats. Food was okay but not a good experience overall.

The customer service was great, however my food wasnt very tasty. There were way too much ingredients in a small pot (thats my fault I thought they were going to use a bigger pot to fit everything), the seasoning was bland, and everything was messy and lukewarm. I asked for spicy and it wasnt spicy at all. Im not sure if I would go back but the food wasnt horrible though. It was good enough to finish just not proportional

The food here is so good!! The chefs special and crispy dumplings were amazing. The food came out quickly and the staff is super friendly. Definitely go here if youre in the area.

Great spot for some great Korean food. I ordered the spicy chicken crispy rice and it was fantastic. I love all of the sides and the service was polite, prompt and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Ordered kimchi fried rice and it was literally the worst Ive had in my life and Ive tried it at many different places. The color was like a sand color... kimchi fried rice is usually more of a red color. It wasnt spicy at all and it tasted very dry. It kept clumping up because of how dry it was. Total waste of money. I threw out the rest.

The waitress was very rude and when she clears the tables, she slammed the dishes. They have only 4 items as a dish. I’ve been to thousands of Korean restaurants and none of them has 4 items as a side dish.
