Good value for the food portion, very to find stuff like this in sf Bay Area. The food tastes good. My favorite is the spicy pork with noodles.

They give you a really large portion for a good price! Daily special chicken teriyaki large 8.15 with tax. It seems like chicken was on the grill a little longer the expected because it taste kind of rubbery and chewy . I guess for the price .. its fair.

Idk what’s up with her attitude, the girl who was taking and giving the orders in the front. I asked for a extra hot sauce but she was so rude and yelled at my face saying it’s .25 cents. I’m okey with paying extra but maybe work on your attitude and ask me nicely atleast. Made me feel like I was getting a food for free.

Very simple experience. Choose the protein, rice/noodles, and the sauce. The meat is always well cooked and you get solid portion sizes. Food is ready within 2 minutes of you ordering. Never had any issues here.

They have a very varied menu. Unfortunately, the two people who are in front attending the orders show a terrible attitude. They serve you as if you were going to order the food on credit or as a gift.

I love this place. I dont visit San Francisco that often but oh my whenever we do go I need to have some of this. My favorite the shrimp with chicken only steam rice 😋. So good customer service quick and kind.

I ordered New York steak and 9 prawns with rice and my ordered New York steak and 6 prawns with half rice and half noodles. Unfortunately, they mixed up the orders and gave me steak and 9 prawns over half noodles and half rice. My friend got the steak and 6 prawns over rice. They also didnt put enough sauce. The worst of it was that I saw a small cockroach scamper out of the hot sauce packets when I asked for soy sauce and sriracha. I used to take my mom here all the time but, now Im not so sure Ill take her to eat there again.

Would I go back: Well if I’m super hungry in the mall I’d consider it.Food:Grilled Shrimp - 3/5 - The one thing good about this one is the portion size. The amount you get is relatively cheap considering however the taste is fairly standard. It’s a good way to get full.Service: 3/5 - Standard service.Ambiance: 3/5 - It’s a mall food court. Albeit a nicer atmosphere than Tanforan or SF Westfield.

Horrible place... My mothers first time ordering there, and the cashier was super rude when my mother asked questions about the menu. She even rolled her eyes. My mother asked if they could put the sauce on the side. Mind you, she wasnt asking for extra, she just wanted it on the side. And the lady told her it would be an extra charge to get the sauce on the side. My mother wanted to clarify that she didnt want extra sauce just on the side and the cashier started yelling at her loudly and defensively. Well we charge to put your sauce on the side. Then my mother said ok. Then the cashier yelled Do you want it or not!? My mother then said, I said ok. Yes that is fine. But then while waiting for her food quietly off to the side.. The cashier started talking about my mother to the other workers there. They were literally all staring at my mother, and then turning to eachother to talk about her in another language. Typically my mother isnt one to think anything of the situation but they were all looking at my mother up and down and it was clear that they were talking about her. She then felt so uncomfortable she asked for a refund. Then one of the cooks says ok good, I have food to take home now!

I been four times here and 2 of this four this people its been rude closing when they have people waiting in line my second experience was when I was placing my order the two people in front were laglaughing and speaking their language... I really felt like this persons were laughing at me, if they owned business they have to be more respectful, business still going because of the clients, they have time been more educated in front of people

Teppanyaki style food like Sarku. More variety of options - there is spicy pork, salmon, some white fish filet dish, and bbq short ribs.The teriyaki chicken is not as good as Sarku. They overcook the chicken and it gets very dry. The bbq short ribs is okay. Its usually very salty and over sauced, but you do get a good amount of meat. They dont give you as much veggies as Sarku.All in all, I prefer Sarku. Better chicken, better veggies.
