I ordered the double “chesse” burger for 7.99 was told 9.84 and charged 10.34… so I either update the menu prices or disclose the 24% tax on the cash price. Also, disclose the 50 cent up charge to pay with card. I payed with card because they have a handwritten sign sayin they do not give change? … but ok back to the burger review which was basically a salad because the lettuce was thicker than the meat…yes you read that right, the lettuce to meat ratio favored the lettuce. The fries almost got the second star since they were generous and fresh but just a tad too salty. Lastly, the bun was chewy and stiff. Idk, maybe just stick to teriyaki. I will never look your way ever again.

Really good for teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki sauce is good and the quality of the meat is also good. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are fair. Parking is difficult because it shares the same lot as the car wash. But you can park anywhere on the street and walk up and order. They also do food to go.

The teriyaki burger has shaved beef. An interesting choice. The regular burgers are great. A single patty delivered enough deliciousness. My daughter loves the shrimp.

Well everyone Im Sure its a nice place but because Google can simply dive into my life without any fear of ramifications from me they see that I was in the area and they assume I was there then ask me for feedback kinda weird having Google as my own personal stalker. We are paying for this new technology and your privacy is not secure anymore

Very good teriyaki chicken and beef and a great value. The chicken beef plate always hits the spot, and the chicken burger is perfect.

15th and Pacific is not the best corner but if youre washing your car and need some grub, this place does the job. Bring your own quarters as the machine is often down and this restaurant wont give out quarters.

First time here. Food is ordered through a window. My partner and I showed up excited to try a new spot in Pedro. Unfortunately no one seemed to be working the window. We saw three people working the food station. It was obvious that they could see us but they had no reaction whatsoever. We waited for a few minutes and then wondering if we were going to get help since no one acknowledged us and it was 4pm on a Sunday, asked if they were still serving customers... We got eye contact and then... Nothing. No one said a word. We waited a few minutes more and then finally asked if someone was going to help us. Still NOTHING. We were literally being ignored. Very weird. We waited some more and then began looking for another place to go when finally a young woman (presumably) asked what we wanted to order without a hi hello or greeting of any kind, or even eye contact, then walked away. Needless to say customer service isnt a strong suit for her or the other employees. The good news is that the burger and fries were pretty good. Unfortunately, I got the teriyaki chicken plate and while the chicken was actually perfect, the rice was undercooked. All that combined, we wont be coming here again.

Great street food. Terrible parking and you catch the overspray of a self car wash. Great custom teriyaki sauce!

I come here from time to time to enjoy the Teriyaki plate for $10 however, tonight was the first time I tried one of their hamburgers. Sadly I was disappointed... so let me break it down for you. I asked for onion, they dont carry it, then I asked for pickles, they dont carry that, then ask for mustard and wouldnt you know it, they dont carry that either. I mean wth, those are basic things you put on a Hamburger. Albeit the hamburger is filling, but I wouldnt give it any more than two stars. It was plain and tasteless, not even a hint of salt and pepper. Why is it so difficult for people to make a half decent hamburger, SMH?I really had high hopes, but was sadly disappointed. Whatever happened to the burger joints that put pride & flavor in their food? Im sure Ill return for my basic $10 plate of Teriyaki and Rice but not for their Burgers. It seems like every time I try a Burger at a different place, I am left disappointed. Once again, I will refer a better Burger from Troys on Pacific for those who want real flavor.🍔=F-
