2022-10-30 22:37:11There is no flavor in the broth. The crispy wontons where very good, but not the ramen. Im curious as to why this place is still open. No matter how much sriracha you put, it doesnt do it justice. The dumplings came out almost cold, its like the people coming do not care. It only makes me wonder...

2023-08-16 23:29:52Really. Bad. Teriyaki was so salty I asked for sweet and sour to make it better, they gave me sweet chili sauce.i couldnt eat it. Frozen packaged veg at the bottom. Ramen bowl was creamy and not in a good way. But they can sure microwave edamame. I dont know how they are still in business. My son and I are now home and taking turns in the restroom, whatever was in the food was in both dishes.

2023-07-13 04:42:46We all had ramen. Hardly any taste to the broth. Very disappointed. Saw them not open earlier in the day and chose to come back to try. Prices are reasonable but my gosh, absolutely no depth of flavor in the ramen. Sorry Tomo…

2022-04-04 07:09:29This place should be closed. Not worth every penny. My husband ordered pineapple mojito but tasted half water with flower its just bad.Our noodle soup was worst.. soggy and the ingredients were not freshly cook ( frozen ). Spent $70 + tip 😭😭💩

2022-11-03 21:37:18I wish I read the the reviews before eating here. I got the pork chasu bowl and while the pork itself was good, there was barely any of it. 2/3 of the dish was rice, so each bite was just like a forkful of plain white flavorless rice. There were more steamed veggies than pork and barely any sauce. Pretty disappointed. The man who took my order and served me was so nice though and provided great service so I gave an extra star for that. But I wont be coming back.

2022-10-29 14:18:11Have tried coming here 3 different times to eat while at the outlets this past year... Each time the kids working there said the kitchen is closed. At the longest it was up to two hours from when the restaurant hours said they were supposed to close. The last time they gave me a rude response with an attitude when I was confused about why the kitchen was closed so far from their closing time and mentioned this is the third time. There was three kids talking to themselves behind the counter on the night of 10/29. All three seemed very bothered we had interrupted them from their conversation and time spent doing nothing. The one with neck tattoo’s gave us a really mean look. After reading the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t ever eat here and will never be coming back.

2022-12-25 00:44:24Over cooked noodles and a thin soup. Tongkatsu? More like a paitan. Customer service was subpar and the restaurant was pretty cluttered with personal belongings and random inventory. The only reason for ⭐️⭐️ is because the price isn’t too high. $12 for the bowl in a great location. I hope they figure it out but who I thought might be the owner doesn’t seem to care much. Definitely not going back. I’m on a ramen hunt and this place is cutting every possible corner in ramen. Seems a notch above instant ramen or maybe even instant ramen with some decent toppings. My wife got the katsu but her rice was like paste. Way overcooked. The chicken itself was the star of the entire meal. If your already in the area and want some cheap ramen, get your own opinion. You never know it could have been an off day but the reviews are pretty accurate.

2022-09-04 01:30:05READ THE REVIEWS! We did not, unfortunately, and suffered. This is not what you would expect from the name but serves Ramen, Rice Bowls and Boba Tea... so what could go wrong? Well, in short, almost everything. The teriyaki bowl rice was mushy, the veggies overcooked, the salmon way too big and dry, and the sauce tasted weird. The Tonkotsu Ramen broth was rather tasteless, and the shoyu egg was completely overcooked - one of the grave ramen sins. The fries, edamame, Boba and Fruit Tea were ok. The food quality might have been ok for a fast food joint with half the price, but not in this setting and with this price. Why two stars? The kids liked it, and were happy. The adults were not. Will not got again and recommend to avoid.
