I got to say the best nachos Ive ever ordered in my 38 years of life. Given there just chicken nachos but flavorful from the first bite. Great presentation. And something you never really see. More beans chicken than chips. Great ratio. I didnt even have to eat one chip that stood alone.

Absolutely, hands down, one of the best burgers my wife and I ever had from a drive thru. Well worth the price.My wife is normally very die hard for another burger place that is very close by, but I convinced her to try something new and we were both blown away. The portion we got was fantastic for the price. I spent about as much as I would of at my wifes usual place, but here we got a great deal more than we would have else where. In addition to quantity, the quality was though the roof.Definitely recommend to stop for a burger and fries.

Excellent curb appeal, walked in with my family and was immediately greeted. Good selection of food. 2 kids meals 1 colossal burger and 1 mushroom swiss burger. Burgers where a good hefty size tasted great also the buns held up (thats always a plus) nothing worse than getting a good burger and the bun falls apart or gets soggy. Our food arrived fast and the kids got a kick out of the robot. Was always checked on by staff and one of the guys there (sorry Im bad with names) had the robot bring my girls an ice cream sundae which made them so happy. Establishment was clean and everyone working there seemed to love their job🌞. If your looking for a good place to take them family with good food and excellent service please stop by and check this place out. We will be back!

I had Steak and Eggs with Hash Browns 😋. Perfect flavor with the Steak but the Hash Browns were absolutely the best Hash Browns I have ever had. Soooo perfect I had to leave a raving review! Im definitely going to come back next week. Plus the Robot Delivery is fun for the kids.

You get a bang for your buck at Toms. I ordered for 4 adults and it came under 60 bucks. The egg w ham on rye was very filling and they dont skimp on hashbrowns. Service was friendly and efficient and the place was clean. Ill be back.

Ive only been here a few times, so I cant say Ive tried many of the food items on the menu. I have tried the French toast breakfast combo, and its great! Ive also had the avocado bacon burger, and it too is excellent. The best part is the service. If the food was descent but the service was bad, it wouldnt matter how great the food was. This place goes above and beyond in the area of kindness and attentiveness.

I was driving and noticed this restaurant. So I decided to give it a try. It looked inviting. So as I walked in a robot. Yes a robot was serving the food. The lady greeted me by saying Welcome. My mind was blown. Good first impression. They have a variety of different foods to choose from. I chose the breakfast burrito 🌯. So fresh and delicious. Me and my daughter came here one day after school and she had a hat that said it was her birthday, and the staff sent her a free dessert without us asking us to. The staff is so nice and friendly, they are very helpful and make eqting here a great experience. This is my famies favorite place to eat. The food is also great, i have tried different itwma i. Wow, Toms first let me thank you for restoring my faith in customer service. I came in today with my boyfriend and were right away impressed by the cleanliness of the location, and the immediate care by the employees. Yes it is a burger place but from the moment you order to the moment that little robot comes out with your food, and even while youre eating, the staff is continuously checking on your needs and asking if youre okay as well as bringing refills to your table. It was great food and even better service cant beat that... well be back

Came for breakfast and the service was great, fast and they have a really cool robot server that brings you your food the server said this is the only location with it. This place is both nostalgic because I grew up going to toms but also cool because of the robot haha. Overall a great experience going to have to come back and try the burgers I have high expectations! Everything’s also super clean.

My first time going to this Toms I was excited since it was fairly new and was local. I went through drive thru and asked what was in the garden salad the employee said veggies no meat. I was a little bothered that she said that because I had to further ask what kind of veggies really rude and had no personality. Waited in drive thru for 15 mins for 2 burgers and a garden salad. Please keep in mind there was NOBODY in the drive thru at the time. Then she gave me my food 15 mins again very rude, no personality, no customer service what so ever. I had to then ask for my drink that she almost forgot and was not served I’m very understanding that many places or understaffed but it wasn’t about the wait it was about her smart attitude and rudeness will never come back to this location

Such a great little burger place!Stopped in with my 2yo grandson after visiting the pumpkin patch. Just left this place and I must say I look forward to going again. The people here are very pleasant and welcoming and I really like their menu options. Today I ordered the chicken and waffles which not very many places offer them the way I like, but Toms does and at a decent price. They offer 4 pieces of traditional (bone-in) chicken, which I ordered, or chicken strips as options. Taste was very good and the portion satisfying.Its right in middle of Chino, which is conveniently close by my work. Ive seen other customers order the steak and eggs, which looks really good and I may have to try myself next time, which will be a lot sooner than later.Good food and service.🙂

I rarely ever review restaurants but I had to for this one! The food is amazing! I got the chorizo omelet with hasbrowns and wheat toast! It was beyond my expectations of delicious! My mom got the French toast plate and it looked soo good! She nearly finished it but couldn’t! The food here is amazing but the service is beyond amazing as well! Servers smiling, greeting you, checking on the tables, I highly recommend this place for a great breakfast experience!

I was so excited to see this Tom’s finally open. I used the drive thru around lunch time and figured id just get a regular cheeseburger to try it out. Glad i didnt purchase more than that. First of all, i placed my order at the speaker and was told to drive to the first window for my total. I got to the window and the cashier told me the cheeseburger (nothing speacial about it) was going to cost me seven dollars and some change!? I reluctantly paid for my cheeseburger and drove away. I’m so glad I only ordered the cheeseburger because at best IT SUCKED! The bun was dry, the cheese was weird tasting, it had a little to no condiments inside with an over abundance of lettuce and a hard slice of tomato. I forced myself to finish less than half of the cheeseburger and tossed it in the trash. For seven dollars I could’ve went to In-N-Out and got a whole delicious combo. This was definitely a regretful purchase. Better learn to put some love into your food otherwise I don’t see this establishment lasting long.
