I had a great time at Tonys. I was there with a few friends and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. They have a lot of vegan options but also non vegan options. My friend got the Korean bowl with the pork belly and it was delicious. They also have a wide selection of beer. Its a great place to hang out if you have never been. Id recommend checking it out.

Beer is great, food is great(and vegan), atmosphere is great. Ive been coming to Tonys off and on for years and Ive always had a solid time here. Definitely give it a shot if you want a chill place to have a few beers, a good meal, and a spot to hang out.

Genuinely great food and awesome beer selection. A great Burbank crowd with good music and incredibly affordable menu. A huge variety of options for both vegans and meat eaters alike! I got the vegan banh mi - so so good. Husband got the chili hot dog - was amazing quality! Def recommend.

Wish I could rank it SIX STARS. The Korean bowl had amazing flavors and just enough heat. The stout and the brown ale I had were super flavorful. The darts were fun. The bartender was super kind and good for a friendly chat. Glad I got this recommendation. Less than ten minutes from the airport.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Tony’s has some of the best selections of local craft beers LA has to offer and if that’s not enough for you they have a wide variety of amazing food catering to vegans and nonvegans. The staff is always very friendly and more than knowledgeable with any beer questions or recommendations you may ask. Can’t thank these guys enough for the awesome experience they provide every time! Great neighborhood bar. Almost the entire menu can be ordered vegetarian or non-vegetarian! Excellent beer selections, especially for those who enjoy malty over hoppy beers. The camote fries taste like they came straight out of my childhood. Definitely recommend, and will be going back again soon.

Tonys is a phenomenal place to go for casual conversation, to watch the big game, to experience true micro-brew heaven, to play pool or darts with your peeps, and lastly, to experience true gastronomical bliss.The beer: Tonys has a full page of their menu devoted to Caliifornia brewed, craft beers. The selection is terrific, from no fewer than 15 IPAs, to stouts, Irish-style reds, and Belgian-style blonds.They have it all, and the flavors are great. That also have hard ciders and wines.The food: Oh, the Food! We are vegetarians, and I love to go out and have a beer with my dinner. Unfortunately, very few pubs have food that I can eat. Tonys is not one of them.We ordered the vegetarian bean chilli as an appetizer that we shared. It was really good! My wife makes a mean veg chilli, and this compared very favorably. She even admitted it. (Shhh!)My wife had the vegan bahn mi sandwich, which was made with vegan pork. Its also available with real pork, and it comes with homemade potato chips. The flavors were divine. The chips stand on their own, as they were thicker than traditional chips, and not greasy at all. I wish had their recipe! My wife told me that her bahn mi was the best sandwich she has EVER had. I tasted her sandwich, and it was indeed very fresh, and flavorful. But best ever is heavy, and her beer may have been doing some of her talking. (shhh!) Dont let this diminish your chances of trying the bahn mi, as it is fantastic.I had the Italian Stallion vegan sausage sandwich. You can get this with real meat Italian sausage, too. I added chips and a side salad for $2 extra. This was a really terrific sausage. It was very flavorful, spicy, and the texture was spot on for a sausage. I probably havent had sausage in a restaurant more than once or twice since I became vegetarian 6 years ago. And let me be frank (no pun intended), they were not good, like, at all. The flavor was bland, the texture was mealy and blah, and they had no spice. You get the picture.If youre within 62.6 miles of Tonys, you need to do yourself a favor and get your arse over there! Do it, and take your friends! Lets make sure that neighborhood places like Tonys that value their customers by giving them great food and drink and a great place to gather, stick around.

The fact that they can make any dish on the menu vegan is awesome! This is one of our newest go-to take out places. The korean bowl is unique and has great flavor. Sauce is on the sweet side. The faux meat has a nice chewy texture and great taste, first time having this type of substitute (Seitan).Wings are made of sunflower cutlet and is a fun spin off of regular wings. Great ranch dip!Impossible burger is very tasty and it’s texture is very similar to a regular burger. Great flavors, wonderful homemade potato chips too! Very crispy and flavorful.Fun atmosphere. Pool table and darts, bar, not crowded when I went at 4:30 on a weekday. Street parking.Will come back again.

Saw a regular get kicked out today for making a woman feel uncomfortable and refusing to apologize when the Bartender asked him to and after the woman informed the regular that he made her feel uncomfortable (he touched her inappropriately, I saw it, a gracious apology was warranted). Good people work at this bar, I’ll be back.

Very friendly and comfy local pub. Great beer selection and excellent food with emphasis on vegan options. Everything was reasonably priced. We went there with our friends and really enjoyed ourselves. It was a bit overcrowded on a Sunday in the afternoon, but we had no trouble finding a table (joining two small tables together) for four. We will visit again.

This place is my local hangout. Less than 6 blocks from home I love to walk here when I’m in the mood for a beer. They have a rotating selection of local brews snd I always find something new to try. My go-to food order is the non- vegan street meat hotdog. And now that the kitchen is back to full service, their maple drizzled sweet potato fries are not to be missed.

Most folk go here in the evenings, but this place is one of my fave lunchtime spots.The menu isnt huge, but it has a little bit of everything for most palates. The meatatarians will not faint, the vegans will be happy, and theres also some gluten-free items as well. My personal faves are the Disco Fries (both versions taste excellent) and the Buffalo Wrap.Theres a revolving beer list, and they occasionally have a cider on tap as well. For the non-drinkers, their iced tea is surprisingly refreshing.

Love this little bar. Even during covid they were super cool and accommodating. A vegan friend introduced me. My mechanic is down the street so I come here to kill time while I wait. Inside is a long row of tables and I usually find a spot and there are a few spots outside. Boardgames, darts, and really good people here. Oh, and beer!

Ive only been here once and its slightly difficult to get to (and theres only street parking), but its a nice little bar tucked away in Burbank. They have some outdoor seating and a small bar area with a few indoor tables as well. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and helped me stay hydrated while I was there watching a sports game with a friend. (Literally I mean hydrated since I was driving home that night.)My only qualm was the fact that the food took forever to come out after we ordered it. This is probably a bar you should visit on a full stomach.But other than that, they have a decent selection of beers and friendly bartenders so Id definitely recommend coming here.

This is an OG beer spot. Incredible tap list. One of the absolute best divey beer bars ever. Theres pool, darts, plenty of board games, a front patio, and bicycle parking. I dont really go for the food. Ive always found the bartenders to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

This is an excellent Vegan Bar! They do have limited seating during the pandemic, as you can only sit outside, however it doesnt seem like the building has a large capacity anyway. Ordering was very convenient as everyone can just place an order and pay by your phone, and food was brought out in a very timely fashion. I tried the vegan hot dog, and it was alright. What makes me give this bar five stars was the order of buffalo chicken wings, they were at the most realistic that Ive had hands down. I would definitely recommend this place!

We have enjoyed Tonys quite a bit since its resurrection from fading dive bar to craft brew-centric pub. They always have excellent news on tap with an eye toward local and variety of styles. We like to go with our dogs since they installed a small sidewalk seating area. The economical menu isnt long but is full of tasty pub snacks, with vegan and gluten free options alongside the meat and wheat based items.

There is bike parking for the environmentally friendly bar goers. Right in the heart of Burbank, the location is prime for a night out on the town with friends, or if you want to take your food home there shouldnt be much traffic in your way

If you live in Burbank or are visiting the area and you like beer, this is the spot. It is chill, beer centric, good for meat and vegan lovers alike and they even have board games and a pool table. This is NOT a beer nerds place, but the people that come here do LOVE beer. This is an old style dive pub that serves beer as its only alcohol refreshment. I like the vibe of this space as it feels super casual and the staff are so amazing that Tony, if you read these, should do your best to keep them. Also, this is the best beer spot with food in the area.

I have been to this little bar a bunch of times, and love everything about it, except one thing in particular. First, the good stuff; the beer selection is great, even though they only serve California beers, they have a great rotation and always get the best stuff out there. The food is great, I am not a vegan so always get the meat options, and everything I have had has been good, especially their chips, although the menu is pretty pricey for what you get. The crowd there is always a good mix, and the juke plays any kind of music you want to hear. The bartenders are super chill and knowledgeable, except for one, which brings me to the one bad about thing about Tonys. There is one, and only one bartender there that really brings down the vibe of the place, she is never friendly and really doesnt even know much about the beer they serve. Every single time I have had to wait an abnormal amount of time for a beer, it has been with this one bartender, never with anyone else. She seems to want to chat with everyone rather than serving customers even when there is a big line. Out of the 20 or so times I have been to Tonys when she was working, I think I have seen her smile maybe once. I know from talking to other patrons that I am not the only one who feels this way, and I am surprised she is still working at this bar with the type of attitude she has, it doesnt belong in a place like this.

Best neighborhood hang-out in Burbank. The beer selection is amazing, of course, but the food is great as well. Even when I used to eat meat Id go for the vegan options as theyre just that good. The disco fries and vegan wings are my favorite bar food anywhere. They use sunflower and Seiten strips for the wings which makes for a good texture, theyre not afraid of the spice, and the vegan ranch is the best Ive had.

This place really tries to be great but I just didnt feel it. The beer list is pretty big but majority of their offerings are IPA. I know this is trendy right now but sometimes I like to drink a beer that isnt bitter. The board games are pretty cool and they provide a fun environment but Story Tavern does that too with a full bar and better beer and food. The last thing is the food. I suppose this place isnt made for me since Im not vegan and the food is pretty lame unless you are.

Aside from this place only serving specialty beers and not hard liquor, this is one of the best bars in Burbank. Its got its own unique vibe with wood paneling throughout, advertisements from local breweries, and damn near every board game from your childhood (with most of the pieces).Friendly knowledgeable staff, good beers, clean, and just busy enough to be enjoyable without being too much. Tonys is the original craft beer bar with vegan options. The craft beer selection here has always been top notch but recently their kitchen has stepped it up. If I lived close to Tonys, I would probably weigh 400 lbs and would need to get a hacking job where I could work from my basement. Their food is surprisingly good for such a small kitchen. They have vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and they are ALL good. They must have 20 beers on tap, but if you are unsure about what type of beer you like, they have this beer sampler that will help you determine your tastes. I highly recommend their homemade chips, and their sausages, and of course their beer.

Nice craft beers and vegan foods. I spent the night here with two friends who live in the area just eating and drinking all night. I like that they only stock CA beers. I personally dont think their in-house beers are that great, but all the other microbrews they carry are awesome. I came here for a reunion with friends and it was the perfect setting. Very laid back and not too noisy. Theres a pool table and dart board too. THE best thing in Burbank. Friendly, casual bar. Extensive beer list that changes daily, craft beer ONLY, all from CA breweries except for one rotating selection from out of state. Half the taps are IPA, the other half are all other styles (but they RARELY have a sour on tap, unfortunately). The kitchen is gourmet bar food, extensive vegan menu -- lots of fake meat options but dont overlook the salads, theyre surprisingly great. Small sidewalk patio seating area. Its THE place to come if you love IPAs. But even if you dont (and you like other beer) you should give it a shot. It doesnt hurt that someone in the kitchen knows whats up. A bit heavy on the potato dishes, but I think theyre trying to cater to the vegan crowd a bit.

My vegan girlfriend likes the food there... but the last time we went (only been here about 3 times) the service was terrible. The bartender guys neglected to attend us. They opted to flirt with the female guests who were seated right next to us. Had my girlfriend not been really hungry we would have left. The dude actually sat down and had a drink with the other guests before taking our order - even after he told us several times, Ill be right with you.

First time visiting this place after heard great thing about it from friends who have been there before. Sat at the bar as I first walked in and was greeted very politely and in a professional manner. The guy offered the food specials and a sample beer taste while I browsed thru the menu and made a choice. I picked the Tail Gate dog, sausage, grilled Onion and sauerkraut with a dark beer by the name of Judgment day.Everyone of the staff members are walking around with a great happy attitude and making conversation with the guest singing and listening to the background music played by the jukebox. Very nice atmosphere making you feel welcomed and at home. I would like to try the other hot dog and burgers selections ans of course there is a whole bunch of beers to choose from

This is a good place to grab a beer. I came here on a Friday night and it wasnt to crowded but there was still a good amount of people. They had some good IPAs and I had a really good stout. They also have a pool table if youre looking for a place to play. They also had food but I cant say wether or not its good because I didnt have any.

Tonys is great if you want to grab a beer or two, or three. For food they have some pretty tasty sausages -- many of which are vegan-friendly. I really like the apple of my eye sausage which is made with chicken and you-guessed-it, apples! The only thing is, if you dont want a sausage or one of their 3 salads, youre out of luck. If they had a bigger menu with some variety I think this spot would be out of the park but then again, I cant complain about the food at a bar. Come here to drink and have a good time with friends, not to eat.

Cool spot for meeting with friends. But you really gotta get there early and beat the crowd. Its a first come fist serve. So if you arrive when the crowd has taken over the seats youre stuck standing or on to another location. My wife and I stopped here after a recommendation from one of her co-workers, and we were happily surprised. First, the selection of beers is first rate. I had an excellent coffee stout and she had a very good pale wheat beer. I was particularly happy that they carry coffee stout, as I had no idea any bars in my neighborhood carried such a diverse selection, and I love coffee stouts.Secondly, for a bar, the food is surprisingly good. We ordered the fried brussel sprouts, two of the vegan sausages, and a cup of the vegan chili.First, the brussel sprouts were fried in a slightly sweet teriyaki sauce and they were garnished with sesame seeds. They were very good. But the sausages were where the food really stood out. We both ordered vegan sausages and agreed that if we hadnt known they were vegan, we could have mistaken them for meat.The last thing we ordered was a cup of the vegan chili just because we wanted to taste it. This was slightly disappointing, not so much for the quality as for the amount. The portion was very small for the price.Im giving it a mark of fair for the decor simply because it is nothing special. The interior and atmosphere are standard bar fare. The service was better than what one might expect from a bar, however.Overall, we enjoyed our visit to this pub very much, and we are looking forward to going back.

Ah Tonys what is there to say. This is a locals bar in the middle of Burbank. You have friendly staff, friendly people, and no people causing drama. One of my favorite new spots to frequent.... Like, weekly!!This place is great. It may be a bit overwhelming when you first visit, but take a second to take it in and the bartenders/servers are always helpful and patient. Tonys has something for everyone, beers, ciders, wines, board games, dart board, pool table, jukebox (pretty pricey, $1 for one song for majority of their selection), live DJ (on Sunday evenings), vegetarian food options, vegan food options, and even carnivorous food options. Food is awesome! I havent had anything I didnt like. I usually go for Sunday Brunch, which has a rotating weekly specials every weekend, which gives patrons a chance to always try something new and different each weekend! Weekend Brunch has great hours to work with 10am-3pm!! Those weekend specials always have vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. Be aware that the salsa served with the weekend brunch, is more like diced tomatoes and onion. Not a spice to be worried about. If you are looking for a kick, make sure to request their Hot Rodz Sauces. And even if you come in on the weekend and you dont feel like being adventorous with their specials, you can always order something off their regular menu.Bartenders/Servers are the best! Like I said before, they are very patient and knowledgeable. You have any questions, just ask away. They understand how overwhelming the menu and selection can be. Ive only dealt with Tony, Anthony, Quinten (?), and Morgan... and never had a problem. Just be careful coming in on their special event Tuesdays... It can get very hectic, just make sure that if you do decide to come on Tuesday to please make sure to pack some extra doses of patience and friendliness.Only thing negative I have to say, is the bathrooms are hell.... Im sorry... But literally, hell once you step inside. Be warned, especially if you may be claustrophobic.

This bar has become my recent Sunday brunch with beers spot. I have come every Sunday for a month, for excellent reasons.The main point of Tonys Darts Away is local, locally and location. They strive to keep the love in California, by having local brews on tap. (speak of tap, they have 38 beers on tap daily) The beers range from lagers, porters, IPA, ales, triple, double IPA, pilsners and much more. The ABV that I have seen recently ranges from 4.5% to 10.5% and their menu inside and online break all this stuff down prefectly. (Cause sometimes after a few beers ordering from a menu becomes rather difficult.) I like strong beers by taste and ABV, so I would recommend in no set order: Judgement Day (Belgian Quad, 10.5%), Heal the Bay (IPA, 6.8%) or Get up Offa That Brown ( English Brown Ale, 5%)For their food options they have a set list and also a rotation list for Sunday brunch from 10am to 3pm. The set list is pretty awesome because they have vegan, non vegan and vegetarian options. The food also comes around locally (helping Cali do it big!) as a non meat eater I have enjoyed the vegan signature sausages majorly. To be honest I dont really like hotdogs in general, but after hearing them ordered often, I had to try it for myself. No regrets here. I had the Border Dog, which had a nice kick of spice. I actually really liked the avocado lime puree sauce it had, very happy I didnt ask to have it left off. When I dont feel too hungry I go for the homemade Russet Potato Chips. Once again, not a huge fan of potato chips, but the popularity of how often it was ordered around me was hard to resists. Light on the stomach and wallet, esp if your drinking a few thick beers, it hits the spot easily.Okay enough with the novel review, but I must also mention this... They have games you can play at your table or at the bar (ahem.. Sorry, Operation, Dominoes, Backgammon, Rummy... just to name a few.) Definitely a bar to check out at least once. Add it to your list!

A hidden hole in the wall thats a a diamond to all that know it exists.Ive come here for lunch and its the perfect combo of really amazing tasting food for a good price and a fantastic beer selection.Did I mention how amazing the food is? Its freaking amazing. It gives most of LA a run for its money. Its a combo of German bar food mixed with Korean comfort foods. All of it done perfectly. The pork belly dish is one of the best pork bellies Ive had in LA. I dont know how they do it. Its magical. I love their food, I love the ambiance, tnoght I was very upset...I went there with great expectations, O love their amazing maple encrusted sweet potato fries, i love their double impossible burger in an onion ring bun, I love their vegan choices & online it says they are opn until 2.I assumed their kitchen would close maybe at 11 or twelve, since alcohol consumption without food is never a good mix...I admittedly was HANGRY knowing that my blood-sugar level was dropping & I needed FOOD...I got there at 10:20 pm & their KITCHEN WAS CLOSED!AT 10:00!I WALKED OUT...SAD...& DEPRESSED...Please SAY THAT IN BIG PRINT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!I am still pouting...I am eating soup with croutons at home... but I wasted time & effort getting to your establishment because you did not clearly define your FOOD SERVICE HOURS!
