August 2023: tried their food for the first time. Ordered a variety of dishes. The kids favorite was the shrimp fried rice. I enjoyed the honey walnut shrimp the most & the shrimp egg foo young the least. It took over 2hours to receive our orders but they were very apologetic & the food did not disappoint.May 2023: First time visiting. I’ve passed by many times but never thought to come here for boba until my friends told me about their bobas. So I Came here just for their boba. I was thoroughly impressed by how clean the inside is. It’s also very cozy and the atmosphere feels very welcoming. I got their milk tapioca and I enjoyed it. Will return to try other bobas!

It’s the desert, so I never expect too much. Chinese food is especially hard to nail. In town for a retreat nearby and it was later in the evening after an exhausting day nearby. Oooh my goodness. The veggies fresh and crips, the flavors aromatic and authentic. I know eggplant isn’t for everyone but their eggplant dish was a taste of HOME! Also had 2 soups, a chicken disk and I am so impressed. I wasn’t starving, just tired-as I had been eating all day. But I could not put my chopsticks down. 10/10 would recommend. A gem.

Just visiting the town. My food came hot and crispy! I got the sesame balls and crispy cheese wontons for appetizer. Pretty good. The lo mein noodles was delicious. They are so nice and delivered my food accordingly!

Im a Marine thats stationed on the base about 15-20 min from the restaurant. The lady on the phone was very professional and friendly. She told me it would take roughly an hour and a half to get to me on the account that they were busy. 45 min later the delivery driver knocked on my door and had my food. He seemed slightly out of breath but was very friendly and professional. The food was also very delicious and had way too much for one sitting. I ordered the black pepper chicken and wasnt disappointed at all. I wish I couldve met the chef. I will definitely be ordering from here again and will recommend anyone to try this place.

Imagine if Norman Bates owned a Chinese food restaurant. That was my first impression when I walked in to order carry out. The strong, unpleasant odor inside the place makes it seem as though this place has never been cleaned.Its hard to beat out a lot of these strip mall Chinese restaurants across the country, but this is by far the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. By far. The worst. The chicken dish I got looked like and had the consistency of fried cat hairballs, tossed in an extra coating of grease, and covered in pepper flakes. And that was the best attribute of the meal.My meal took forever to be prepared. I guess they ran out of meat and had to go find another trash panda to slaughter. Ill not return to this establishment.

Had the most amazing service. I ate my first bowl of soup and asked to have another with extra wontons and the cook put six extra in for me! The waiter was super nice and attentive as well and the dining area was clean. The wonton soup was great, the duck my husband ordered was great too, theyre portions are big and you definitely get you moneys worth. Definitely going back there again!

Food is alright (better than other places in the neighborhood, in my opinion) but the wait is what gets you. Normal wait is about 90 minutes but Ive waited up to three hours to recieve my food. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered from here on 1/12/20 through Postmates. I ordered a combination with Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken. The Orange Chicken was great, but the Terriyaki Chicken tasted as though someone had dumped an entire salt shaker into it. It was so salty that I lost my appetite and couldnt eat anything else. I just ended up throwing everything away. This was the first time Ive ordered from Top 100 and it will definitely be the last

First time writing a bad review. But felt quite disappointed with their service or lack thereof. (Lady on the phone was very friendly so no complaints about that.) We ordered for 2 an hour before their closing time and we live about a couple minutes away from their restaurant. We waited and waited, no one showed up. Got a phone call (we had already gone to bed figured since they had closed they wouldnt show) an hour and half almost after ordering saying they were unable to find our house . Not sure what went wrong, but doubt it we will be ordering with them again.

Today is the 7/12/17 I went at 8pm and the good was great, I had egg drop soup along with egg rolls. They always seem to male the shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp. The server did a great job I for got his name and for that am sorry to you. ( white male around 20 years old with dark rim glasses, styling the geek look. But great person thank you.

Horrible service, horrible food. Waste of time and money. Spent an hour half waiting because they were busy so we decided to pick it up. There was no one there at all. I then witnessed the guy answer the phone to another upset customer and he gave the same speech to her he gave me. “20-30 more minutes. “ the only thing he added was that it left the restaurant. Why would it take that much longer if it left the store?? Rice and egg roll cold. Not going back and don’t recommend it.

There was no flavor, the fried food was battered in nasty/cheap batter, and it tasted as though the oil they used to cook the food was old and sitting out all day or from the previous night (it was only 12pm in the afternoon when I went).The staff was also very unfriendly and aggressive. Ordered take out. Service was friendly, food was prepared quickly and hot, dining area was clean! The flavor of the food was good however I was not impressed with the food itself. The chicken (Orange, Sesame, Gen Tso, S/S) was very chewy and dry, Fried Rice was VERY plain, had no veggies like it should. Lo Mein was also VERY plain, no veggies either. For $35, I did not feel I got what I paid for.

I am extremely hungry, annoyed and disappointed. I placed an order for pickup through their website. It wasnt until I got to the restaurant that the woman tells me that orders placed online dont come to the restaurant. There was nothing she could do for me especially since the restaurant was closed apon my arrival which was 8:23pm. Which is 30 minutes sooner than advertised.They need to remove the option to order online and change the advertised closing time on google to 8pm to avoid situation like this.

The food is excellent! I ordered over $70 worth of food and I was blown away. The Egg Foo Yung in particular is superb! They delivered everything super fast and I have to say, the packaging and presentation is the best Ive ever seen as far as chinese delivery in its class is concerned. I asked for a refund and even volunteered to drive the cold food to the restaurant and the lady said “that will never happen” hung up on me after telling me she would contact the manager and blocked my number as well as my husband’s number. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who I could clearly hear in the background during the last call before I was hung up on and the girl lied and said it was a different girl I was speaking with previously and that the manager had left. Don’t give these trifling people your business. I’d rather eat an arse than give these stingy folks another penny.

This place is bar none the worst Chinese restaurant on the planet, possibly the universe. I want to give the place props for effort though. The server was polite and attentive and some effort was put into some of the dishes.I did bear in mind that one shouldnt expect gourmet Chinese food in 29 Palms... BUT, if they just bought frozen dumplings and reheated them it should have tasted much better. It was apparent that some of the food was old and/or freezer-burned. I ordered sweet and sour pork thinking it was a safe bet but NO. I am a total pig, not a fussy eater by any means, and I could not come close to finishing it. Old, chewy, cold. Inedible. Inexcusable.

The wait time was ridiculously long and the service was nearly non-existent. We considered leaving after waiting so long to place our order and another table actually did leave after waiting almost 20 minutes between getting their drinks and placing their order for food. The food itself was okay, but only have one waitress who was responsible for the cash register, to go orders, and all tables really made the experience less than enjoyable.

When I called it sounded like an 8 year old was taking my order. No customer service skills and rude! He couldnt get my cc number right over the phone so I told him Id pay when I get in. Five minutes later, a women calls and tells me Your card no work, you come pay cash now. Now lets get to the food it came in a quite small container, terrible size portion for 13 dollars it was like a oval size container.The rice was terriblly dry, the chicken was over cooked making it a hard to chew piece of chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked, they forgot my order of egg rolls and the chicken on a stick was as tough as jerky. The driver didnt even give me a copy of my receipt. Kung pao shrimp was good, but wasnt spicy. Fried rice was OK, tasted kind of old. Egg drop soup was decent, but didnt have much flavor. My daughter ordered just a Boba Tea back in August 2020 and about a week later she got a charge on her Visa for the Amount of $37, I called to question the charges since my daughter was a minor and the owner was not cooperative, said she had to research her receipts, never called back, just about a couple months after $34 was charged on her card and she was not even in the area and had been away for a month, I decided to reach out to her bank and they are handling it, canceled her card and issued a new one, guess someone will be out of luck when they decide to treat themselves to dinner on her card again!Future suggestion pay with Cash! 🤨

I ordered the lunch special with a side of crab Rangoon. Waited over 2 hours for my food only to get soggy “crab” Rangoon and egg roll, and my spicy Kung Pow chicken is not spicy and overly salted. The fried rice is also really hard. I stick the ragoons and egg roll into my oven to crunch them up and it works. I bite into one Rangoon and no crab can be found. Looked through two more and I see nothing. I finally call to complain about everything and the guys like “um typically if you take a bite out of the food we won’t return it.” Like seriously? This place is not that much worse because the really isnt any excellent Chinese food anymore in Twentynine Palms.
