SUCH good value, good service, and quality ingredients! And I love supporting small business owners! It’s family run and we’ve been supporting Jason since opening and they’ve never disappointed! I stopped bothering to go to Supreme Pot or Grand Hot Pot after coming here.My husband’s favorite desserts are here- fried donut w condensed milk and steamed custard buns*The only reason we would go to Grand Hot Pot is for the karaoke hot pot rooms :P

Great convenient location, food selection, ample parking, and overall service.Theres a parking lot in the adjacent plaza (across the street) and ample street parking. It is also a block away from the ocean for a good wall after eating.It is an a you can eat place that offers shared pot (traditional) and individual pot and grill option! They take reservations for parties of 6 or more. Reservation options for shared large pot (can split into two different soup bases) or individual pot/grill combo. Keep in mind that individual pot options are more difficult to come by as they go fast.Dont miss the tasty appetizer options! Make sure to go for the ribs! Amazing amount of choices.$35/person AYCE. You wont be disappointed.

Grilling and Dipping all in one sitting is a great combination. This hot pot spot combines having a grill to sauté your meats and a pot to boil your meats.They have plenty of different meat options and noodle options so you can always find your preferred combination. We love it here and try to come by every special occasion. There is usually a bit of a wait, ~1hour but its totally worth it.We have a 17 month old and every time we come here the staff is so welcoming. The food is great, the options are awesome. Fried sesame balls are 💯.We will definitely be back!

Half grill + half pot + all you can eat = ❤️I wish more places would have this setup.They have a wide selection of veggies, meat, random appetizers, and noodles. They’re often busy most nights so expect a wait but it’ll be worth it. Come hungry!

From the amazing service, meat quality, and broth, I would give it a 5/5 in every category. I love how you can select from 1,2, or 4 different types of broth. My favorite was tom yum (#1), salty pork bone broth, and supreme spicy. The tom yum was definitely different in which it had a umami taste with the hint of lemon zest at the end. The soup had a lot of flavor and I didn’t even use my sauce surprisingly. The meat (specifically beef tongue and ribeye) was good quality. I also loved their korean bbq short rib, homemade shrimp paste, and hand pulled noodles. Honestly, I liked almost everything there and can go on and on lol. Highly recommend!

I gave Top Pot 5 stars. We got there right at 430p when they open so we didnt have to stand in line. My 1st time there with my friends who are regulars. Meats and noodles are delicious! I really.enjoyed having my own personal grill. Left so full! Will return soon!

I absolutely love this hotpot/kbbq restaurant! From the moment you step in, the aroma of sizzling meat and bubbling soup is enough to make your mouth water. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure your table is stocked once your orders are placed and refilling your drinks and soup promptly. The selection of meats, veggies, and dipping sauces is impressive, and the quality is always top-notch. The variety of hotpot broths is rich and flavorful. I like the fact that you can get a half hotpot and a half grill. However, the soup base is pretty bland and the meat does not taste fresh. We ordered pork, lamb, and beef and I could not tell the difference. This prob means that the meat has been frozen for a long time.

Ive been wanting to try this place out for a while. Im always on the hunt for a good hot pot place. After seeing a bunch of friends go here and also talk about this place, we decided to try it out on a Saturday afternoon.We got there around 4:00 and luckily did not have to wait for a table. By the time we finished our meal, there was already a decent wait list.Its all you can eat hot pot and you can either do an individual pot, individual pot with bbq, or you can do a group pot. I went with the individual pot and got the miso. Ordering is pretty straightforward, you just mark on the menu and they will bring out enough for the table. You can also apparently order half orders, which is nice because sometimes your entire table is not interested in eating the item that you want.They have a really great variety of items as well as sides. Some highlights I would recommend are the biang biang noodles, fried bean curd, shaved noodles, pork and veggie dumplings, and really any of the meats! Definitely end your meal with the fried buns with condensed milk.There is a large parking lot adjacent from the restaurant come up but there is also street parking. I cant get very busy so either try to make a reservation or show up a little bit early.

Our first time here! The choices were amazing! We tried personal pots that were half pot and half grill. The salty pork broth is so dang good !!! Loved our server explained how everything works and how to order. We ordered a little bit of everything, including some yummy dim sum. I will definitely go back!

Went here for the first time with my family on NYE and loved it.Service: The staff members, especially Melissa and Ricki, were attentive from the beginning to the end. They took the time to explain the menu including the different soup bases. They made sure that our broth and ice water cups were continuously filled. They looked out for our rambunctious toddler ensuring that he was well fed.Food: There was a wide assortment of types of food including things that were homemade including the fish balls and the bang bang noodles. The broth base was delicious and i got the coconut pork bone broth and the coconut was not overpowering, but just perfectly seasoned. We also love the combo of the BBQ hot plate with the hot pot combo!Space: I’d recommend making reservations for a table more than 6 as the space is limited and could imagine that the wait would be long during the weekends.Background: Had the opportunity to talk to Melissa and Ricki towards the end of our evening. Learned that it’s a family run business with the owner’s parents, aunts and uncles making food in the back and the owner and his fiancée running the front.Overall: I highly recommend this place for its service and its quality of food. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family! Thank you so much for such a great experience. This will be our new go to spot for hot pot!

Amazing experience, amazing food, amazing atmosphere. Everything on the menu was delicious. The food is all you can eat, the drinks are cheap, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can pick either hot pot only or combined hot pot and bbq. The all you can eat meat, vegetable, noodle options for both the hot pot and bbq had tons of variety. The meal also includes dim sum appetizers and an ice cream for dessert. A very customizable experience. A must try!

Although $35pp plus tips and taxes might seem a lot of money, youre paying to eat a wide variety of good quality food you couldnt make available yourself at home. The meats are all high quality as is the seafood and vegetables. My husband reported that the only item he wouldnt have again is the pigs blood as the texture is a bit rough. But all else was excellent. We didnt eat any appetizers because we were already more than satisfied with the selection for hot pot. The staff are friendly and helpful. And we got (matcha) ice cream for dessert. Theres really nothing not to like about this restaurant and every reason for us to go again. Having said that, if youre looking for a place where you can sit down and catch up with old friends, this is not it. There is a 90 minute (or so) limit.

Solid spot!Came without reservations around 7:30pm and probably waited for 30 minutes for a party of 8. Loved the individual pots, half grill/half hotpot experience, and the all-you-can-eat (AYCE) concept ☺️ the prime ribeye is probably my favorite meat choice to grill and hotpot. Their housemade sauce and ponzu were my chosen sauces for the night — they have a sauce bar for you and a sanitized right next to it so you can go in clean and leave clean! The homemade noodles on the menu were also another fave of mine. They also had lots of brothe options, but I went for the spicy pork bone, and it wasn’t spicy at all and actually very tasty! Around $40 per person not including tips yet, but they included tip for a party of 8 when the bill came. One thing to improve would be the orders coming out should have a system. With a party of 8, we had all our orders come out and mixed, so we had to figure out who ordered what or some of our orders were eaten by someone else, hah. Nonetheless, we will be back!Parking isn’t too bad, it’s in a small plaza and had street parking.

I was here with my family 2-weeks ago. We didnt have reservations but driving there from San Francisco we got one. sweet..... AYCE 29 pp there were my wife, me, and my 3 teenage kids. Never been to a Korean BBQ and hotpot at the same time. This was a first. The people were nice and friendly. They came to you asking what else you needed. Very attentive to your needs. Food was great.

This place is great!! This was my first time having hot pot and they walked me through it. Most places you go it’s sit down, eat quick and leave. We are here for an hour just eating and drinking. It’s become our Sunday night tradition.The staff is awesome, the broths are great, the pricing is reasonable (I would actually pay $50 per person), everything is super fresh.

Pros: Ok, I love everything about this place. The vents are on point. You can eat hot pot or grill or both! The restaurant is family owned. So owner, girlfriend, aunt, parents are all there serving you! The freshness of the ingredients is impeccable. The price is also $28 for AYCE, including appetizers and dessert. The most unique and worth it items are the house soy sauce, hand pulled noodles (biang biang), custard bun, and soup dumpling.Cons:... Nothing!!! Would it be great to get more non-alcoholic drinks (like soda, coffee, yogurt, and alcohol like at Grand Hot Pot? Sure! But we’ve come back twice in 1 month. The owner remembered our names the second time. If you’re here for the FOOD, the broth and everything on the menu is amazing.
