Our favorite Thai spot. Wanted to give it 5 stars because the food is usually great, but had to change it. Their customer service is not very good. They get our order wrong every time we order takeout. Then they do not care to do anything to make it right even when you drive back across town to return the incorrect food or pickup the correct food.

Worst place ever, the owner is rude, the service is awful. I came in and there’s barely any service. I waited 10 minutes for water. The majority of waiters are hispanic, very odd for a THAI restaurant. The waiters are not well dressed for work, they seem really messy and dirty. The food was alright though. Would not recommend.

The food at Top Thai is incredible! The owner is amazing too! We have date night every Friday and stumbled upon Top Thai. Weve got a new go to for wonderful crispy salad, spicy seafood and shrimp eggplant! Yum! They deliver too.Check it out! The best place to eat in the San Fernando Valley.

I had tried Thai cuisine before but here was great, specially rib dish that I ordered, I did like the appetizers also, the location of the restaurant is not really good but inside of the restaurant Is fine and I liked the design, you can try hot traditional drink there if you like alcoholic drinks.

Some plates are pretty good and others not so much. The Drunken Noodles really good and the calamari not at all good. The different curries are also good. The food really gets about a 3.5. I did only taste six dishes and theres a lot more to choose.

I love the food here! I come VERY often, so much so that Tom recognizes me and knows my order. Hes VERY friendly and accommodates your every need. Hes attentive, and the restaurant is clean. The food and dessert are delicious; I recommend trying the seasonal rice and mango.

The owner is incredible! I have never had a restaurant experience quite like this.I have placed orders twice now and will be a forever customer. The first time I called in a pick up order and spoke to the owner directly, he made sure it was to my liking told me the ingredients for everything that I ordered so that I didnt get anything that I didnt want. Then once I picked my order up they were super personable and after I enjoyed my food so much the owner called me to make sure that the order was to my liking.I just placed my second order with them and ordered online through Google and the owner then called to confirm my order was correct, I am blown away by the customer service!! The food is absolutely delicious!! Best pad Thai Ive ever had.I highly recommend this place!!!!!

BEST THAI FOOD RESTAURANT in LA!Service, food, price, location, parking, and the atmosphere are all amazing!!! This is the kind of place you want to give your money to. The owner is always there, and he is the most amazing person! The food is always amazing! The price could be double, and it would still be the best deal in town! I really cannot say enough good things about Top Thai, and the genuine/nice people that work here. Came here during the early afternoon right after the lunch rush and we were the only customers in there (perfect timing). Our orders came in quick and were very good. The man that took out order was very respectful, professional and funny. We loved this place and recommend it to others. Wontons were amazing.

First time here and I am impressed. I moved out to the valley and miss my favorite Thai food restaurants from back home, but I am so happy I gave this place a try. Food and service was beyond amazing.We ordered teriyaki chicken with veggies, orange chicken dinner, and a grilled chicken salad. Everything came out great and tasted great.I cant wait to order again from this restaurant. I am really looking forward for a thai tea.

A better than average Thai place. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Had the Thai barbecue chicken. Plenty of food, took some home. Chicken was a little dry, but I enjoyed the dish overall. Will definitely go back.

Delivery took over 1.5 hours. Called multiple times and they said theyd call back and never did. They forgot 2 items from the order. Some of it was cold. Food is good, but not worth the rest of that. When I called about getting a refund for the missing items they said they couldnt do anything since I placed the order through their website, I have to call the website. Its their website, I dont get it. Driver was also very rude. Theres a lot Thai places in the area, Id recommend calling one of the others.Edit: The brought the missing items back over and left them hanging on the door knob when no one answered. I also forgot to mention were like right around the corner from this place. So disappointing because the food is good, but I wouldnt order again.

Ordered shrimp and yellow curry for delivery (they came very fast!) Although it was overall good, I had asked for mild on the curry and it is SPICY. Not sure if “yellow” with a red sharpie on the container means that, but something to be careful about next time. Unfortunately, didn’t get to enjoy my curry as much as I would have liked.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Best Thai food in San Fernando valley. Food was delicious and not to mention the customer service was probably what keeps bringing back. This place is cozy it feels like you are having dinner at home if you happen to go with your family which I always do. They make you feel like you are a priority to them since the moment you step in to the restaurant. I will keep having Thai food at Top Thai Cuisine. thank you Tom for all the effort you put in making sure people have the best Thai food and for being so nice.

My favorite hole in the wall, Mom & Pop Thai spot! Amazing, above and beyond friendly service from the owner Tom and his wife. Great, flavorful food, huge portions compared to other local Thai spots. I love that their soups come in the hot cauldron and the meals come with a rice, when most places charge you that separately!

My order was delivered quickly but the food was excessively greasy for my taste and not all that good, imho. The tempura veggies were very doughy & soggy, not crispy tempura style at all. I found large egg shell fragments in the pad thai, and bit into some which was really off-putting, and it was way too oily. The chow mein had a decent flavor but it too was really greasy & not great. Too bad - I will not be ordering again. Im glad for the many others whove had good take out from here.

Good choice for curry. Short walk from Howard Johnson Inn, (but don t stay there).Theres a new menu, and higher prices since my review two years ago. They probably would be out of business at the previous prices. Theyre still here, the food is great, and portions are generous. Friendly service, family owned and operated.

I was there last week and I had a terrible experience with the server. One of their female waitress looks like in her 40s with dark skin was extremely rude. When she puts down a plate of fried rice I made a joke asking her why is it so small? Her respond was the owner is stingy My family and I was surprise with her answer.We also noticed the look on her face that she doesnt seem to be happy and when she serve us again. My brother asked her is she all right? And she told him that shes not happy working here because the owner doesnt treat her fairly because he won’t give her time off and She also told us that she wouldnt eat here after seeing how things are. After her two negative answers we decided to not talk to her anymore.I honestly feel like this waitress needs to be fired because she is very rude and unprofessional and most importantly she isnt showing the appreciation of having a job especially her English isnt good at all.

Dont let appearances fool you, not only is the food on point woth this restaurant, but also the service is really warm, and welcoming. I enjoyed the yaki soba with shrimp, and a cold sake. If you are daring ask hom for the homemade hot sauce... delicious, but warning 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Tofu satay -- how did I go so long without it? Also good: Khao Soi, Panang Curry, and very good Nam Prik Ong. Very nice people, and about half of the guests seem to be regulars, which is a good sign... Tho I dont know Reseda well, and so itay be one of the best restaurants in the area. Good show!

Recommend their pineapple fried rice, curry noodles, and their mango and sticky rice. Was also pleased with their chivken satee Do not recommend shrimp dumplings or crab cakes. However, this is still my New favorite thai place! Drove from glendale twice already. Next time i hope I can have their special spicy pork noodles.

I love this place!!! Probably the best Thai food spot Ive been to so far. Every time I crave some Pnang or Pad Thai this is my go to place. Not only is the food great, the atmosphere is awesome!!
