Great area. The only outdoor area worth going to in the Valley imho. The only downside is people start smoking cigarettes and securities dont do anything about it. Plus they dont have enough outdoor umbrellas so its hard to stay for a long time under the burning sun

Well decorated, lots of shops for food, ice cream, candy, drinks, clothing, utensils and what not. Costco is on premise. A variety of restaurants and quick eateries, I loved their bright colored decorations, nice ambience,kids friendly areas, and ample parking space. Can be extremely crowded during holidays. A nice place to hangout.

Great place to hang out. Just make sure you dont stay until the parking fee jumps to $14! I usually enter on Topanga and go up to the 3rd parking deck floor. The 4th is all compact space - small compact really, and uncovered.The atmosphere in the evening is great, especially on the weekends. Lots of families - its like to transport to another world, far away from the rush and attitudes of Los Angeles.Can get crowded sometimes, especially when Costco and 24 Hour Fitness get busy. But parking still seams enough. During a week day, well before 5pm, its nice. Empty but enough people to make it a good atmosphere.

Mall security lacks professionalism. Several parking lot exits were closed with no warning causing a back up from the vehicles trying to exit.Security was watching the drivers getting frustrated about being trapped and having to turn around with limited space to turn around and with traffic coming into the lot at the same time.Security provided no assistance. In fact they were laughing at the frustrated drivers.Tried to speak with one guard, who was still laughing. He shrugged and pointed at the cones. When asked about lack of signage he continued to laugh. As he walked away, he said to just drive around until we find an open exit.The securitys lack of professionalism is a blatant representation of management.

Most horrific parking and one way lanes to get to all the shops. Such a nightmare driving in circles looking for parking just to pick up a pizza. After 25 minutes I went home without even getting out of my car. THAT INCONVENIENT !!

Very walkable mall but restaurants are not really my taste. They are mostly chains and nothing strikes me yet.The big screen on the wall of 24 hr fitness looks busted.There are at least 3 fire pits but they dont turn on cold days for whatever reasons.Parking situation is a bit bizarre. The Westfield Topanga mall across the street is free all day, but this village is free for 2 hrs or so.

It used to be one of the nicest places to go and get things done .. now JOEY restaurant valet parking is taking over more and more of the small spaces available …you can’t get to any of the business around because of that… I guess to the village only that restaurant is important

This place has the worst parking set up Ive ever seen. Each area is sectioned off, they arent connected to each other. So if you drive in one area that has no open spots, you have to drive back out the entrance and drive over to the next section. Its baffling that anyone thought that was a good idea.The theater is great, it has reclining seats and lots of snack offerings.Tons of stores and a delicious Brazilian BBQ spot in the dining terrace.

I think I reviewed this place already. I was here to go to the movies. The theater is nicely renovated. This time they actually had condiments unlike the 3 other visits before. However they were out of salt and tops for the soda cups. Aside from that, it was a nice experience.

This is the best shopping experience in the valley. Joeys is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is tasty. The village never fails. You can walk around and see famous people. The Kardashians are often here. I personally dont care for stars, but I love people. The people here are awesome 👌.

Saw a show at the new Topanga AMC Theatre and it was absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the recliners with the swivel arm trays. So convenient. The staff were helpful and super nice. An overall great experience.
