2023-02-23 22:55:16Sadly, this spot offers the best ramen than most restaurants in the area where I live. If I didnt live 4 hrs away, I would be here more often than usual. The noodles were just right. The appetizers were pleasing. Accommodating staff. I highly recommend it. We will visit once we are in town again.

2023-04-11 00:40:38Loved the food here, the ramen was great, and we loved the small plates of the chicken kaarage and croquettes. The kaarage rice bowl was also really good. The service was excellent when we ate there.

2023-09-18 19:41:25Always Excellent...doesnt open until 11:30am. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. (Spice level 2 of 3) and Jimmy ordered the Chicken Paitan Ramen. We were both blown away. The presentation was beautiful. The servers were very attentive and the food came out quickly. But best of all it was delicious! Jimmy said his chicken was tender and succulent. My pork was also excellent. That being said, the protein was not necessarily the star. It was the combination of flavors including the seaweed, noodles, green onions and soft boiled eggs... Yummy! And the spice level was perfect for me. Each dish was $13. While we had iced tea to drink, they also offer saki and beer. I will definitely be back!!

2023-03-13 00:08:28Exceeded expectations on all levels. Not a lot of ramen in Palm Springs. Found the service, food, and interior all above average. Gyoza was very tasty and the dough was not too thick. Garlic ramen is very rich and well balanced. Spicy pork ramen can be adjusted to your preferred spice level. Service was very prompt and attentive. Lots of parking. Recommended if in area.

2023-02-28 18:56:39This place satisfies any and all ramen cravings! The spicy tonkotsu ramen was flavorful and umami. The pork belly was tender and delicious but they only give two small pieces. I was a big fan overall, 4/5. Its good quality for the price and big serving size. The chicken karaage bowl had the most tender and juicy chicken thigh meat! Delicious! The octopus balls were insanely good. Its a little rich and creamy plus deep fried. Definitely worth trying.I think the mango galaxy drink had three layers: green tea, sprite/soda, and mango syrup from top to bottom. It was a good level of sweetness to cut the spiciness of the ramen. The matcha tea is unsweetened. My mom had to ask them for honey, which they happily provided, so just know that its really just unsweetened green tea.Service was fantastic. Thank you!

2022-02-19 04:28:34I’m so glad there is more variety coming down to the valley! First time trying this out and it was fantastic! The servers were very friendly and quick. There wasn’t a long wait after placing our orders for appetizers and ramen to come to our table and the place was packed. If you’re a fan of Sapporo I’d definitely check this place out. Pricing was fair too not overpriced. The noodles were just about al denote and as the hot broth settled in the noodles they got to a perfect softness. I really enjoyed the chicken karrage it tasted like it was made from scratch.
