First time eating here. The employees were so nice to us and friendly. The place was comfortable and had cute light fixtures. The food was 10 out of 10 for me.I never had a shrimp tostada and it looks Ed good with crema and veggies over bean tostada.Good priced huge michelada with 559mix it was really good I recommend the cucumber one.

My family loves TPK and have been patronizing them since they opened. We are never disappointed. The supreme burrito is huge and tasty. We also love the quesabirria tacos, taquitos, asada fries...the lost goes on! 5 stars every time.

My fiancé, and I really love this restaurant. From the people that work there, to its food, it definitely deserve five stars. We especially love their Barbacoa tacos. The sauces are spicy, but very delicious. Definitely recommend it.

Me and my family are pretty upset about the change in the size of the bean burritos. The last 2 times we ordered bean burritos they significantly changed the size to a very small size. The burritos used to be huge and fit in a burrito Styrofoam box. But the last 2 times we ordered bean and cheese burritos for our family, they were so unbelievably small. We have been loyal to tpk and buying their bean cheese burritos and other food from there for the last 2 years and we even recommend it to many other people. Please go back to making them big. I will change my review if the bean and cheese burritos go back to the original size. Im pretty dissapointed, because this is my favorite place to get them ):

First time stopping by here and I gotta say it was really really good! I got the flautas with barbacoa and they were delicious! My wife got their quesabirria tacos with the consome (broth) and it was super good! Their habanero salsa was just the right amount of spicy and went well with my flautas and the red salsa was just as good. I didn’t try their green salsa but I’m sure it’s still as good. I highly recommend this if you’re walking around Visalia downtown!

A great experience going into the restaurant. I they allow dining in and made sure to maintain covid restrictions. The food was great and the customer service was very friendly even though my Spanish pronunciation of the food is terrible. Wouod recommend if your looking for some good Mexican food 😊

Food and service was great. Nachos are a good size and plenty of toppings. Would definitely recommend the quesabirria! This would be a great late night place. After they closed (around 10pm) many hungry people were walking by looking in the windows to eat here.

OMG, these tacos were authentic and delicious. Im an American Airlines pilot, I have been all around the world. Ive had Charlies Tacos in Okinawa, Fuzzys in Dallas, these tacos in Fresno, and these are the bomb. Can you say bomb on an airplane? Well these are. I will recommend this place to my fellow workers.

I am a frequent customer because of the food and service. Up to this point, everything ive gotten here was bomb! I ordered a wet burrito like I always do However, my last visit, I actually paid attention to them making my food, and needless to say, I was shocked. The young man pulled rice in a bag out of the microwave and started scooping into my burrito, then my burrito sat there for a few min, and a young lady came from the back w/ a small tiny pot and proceeded to start stirring. Im assuming It was the sauce from Chili Verde. Then she poured it on my burrito. When I got home and opened my food up. The sauce was extremely watered down and had no flavor. She poured so much, and it was thin im assuming from watering it down to make it stretch. Now, the burrito was soggy. I was underwhelmed by this experience @ TPK. Im gonna take a break from going there as the food customer service is starting to lack. I wouldve preferred for them to tell me they were out of sauce then to terrorize the whole burrito. Now, Im concerned for food storage, temperature, and dates & times after watching them this particular time.

I ordered a torta de asada and a torta de adobada. I also ordered two quesabirra tacos. They all had NO flavor. It was dull. The quesabirra tacos were just tacos Dorados with no sauce. (The sauce on the pic is because I added some consume inside which made my tacos soggy just cause I was trying to add flavor). The consume was a brown clear color with no flavor. It just taste like water with onion and cilantro. I was disappointed. I added the photos of my quesabirra.

Get the quesabirria. Sooo good. I ordered 2 different tacos and went back to order another quesabirria (other taco was also good!) I would totally go here for late night food (after bar would be GOLD) so hopefully they extend their hours soon. Staff was super friendly as well. Ill definitely come back.

Ive tried this place twice and both times I ordered the same thing. Bean burrito and taco birria. Both are delicious. My only issue is the serving of the bean burrito. It is massive and the tortilla is not stiff enough. Each time I had to finish my burrito with a fork as the beans and rice were too much for the tortilla to hold. The service is quick and the location is clean while offering a variety of delicious salsas.

The tacos are really good, like REALLY GOOD, the size of the taco is 👍 not to mention the salsa is on point. Not watery like other places. Be wary of the habanero salsa its not for the faint of tongues. If Im in the mood for tacos, this is my choice

Decent food, we got the tpk burrito and the two enchilada dinner. Burrito was pretty good, not the best Ive had but definitely good enough to get again. Enchiladas were pretty average, but made up for with a generous serving size. My only complaint was that the guacamole was weirdly spicy (I typically like some heat but not in my guac) and had a bit of a funky taste like too much cotija or not enough lime or some combination of the two.

I would have taken a picture but it was gone too quick. Ordered carne asada burritos, which were seriously amazing. Meat was perfect tasted fresh, not over cooked like it was made yesterday and reheated. Beans and rice inside were perfectly balanced in portion and taste. Ordered with no onions, which they got right and is always appreciated. Tortilla reminded me of my nana’s homemade tortillas and were so soft!! It was a pleasant surprise. I don’t know of any other Mexican spot with tortillas as good. Also ordered a Birria quesadilla which was awesome!!!!!! Scarfed it down so fast I didn’t have a chance to let my significant other have a taste lol. Also ordered a fish taco, and my only complaint is that I wasn’t a fan of the sauce they used on it. It was fresh and soft, but the sauce over powered it, next time I would just order with no sauce and se lemon on mine instead and I think it would have been perfect. My new favorite spot. I haven’t been back to Visalia in 15 years, but now I know my go to spot for our next return visit. ❤️

Very surprised by this spot. Theres lots of Mexican food joints in visalia but this place holds is own everything was seasoned well and the price is very reasonable.Been back a few times since first post and everything is amazing my fav is the bean and cheese burrito with the green salsa. We went there just by searching on Google to find tacos. It’s a small Mexican restaurant, very clean, friendly. The prices are reasonable, but the taste is so good. I ordered Quesabirria, and it was sooooo good that I ordered 8 more to go. If you happened to be in the area I would really recommend you to try it

First seeing the logo I was like this should be good! The menu has enough of the simplicity that is needed right now. Tacos, Burritos, etc. I shouldve tried the tacos first, but my tradition is, always try the asada burrito first. I know itll be my go to meal, if it dont fit the Burrito Standards it gets a no go, Unfortunately as of right now its gonna be a no go for me. The burrito started out ok but once I lifted it and felt the extreme softness from all the beans sitting in the belly of the tortilla, I kind of knew what road we were on with this one, the all filler, no thrills; meaning more beans then meat, rice or even the cilantro/onion mix. I dont mind beans in a burrito, you miss the texture and flavor without it, but too much of it, can just make a burrito a hot mess. The green sauce from here is good, the red sauce is even better! Itll burn your eyebrows off, make you regret it later kind of sauce! But it would definitely kick up the flavor of the somewhat bland and fatty meat I received in my filler burrito. Would I give them another go? Maybe... but as of right now Ill stick with my usual spots.

A little on the pricey side for what you get to be honest. The food is on the bland side, we ordered asada fries, al pastor and carne asada tacos. The asada fries were terrible, the fries were unsalted, there was next to no meat, and slathered in very dry refried beans that were obviously several days old. And to add to it, we asked 3 times no guac, and it was still put on it. They charge 9 dollars for a basic quesadilla, and 2.50 for street tacos. I dont know if this is a chain restaurant, but it sure tastes like one. Try this place while u can cuz if this is how things are done there, they arent gonna last.
