Mtn View store is pretty much the same as others. Nice clean. Nice stock of foods we usually get. Vegetables, meat. Etc. Look around see what you like, not just random store food you see elsewhere.

If you work late and get off around traffic hours. You cant make it to Pars Kosher Market & Deli. This place is second the best to get your kosher meat products. If in stock, I always go for the 8 piece chicken cut up. Better deal for all your meat portion for chicken. Includes the neck and butt. Im not a fan of the butt. But definitely the neck. Its too bad they dont have kosher chicken liver. Would have been amazing on the grill. I cut all the breast meat to save it for a later day to make schnitzel. Then the two drumsticks for fried chicken. Everything else is made into a soup dish I made called Marak Temani, which is a Jewish Yemenite favorite dish. When its ready to eat. You can add the croutons into your bowl. If you like most people eat it with bread, so that they can say the prayer for Birkat Hamazon. If not, smoke basmati rice is a favorite addition.

Sad to have to give a poor review to TJ’s as all the previous stores I’ve been to were great. A Latino cashier first off asked me to bag my own groceries (instead of doing them himself like he’s paid to) and made a snide remark about how I messed up bagging them. If you were to do your job decently I wouldn’t need to bag… but he was in a hurry because he wasn’t working fast enough.

My weekly sanctuary where I find quality food at an affordable price. So many hidden goodies Ive discovered here (and so many more to come).Pro tip, buy their premium vanilla ice cream tub and their chocolate lava cake from their frozen dessert aisle section. Heat up the chocolate lava cake and put a giant scoop of their vanilla ice cream on top. Thank me later.

I like Traders Joes it has great food at good prices and people working there seems friendly and nice ! I like their Trader Joes cocoa powder its only $2.49 for a 9oz container great for baking and making hot cocoa drink ! Their organic unfiltered honey from Uruguay 16oz is $6.99 and love their imported Italian pasta Capellini also call Angel hair pasta only .99 cents for 16oz so delicious !

Some super-friendly-bald-guy-employee-who-seemed-in-charge was helping bag groceries when I stopped him and asked him for a band-aid. I didn’t want to mess up his groove, and I was embarrassed…. But, I had accidentally kicked the cart and split open my toe. He went and got me two bandaids— one normal, one with wings. He then finished helping my cashier bag and then pointed to where the paper towels are. He was so so so kind and helpful! I love the staff and love their cheerful attitudes. This wasn’t a huge gesture, but it was enough to make me write a review!! It makes grocery shopping much more pleasant when you are surrounded by happy employees.

A great store with a variety of grocery items and friendly service. I was impressed with how they had semi-authentic Asian foods, which is hard to find in Asian supermarkets and even harder to find in grocery stores like this. This grocery store also has a variety of organic foods and fresh produce.

A very organized store and quick check out. This is one of the best Trader Joe’s in the area. This shopping plaza on San Antonio Ave in Mountain View has all the stores and grocery shops you need. Definitely recommend this store to all local shoppers and visitors.Recently they have added bunch of extra parking spots that you will never have any issue finding one. Another great point when you are up for a quick in and out shopping.

Pretty much what you would expect from a trader Joes. Nice fresh flower selection that I prefer over that at the next door Safeway. All the best trader joe classic snacks and frozen goodies. Has a good wine and beer selection for its size that is constantly rotating with new deals. Can become quite busy and things like fresh French breads will run out. Bring your reusable bags!

I love me some Trader Joes. We stopped by to grab some of our favorite healthy snacks... Thai chili lime almonds & Thai chili lime cashews 😋 I am so sad that Trader Joes discontinued their masala simmer sauce and their meatless meatballs. 😔Those 2 thrown together and served over cauliflower rice was the quickest and easiest gourmet tasting meal ever.

Go to trader Joes you never know what you might discover there it is just a wonderful supply store where no g.m.o. . The way I shop for products is the least amount of ingredients in it is a Lod cleaner. Always pastor raised eggs are available all the time at their place for $4.99 you cant beat the price. Grass fed milk $4.99 a 1/2 gallon I cant complain. And cashier Philip is a doll catch him hes fast accurate very intelligent young man does a great job and what hes doing.

Really helpful staff and great prices, but limited product choices in some areas!Ive called in a couple times to check on pricing and availability of some products since they dont list stuff online, and every time Ive called, the associates would personally go find the products I was asking about and get back to me. I really value the time they take to do this, since I like to make informed choices about where to buy my groceries before heading over to the stores.TJs is usually the cheapest out there, and I know Im getting great quality products at such low prices. Especially love their organic nuts collection, which is cheaper than buying bulk at Whole Foods! One place WF does work out cheaper though is specialty flour section (like almond and coconut flour). They also use really cute packaging for their products, another motivational factor to purchase here, haha.Only downside I would say is that they dont always have as much variety. For example, I wanted a single carrot this past weekend, but they only had the bagged ones which had too many for someone who just cooks single-serve meals for just themselves. They also sometimes run out of fresh produce at the end of a day, but Ive only had that happen on me once out of the more than 20 times Ive been here since moving to the area recently.

AVOID IF YOU CARE ABOUT SUSTAINABILITYThis is the TJ closest location to me and I am a weekly customer. However todays experience was just beyond horrific. We brought our plastic bottles to this location for the buy-back program. The store did not accept plastics - which was cool. But what was NOT COOL was the Manager at the front desk was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and gave the WRONG reason for why this location didnt accept plastics. Turns out TJs can pay a fee to avoid taking plastics back (obviously wasnt the confrontational reason this manager gave).It is truly hypocritical for a brand that prides itself on being sustainable and green and sells TONS of products in plastic packaging to not be accountable for the end of life for plastic. This is bad for the environment and our world - and just not responsible. Trader Joes - you can do better! And then for the employees- please educate yourselves on the right reason why your branch does not enroll in the plastic buy back program...and have better training on how to treat and respect your customers. Ive read many reviews on how poor the customer service is at this location. Was hoping I didnt have to write this review.

Great place as any other Trader Joes Ive been to. Im always amazed at how fast you can get in and out of the store. It doesnt take more than a couple of visits to get familiar with the aisles and after that you can be in and out quickly. Checkout is fast and very little waiting. It was the same when I lived in southern California too.

Love this store, know where they have things in the store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have asked many time yo check groceries in the back if they are not on the floor and at all times they have checked things happily. Best thing is that they have detailed ingredients list for most products and we can check it at customer service.I buy a lot of Traders products. Love the flowers and veggies and fruits. The best time to get more variety and choice is in the morning till 12 noon

I am a regular Trader Joes customer. I always find my favorite items and often find new products that are reasonably priced and exceptional quality. During this time of social distancing and wearing masks, I really appreciate the work of the Mountain View store team. They put up clear signage of safety precautions and expectations, have an excellent system of monitoring the number of customers in the store, and offer carts that have been wiped down when each customer enters the store. The store is neat, clean, and well-stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Ive been a regular at TJs since like 1992 when I was a sophomore at UC Berkeley... we used to go buy the great quality, yet inexpensive vodka there to go make homemade Kahlua with... beer budgets with champagne tastes! Ah, good times... LOL 😂So, I just visited the Mountain View Trader Joes this past weekend, in search of broccoli. I was a little disappointed, though! They only sell these dink little bunches, all shrink wrapped in plastic. Well, back to Safeway for this I suppose. Not knocking TJs, though! This specific location was great. Very clean. Even as crowded as it was, the lines moved very quickly and you never felt mashed up in the aisles walking around. *Maybe* look at a little higher-caliber of produce, though. 😉

Always organized, usually friendly staff, with the good product line-up one expects from Trader Joes. Only current downside is there is always a line, and waiting out in the hot sun can be a little uncomfortable on a hot summer day.Various details are handled better than many other stores. They definitely are careful to control the number of customers in the store. You cant bring in a bag, but they have a bagging station outside if you dont want to buy bags, or use new ones when you already have your supply of reusables with you.If you have a question, staff generally has an answer about products or where they are stocked. The customers here tend to me considerate here, a culture fostered by staff and the brand.

Good place to go if you like telling your hipster friends you shop at trader Joes for clout, or are lonely and want to feel like the staff are your friend. They didnt really explain how theyre handling customers bringing their own grocery bags. It was a weird experience at checkout....Some of the employees were talking to each other while they were ringing people at checkout. Definitely felt less professional and friendly than Los Altos TJs.The waiting area is fairly exposed to the sun.

This is my favorite grocery store. Prices are low and produce has good quality. Cashiers are checking eggs before purchase. If they cannot fine price - the item is free. Awesome!There are lots of cashiers available, so even in very busy hours you will checkout within 5 minutes.

I love trader Joes, its my favorite supermarket experience. I love that they have a small tasting corner with coffee, I like that the employees are approachable and generally nice. And I like the selection of foods they have, sometimes even buy the premade food that you can cook in the microwave when you dont have time to cook, and many of them taste great!

This is a busy Trader Joes, and it has most everything needed at a grocery store.The prices are better than most of the large chain grocery stores. The staff are helpful and the check-out lines move quickly.This Trader Joes is not visible from nearby El Camino Real, and I dont remember seeing any signage to indicate its presence.There is ample, close-by parking and the area appears to be safe. Its my primary go-to Trader Joes.

You guys! Trader Joes is the best! And this Trader Joes is the best Ive ever visited! This morning I asked Darcy, the lady at the checkstand, if they still had the Rose Lotion from Valentines Day. She checked for me and said theyre out for the season, then offered me her own personal rose lotion! She said it worked out perfectly because she had a new lotion she liked better. She was so sweet, I had to give her a hug! She took good care of me, but this was going above and beyond, and you can definitely tell that she just cares for people. It brightened my whole day and probably my whole week! I highly recommend this Trader Joes, the people there are so helpful, sweet, and caring! Ill be praying for you, Darcy, and Im definitely going back to visit this Trader Joes!

Its always a joy to go to Trader Joes. The energy is so positive in there. The staff are always helpful. This stall at Los Altos was saving grace of the entire San Antonio Shopping Center. There was nothing much at Walmart or Safeway that I wanted but when I step into Trader Joes I feel like buying everything off the shelf.

I love coming to Trader Joes right when the open up early in the morning at 8am. Its more quieter and less hectic to come by and you can grab the things you need and be out of there in a more timely manner. The folks here are chill and friendly and everyone seems to click well together like a family. Its just the feeling that I have whenever I shop there to replenish my food supply. Their flour tortillas are the BOMB as well as some of their drinks, chips, bread, meats and other food items. I still havent understood what the ringing of the bell means, but whenever I hear it, it sounds like someone won a jackpot.

Smallish, but convenient TJs. Its my local store, and I prefer it to some of the larger, glitzier stores. Staff are friendly and helpful and parking is okay, though crowded at peak hours. One thing to be aware of is they are in the process of upgrading older freezer and refrigeration units, so its worthwhile to check dates and ensure things are adequately cooled when shopping. Other than that, Trader Joes is Trader Joes.

One of the best TJs! The staff really seem to have fun working here which creates a nice atmosphere. Theyre very helpful. Same selection of items as most TJs. They monitor the number of folks in the store, to minimize Covid-19 transmisdion. Downside: there was a line (spaced at least 6 apart) to get in. Upside: the line moved fairly quickly, and once I was inside the store it was quite uncrowded, everthing was in stock, so I was able to pick up everything on my list (plus the usual additional TJs items), everythibg was clean, and no waiting at checkout.

Great place to buy groceries. For the raw veggies/fruits, milk pail is probably better, but for everything else, come here! They always have something creative to offer, like Brussel sprouts on the vine, or olive wood cutting boards, and is worth checking out just for that if you find something you like.

This is my favorite Trader Joes in the Bay Area; its open late (10pm) which beats the 9pm time of most, and the folks there are quite helpful and professional. What sets this one apart is the way in which the crowds are managed given this store is notoriously cramped in its layout. Additionally parking outside is ample and relatively easy! It certainly beats the congested and parking-strapped Sunnyvale location. Of course youre going to get the exact same food but how you get it makes all the difference. 😅

Ive found the meats, veggies, and fruits to be overpriced and sadly they seem to spoil faster than the stuff I buy elsewhere. Also, youre not gonna get the breadth of selection that youd find, say, at a Safeway.But back on the positives: the people who work here are just super!
