What is there not to like about Trader Joe’s. You can do most of your shopping there. Good selection of items and fair prices. Wine selection is very good with hustle buys offering best deals. Look for new items section where you will find new or seasonal items that me be limited for testing. Cheese selection is very good and prices are very competitive.

Lackluster remnant of bygone times. They survive on the old reputation of quality products at bargain prices with a nod to being a healthy food source. Prices now are on average higher than the run of the mill grocery store. Gave their frozen foods another try. Flavor is lacking and portion size makes dinners more like quick snacks. Definitely no value.

I like this Trader Joes in particular because the store is roomy and clean. I can easily find what I am looking for and dont have to wait very long at checkout as they always add more checkers when things get busy. Friendly staff are happy to show you around. My only complaints are thatTJs vitamins are not USP approved or at least I cant find it on the label and that is an important seal of approval since so many vitamins are bogus and they always seem to discontinue products I discovered there and like.

Everybody is always friendly and I love the selection of products they have. And the prices are amazing!!! They now carry a whole line of vegan choices. They are all good and again, very affordable. I think Trader Joes is the only place where the cashiers have a conversation with you. I always enjoy chit-chating with them.

This Trader Joes is the best grocery store in the area! They are doing an excellent job of maintaining social distancing. They still have lines on the ground outside, and are careful about the number of people entering the building. They have clear signs starting their policies and there are multiple employees who are working on sanitizing all high touch surfaces. Thank you Trader Joes for continuing you excellent service!

Customer service is great. Shelves are adequately stocked. Good selection, store well merchandised. Checkout moves pretty quickly. Only downfall would b parking situation. Very busy center with an Urgent Care/Petsmart/Starbucks + couple others all sharing a very small parking lot. Not an easy in-n-out on most days

I really enjoy shopping here. They have good selections and a wide variety of foods to choose from. All high quality and the price is reasonable. The only downside to trader Joes is that items may not be on the shelf 24/7 because they rotate through different items I believe. If Im wrong please let me know, Ive only been at this location 3-4 times so Im not Veteran 😂.

Hard not to like trader joes. The selection is great and the workers are always friendly and seem to not be stressed or overworked and are friendly. I like the free coffee and small food samples. And the stuff they carry is always good. I try to get a new item each time I go there. Its not a guarantee it will be good, but Ive found some good new eats through experimentation. Ill be back.

Had a great experience in this Trader Joes! One employee named Sam was really helpful. He helped me with my entire grocery list and was super helpful and attentive. When he couldnt find an item, he went to the back and found me a fresh one. Great employee and I thought he deserved some great recognition. The experience I had with Sam and the Trader Joes will make me always want to come back again.

I checked with Trader Joes cooperation on labeling. This was when we were voting on whether to label gmos as an ingredient or not. The bill didnt pass so I called. I want to know what Im eating! Ill start by saying that I love TJs! It was my first time in this particular store and it was a little unimpressive. Parking in this shared parking lot was rough, and the spaces are very small. Most of the food we picked out was best by that same day or just a day or two out. Many items were lacking clear pricing. Floor staff didnt have the same friendly demeanor that Ive encountered in most stores I still love TJs for their delicious products and fair prices!

Super friendly staff. On one of my last visits, the checker that helped me could tell that I needed a fast check out when I ran to get something that I forgot. She cheerfully matched my place to check me out with a helpful and friendly manner. The parking on the weekends can look like a challenge, but I can always find a spot!

Parking is bad. Too many stores for this ill-designed parking lot. The line to get in because of covid is too long. Ralphs across the street has no line. The prices are cheaper at Trader Joes but the brands are theirs. Some are better/worse/same as regular. Is it worth the wait, hassle? What value or worth to you place on your time? To me, I have better things to do than to wait there for 30 minutes to do grocery shopping. My advice is to look at the line and leave if more than a couple of people. By the way, the checkout lines are disorganized at this location. That takes up more time as well. Good luck. Lines without roller-coasters.

Selection is superb: Produce, dairy, meat, meat alternatives, baked goods, snacks, ready-made salads, sandwiches, staples (flour, sugar, coffee & the like), nutritional supplements, canned foods, pet supplies, wine... Just 2 name many of the things one may acquire @Trader Joes. A samples kiosk is a fun thing in all the stores Ive visited. They offer brewed coffee samples & edible item(s) prepared in-store from things U can buy @Joes. Its always a treat when I shop @Trader Joes.

I used to love going to this Trader Joes location, however its been my experience lately that the staff and management have become childish and disrespectful to its customers. Its such a shame, since I really liked the parking situation, store layout, and its proximity to so many other stores on Foothill Blvd. in La Canada, CA.One time when I was shopping there, I was speaking to the cashier about the behavior of some employees, and the cashier mentioned that none of the female staff can wear stretch pants to work because of a lawsuit brought by a customer (sexual harassment Im assuming). Im not sure if that situation happened at this location or not, but the mere fact that this even occurred is seriously disturbing, and that the cashier felt it was necessary to let me know this fact was very telling.Advice to management and senior management: reel in all your employees who are behaving inappropriately to any customer. Customers do not go to their local Trader Joes for childish behavior, attitude problems, and harassment. We go to get groceries and even better with a genuine friendly attitude and smile to add not subtract from our day. This should go without saying.

Great store. I hit this location up when I dont feel like going to the Brand blvd location and dealing with the madness there. This location is usually the least crowded of all Trader Joes in the area. It is also directly across from Ralphs and theres a Petco in the shared parking lot. There is also a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Its a great place to get all your shopping done and grab a coffee and bag of dog food.

So many trader joeses to choose from. The destination has been a sanity drive, closer to the hug of mountains by the Angeles Crest. And this stores crew in particular is kind kind kind. Super helpful staff. Super soothing to see familiar masked faces, oddly. Its the customers I have a tougher time with - whooooah, easy now, enough smoked salmon for all of us, Sister. Ive been to many Trader Joes from the westside, to Burbank, and now this one. La Cañada has to be one of the easiest TJs to find parking at and it is really close to the freeway. All of the staff is really nice, and Ive never had to wait longer than a few minutes in line to checkout. The store is small, but it is super convenient. I just wish it was open later!

I usually go to the LaCanada store. Is it just me or is the parking tight here? Besides that, this has to be one of my most favorite places for quick groceries. And the food is scrumptious. I like the frozen meals, particularly the Indian cuisine. And the Mac n cheese. Plants are fabulous and this is the place to run for that orchid gift for the special someone. They are always introducing new foods and I recommend trying them! For example....cinnamon dusted cheese. Who would ever think this would be totally amazing???! I mean, THIS was AMAZING!!!! AND I look forward to fall each year and the yummy apple cider and pumpkin pancake mix (buy extra and store it for the rest of the year). And they have a fantastic pumpkin body cream that is great for the dry chapped skin (it sounds disgusting but it is really nice). Located conveniently on Foothill close to a lot of other stores (Starbucks and PetSmart are there). Who doesnt like Trader Joes? Enjoy!
