Holy Christ! There’s not one bad thing I can say about this store. First and foremost they treat their employees very well as they should. Second, the selection may be limited, but the quality of the items that are found in the store are exquisite and high quality at very fair prices!! if you want high quality and value shop at Trader Joe’s!

This is an easy 5 stars. First its the kind and helpful employees. They spot the blank look on my face when I cant find something, and they immediately ask if they can help. Then, there are the goodies. Latest raves: green tea mochi (ice cream), Carolina Gold BBQ potato chips, almond butter granola, dark chocolate peanut butter cups. Oh, and during the hot summer months they freeze the 24 Oz. Plastic bottles of water. Ask for them. Put a couple in your insulated bag with the ice cream, and it gets home without melting into a puddle.Im hooked!

I love this store and the employees there are always nice. Second time Ive bought a rack of lamb there and its been absolutely rancid before the use by date. Use by date on this one is July 4th and I wouldnt even use this as dog food.I dont have this kind of money to throw away.Editing to add that because I didnt have my receipt, but still had the lamb, I was able to bring it back to the store for a refund. Gal who took care of me was very nice.

They allow dogs into the store. Gross and unhygienic. Nobody wants to get bitten by your dog either. These are poodles and Dobermans and dogs being carried around, these are not legally protected service animals.

This Trader Joes is excellent!! Always find what I came in for and more! Im on a limited budget, but, what seasonal items I find for my family is exceptional! Today, I was not doing very well and I think it showed. The gentleman who was the cashier was prompt and delightful. Before leaving the register, he handed me lovely pink roses. I stated that I did not have roses in my order. He than kindly said, these are for you, from him and Trader Joes. I immediately started to tear up. Aarick, you really took this Mom by surprise. Thank you, Aarick and Trader Joes! I am full of gratitude for this very kind gesture. You really made my week turn into something beautiful.

Best grocery store customer service on the planet, combined with consistently low priced high quality food = lifelong customers. This is Trader Joes. They are hands down the best. Their staff make a noticeable effort to understand everything about their products, and if you ask an employee a question and they dont know the answer they will walk you over to an employee who does know the answer. They will also look for products for you on their computers and tell you where and when items will be available. Make sure to grab a bag of their Trader Joes blue corn chips and a few bottles of root beer on your way out. Cheers!🍻

What more can I say about TJs that hasnt already been said? Quality stuff at reasonable prices. The giant Belgian Milk Chocolate bar always gets my attention (which I consume all too quickly). Great cheeses, big steaks of Swordfish, Halibut and Cod. Fresh Artisan breads, and my favorite Dr Bonners Liquid Peppermint Soap. Have fun and take your time perusing all the goods. The staff are sincerely into helping you - feel free to ask away - youll get the right answers. I recommend visiting in the early part of the day to avoid the shopping cart traffic jams - its a very popular place.

This location is one of the rare examples of a Trader Joe’s that has abundant parking. Even the inside feels like one of the more spacious ones that I’m used to. And as expected it’s hard to find a Trader Joe’s employee that isn’t friendly and this location on the 111 is no exception. It shares a parking lot with a Target which makes it an extremely convenient shopping trip.

Always a destination for everything good. The grocery chain is owned by the very popular German grocery company ALDI, which also has several stores in the Coachella Valley.On my recent visit to TJs, I bought a case of this years vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau at a very compatible price. Fantastic place. Amazing customer service. Best prices on things like cheeses, salad, wine, eggs, nuts, frozen fish, olive oil. Interesting and delicious selection of prepared dishes, frozen and otherwise. This particular location, being the only one for many miles gets incredibly busy. The franchise has a bad reputation for produce, but there are good things. The bags of salad are better and cheaper than other stores. The bags of tiny avocados are bargain. But do not buy plums here- they never ripen. The nearby Vons has better meat and produce, but Trader Joes has such great pricing on so many things and so many essential unique items that its my first stop for the weekly shopping. I will not buy cheese, nuts, wine, or bread anywhere else. Many of the items in the frozen foods aisle have become staples I cant get anywhere else. Im so fortunate to live near Trader Joes.

This is a busy business. Be prepared but the good thing is you are checked through in a flash. Very quick. There is sometimes limited parking and you might have to park in targets parking lot. The store is nice but if your looking for ralphs or Vons this is not your store. They have more healthy organic foods to choose from. Prices are fair so go in and check it out sometime.

I love Trader Joes. I do nearly all my shopping here. They offer a great value on common items but also have many unique foods that your not likely to find anywhere else and all at a great price. No matter what your dietary requirements they have several options to accommodate you especially for those who eat a primarily plant based diet.The staff is always cheerful which is a sign of good management and they genuinely appear to be having a good time at work, even when the line gets stacked they are very efficient in handling the rush.Overall Trader Joes and the people there do a great job creating a pleasant shopping experience and I am proud to be a frequent shopper.

What can you say, it is a Trader Joes! I havent met one I didnt like. This one is not very large, but has everything the others do, just condensed. Smiling, friendly and helpful employees abound, and you can get in and out in a few minutes if you want, or be like me and browse the isles in search of new things. We are almost always happy with our choices, and their prices are very fair as well. Nice cheeses and produce. And dont forget the cookie isle! Or the wine! Yes, that goes with the cheese....

The stores manager & staff are mature, work hard, and are simply fabulous people. This is what makes it such a great store. Its reasonably priced compared to other markets with mainly organic products. Its a smaller parking area and store to walk around, while still maintaining a sizeable selection. Trader Joes is famous for their low wine & beer prices. Their orchid plants are the nicest and least expensive of anywhere you compare. The prepared salads are reasonably priced but because its fresh it be right before its expiry so its important to check the dates. The milk and eggs are high quality yet reasonably priced. Excellent frozen section including meats, vegetables, desserts, etc. But, their cheese department! Always a wide selection and consistently the lowest-priced by far when compared to any other store in the area.

The prices were not very good and it was mostly weird stuff most people do not go to the store to buy, to be quite honestI bought 3 little salads here, and even the ceaser did not have chicken in it and was 4 dollars. I buy other ones at different stores and they at least have chicken. Very crowded inside and the parking lot as well. If you want a quick snack, bottle of wine or some cheese I recommend this store. The fruit was priced very high and I went to a grocery store after as a consequence. I just honestly do not understand the hype around this chain. I guess it is best put this way, if you are having a dinner party or want a quick snack, this is what this store is good for.

Only downside for this location, and reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 most TJs locations would generally get, is the really small parking lot. Very hard to park and watch out when parking in corner spots, as someone else parking on the other side with a larger car could block part of your spot, which means youd be stuck there waiting for them to return to their car and move it in order for you to get out. The store is older and small, so it gets easily overcrowded at busy times.

If you dont know Trader Joes, youve been living in a closet. This one has decent parking. Can get around with a cart easily. Never seen it crowded. Always have what I usually look for. We are visiting from South Orange County. We visit Palm Springs often and have for years. Whenever we are here our first stop is always Trader Joe’s. One of the great things about TJs is that they are consistently clean, well stocked and super friendly. You can always find the items you like here. The produce is fresh and beautiful. We grilled some salmon the other night that we purchased here. It was perfection! What most people (that don’t shop here) don’t realize is that TJs is so inexpensive. I get it. It LOOKS expensive. And the quality of the food would be much higher priced anywhere else. But it’s very competitively priced. I paid the same amount per pound for TJs salmon that I would have paid at any other chain grocery store. But the quality of the seafood at TJs is just so much better. Give it a try. Seriously. The staff is always nice and if there’s a wait they always open more register. Always. One last thing. If you are trying to improve the way you eat and want quality, start here. I wouldn’t know how to feed my family without Trader Joe’s.

The store is following all the COVID guidelines, restricting the number of customers in the store, markers for social distances at the registers, requiring masks. However, it is a small store with narrow aisles and the customers are not very good about respecting boundaries while shopping. Its not the stores fault - its the shoppers. I actually had to return 2 soups I bought due to spoilage. I didnt realize it at the time of purchase, but the section where they were stocked was not a frozen food cooler, just a refrigerator display. I called and voiced my concern and they were very receptive. So when I went to get the refund, I got managerial runaround and poor attitude and I will admit that I felt very slighted for something as serious as spoiled, in date, potentially dangerous rotten food returns. Now I do about 20% of my food shopping at Trader Joes and when I went back the issue was not fixed! The soup that is for frozen only is still just being refrigerated. Shame on Damon.

Especially the Asian foods...like Kung pao chicken and the like.Parking during peak hours can be a problem at the Cathedral City store, but, if you dont mind a little walk...no problem.
