Trader Joes in El Cerrito

A hit and a miss, both pumpkin spice. The tall thin box is iced sandwich cookies. They are very sweet (and I totally do sweet) and do not have much pumpkin spice flavor. The other box on the other hand is seasonal gold. I sat a few on top of the box. If you like Mothers Circus animal cookies and pumpkin spice you will LOVE these. Get them before they are gone.

Very good Trader Joes. They keep it well stocked, location seems to be well managed, and they have decent parking availability. Also plentiful handicapped parking for those needing it.

Well stocked clean store. Lots of unique quality products at good price points.The premade salads are tasty and convenient.

I have yet to visit a Trader Joes I didn’t like, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Staff is always so friendly, the shelves are well stocked and if they don’t have something in, they usually have a rough estimate as to when it might be back.Bathrooms in the back left corner near the Kringles and bread.There are often samples as well, which is a really great way to test new products that you might not normally get.

I used to be a grocery delivery first kind of guy before coming here more frequently. The 1 mile walk is not bad for a friendly staff and great service. My wife and I are both visually impaired and often use customer assistance when shopping. The staff is very helpful in helping us find all the groceries we need.

If you like shopping at Trader Joes but hate the lines this is the one for you. Their express lane is very fast and Ive never seen any of the checkout lanes closed.Location itself is on the smaller side, so selection maybe not as great as some of the larger locations.

I love Trader Joes. Its just something about this particular one. The employees are ALWAYS Hella nice, and I always find everything I need, but the overall energy of the store...idk... its just off to me.

I’ve been shopping here for 10 years. I work in another grocery company but I always travel to shop here after work until my experienced this morning of one of the cashier (I forgot to asked the name out of respect but she’s blonde and tall and normally on the 3rd checkstand) who are clearly racist. I was on my way to her checkstand when she just told me she’s closed (not explaining the reason or didn’t even apologized). I just respectfully moved to the other line which is next from her counter. After how many minutes there was a woman pushing her cart and she called her and helped her while I was still on the line. She even stare at me while she’s unloading the customers items. It’s sad because I am a person of color and only late when I figure out what she did. She did not even apologized. I worked in a grocery and I don’t mind to wait in the line but I’m saying this because I don’t want anybody to experience to be treated like that especially Albany and El Cerrito community. She’s rude and arrogant. I should have to asked for her name. Worse experienced after 10 years almost everyday shopping in this store.

Great small store for ready to eat meals, wraps, sandwich, also meals for reheating.Great fresh fruit & vegetable .Great meat selection.Great frozen selection.also, Great beer & wine.

This is my favorite grocery store. Good selection, good prices. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
