Trader Joes is an excellent grocery store chain. All of their products are of great quality, including food, beverages, alcohol, and flowers. The service is outstanding and deserves all the praise! Wonderful people work in these stores, and the staff selection is exceptional. Its a pleasure to shop at Trader Joes stores! I highly recommend it!

A great local grocery with value pricing, better than Sprouts and Amazon Fresh. Super clean, friendly, fast, and well stocked with a variety of fresh produce. As usual, they also have an amazing frozen section! The garage parking here is the best deal in the area, $1 for the second hour

First time that I went to this Trader Joe’s as I was close by for my kids soccer practice. Traffic around location was heavy at rush hour but parking was easy and free for an hour and I was able to get in and out quick. It’s a small store but makes shopping faster and still seem to have lots of options. . Staff is friendly which is consistent across all. Love that they have fresh inexpensive flowers.

They literally loaned me their pen so I could cross off the items we purchased on our physical, paper list. So nice and have been for years. Great return policy. Top-notch, smiling and helpful service at reasonable prices. And, they regularly update their products. If you havent yet tried shopping here, you have been missing the boat and didnt know you were even by water. Dront drown, try shopping here and enjoy the experience.

My go to Traders, unless I have to go to JC Penny, then the one by the mall is great for mall item pick ups. The staff is always polite and helpful. If they dont know the answer, they will find it. Prices are wonderful, selection is more than enough, and the parking is free for the first 45 minutes! The only negative thing about this store is when the girl scouts show up and shake me down. Only kidding, but its too hard to resist the Samoan cookies!

One of my favorite stores in Los Angeles - I don’t think it replaces sprouts or Whole Foods but 95% does. So far in Europe I haven’t found anything as good and am considering having care packages sent …at least of the non perishables. 😂

I rarely get to TJs, as we dont have on at home, yet. Because I dont go very much, I had a difficult time finding what I needed. When I asked for a map of the inventory, the person in charge gave me a personal shopper to help me find the few remaining items I needed. They really do make you feel special and valued at this Trader Joes.

EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES! A PSD IS A SERVICE DOG. IT IS CALLED A PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE DOG. I came in the store Saturday morning around 10am with my dog in my arms. Nestor approached me and asked if my dog was a service dog which i replied yes and he asked what service and I replied psychiatric. Moments later he follows me around the store and explains that ESA animals are not allowed inside the store which my dog is not. He was questioning me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I have never been treated this poorly in a store and had to leave due to his interrogations. I will never return. Educate Nestor

This location has covered parking, which I appreciated during this past rainy winter. Staff is friendly, especially their sommelier, Olivia. She knows her wine! I havent found an employee with her level of expertise at any other TJs.Overall, great service and quality products at a fair price, especially the eggs! Note this location can get very busy and during my last two or three visits, there were a lot of empty shelves. I suppose theres a correlation between one and the other.

I like to say I live the complete Trader Joes lifestyle, though honestly Im not sure what that means, except that we do about 95% of our grocery shopping at our local TJs. The food is fairly priced, the selection is quirky and enticing and the people there are unfailingly helpful and polite. One tip for newbies at Trader Joes; if you find something you like that isnt a staple (say, milk or eggs), stock up, because things go in and out of supply regularly.

Interesting store. Its a smaller TJs accommodated with 1 hour free parking, so you definitely have to make a list and set a timer on your phone or watch for 30 minutes shopping to give yourself enough time to walk from the parking structure to the store, shop, wait in line, pay, then return to your car, unload groceries and wait in line to exit structure lol. If you are a highly organized shopper proficient in time management, this store is perfect for you.

Although always busy this Trader Joe’s is so convenient for me or else I’d have to travel far. There’s a parking garage connected to the store and they give you a complimentary 45 mins to shop. Designated person to clean and sanitize carts and everything necessary. Store is always clean and organized. Very diverse staff which is a huge win for me and everyone is super nice.Recommendations:The earlier you go the better or else the line wraps around the store to get in.

Excellent grocery shopping. Giving it five stars since I go here every week, but its not perfect and have had the occasional disappointment (items discontinued/out of stock, etc) here and there. Having said that, it is far better than most grocery stores. Its human scaled not vast and impersonal. Good choice of organic and practical. The staff is friendly and efficient. For those expecting a personal shopper, white gloves, no expense spared presentation, and staff that will do anything—no matter how outrageous—stick to ordering online, otherwise this place is great. Avoid shopping here on Friday afternoons...It can be very busy and by late evening the shelves can get a bit empty. Been a fan since 1991.2022 (March) update. Still holding up.

I have to say that I’m here almost every other day. Every employee interaction I have had in this store has been excellent. All the employees seem happy and eager to help you. Even when their is long lines they seem to move pretty quickly. It’s always well stocked and they have great food options. I love the fact that that everyday they give you a sample of a different food item which entices you to buy it. Love their salads and their frozen food section. Their wine is exceptional. Only bad thing I would say about this place is that in certain times of the day it’s hard to find parking because of the mall patrons. It’s easily accessible from the 405 and the 90 freeway.

They also were really great and incentivized during COVID to ensure there was food for everyone by limiting peoples protein to 2. This is currently my favorite Trader Joes in the area, even though its not the biggest. Why, you ask? Well read on, dear reader.1. Parking - free for two hours and there is plenty of it in the garage next door. Its also relatively easy to access the building after parking.2. Layout - As I said, this TJs is smaller than some others that are within reach, but the layout is darn convenient. Very easy to shop. The aisles are wide, and its conveniently located in a corner unit.3. Organized - very very well organized. You can always find what you need, quickly.4. Great service! Everyone is always so great. Trader Joes is a staple in our community. I have two located within half a mile of my home. Unfortunately the portions are small, not family-sized. They have a significant amount of pre-made, packaged and frozen foods which makes serving decent quality meals very easy. Prices seem quite reasonable until youve had to purchase multiple packages in order to feed even a small family. The employees are always very helpful, seemingly very positive, even with the crowded Trader Joes, theres always an abundance of parking, and there always seems to be an Isle were you can check out fairly quickly.There isnt a significant amount of choice with their fruit and vegetables, but the ones they do have seem to be of high quality. They have a significant amount of organic produce which appeals to me very much.Treats, snacks, and alcoholic beverages are in very large Supply if thats your thing, it isnt mine Unfortunately. They always offer free coffee and a sample of their food of the day which is a nice touch.

Trader Joes is a great place to shop for snacks and I love the prices. I am currently changing my diet to Organic so Trader Joes was on my list to try. I was happy with my purchases. I bought organic mince meat and to be honest I was a bit disappointed it was a little watery when I cooked it and I bought the 85% maybe I will try the 90% next time. I love this TJ, except... vegetables and fruit. They must buy the worse quality or lowest priced veggies around. Usually the items are too early, inedible and then turn into super-ripe in 2 days. So you have to have a surgical precision to eat them when right.I usually end up trashing 50% of the veggies and fruit I buy there. Sad.Also, parking in rush hours can be challenging, lots of traffic in and out of the building.The people who work there are usually very nice and always ready for a chat.

Is Trader Joes is always busy expect long delays with no parking and bumper-to-bumper carts inside, its tough to do normal and casual shopping here, everyone is in a hurry or rush, all seem to be bumping into each other so there is no easy in easy out, youre here for the long haul. On the good side, This place is often kept clean and smells great the produce quality is high the staff is wonderful and enthusiastic, and including a safe and clean neighborhood.

During this crazy covid19 time, it can be scary to go grocery shopping. Trader Joes lets senior citizens in an hour early, which is a nice community service. I went there Friday morning early enough to get in as soon as the senior hour was over. The store was fully stocked, and the metering of people entering the store and the taped path through the store made shopping easy. The stores employees were helpful as ever while maintaining proper distance, and its nice to have that human interaction when were staying so far away from each other.

Shout out to Mia for finding me a hot cocoa snowman when I thought that all hope was lost! I snagged one early for my daughter and when her little sister chucked it to the ground busting it to smithereens she was heartbroken. I stopped into see if I could find another and of course they were sold out. Mia called other stores for me and when they were sold out as well she took my name and number promising to call if she found me one. And she did! She made my daughter one very happy little girl!

Parking is difficult at times when its busy. They also changed your late they stay open, apparently due to a gunman in another location. Its a bummer because almost everytime I want to go, I realize they are closed. 9 pm is early for many of us, especially being in a major busy city of the world. Love my local trader Joes, usually has everything I need, staff is always sweet & friendly.Would have given five stars if it was not for the verbally abusive population that stands directly outside the door as of lately.The poor elderly lady in front of me was screamed at because she did not give a young man money as she walked past. He yelled racial slurs at her & screamed I guess black lives really dont matter, to an elder woman of color. Yikes.Ive also noticed the people that are taking surveys, get hostile if you politely decline to answer their questions if you are in a hurry. Muttering rude remarks as you walk past or away from them. Classy.If you dont want to lose customers maybe dont let them get harassed on the way in & out of your stores Trader Joes. Tell these people they cant loiter or yell at your customers. It would make the whole experience so much more enjoyable for everyone.

Not the biggest Trader Joes but a very good selection and helpful friendly staff. The parking is much easier than some of the other TJs. You pull in and take a ticket but dont need to get it validated (free two hour parking). There is rarely a backup in the parking structure. I usually pull in on Culver and get a spot right on the first floor. You grab a cart as you exit the parking and walk toward the car. Store is clean and well kept.

I love the produce in this Trader Joes, they offer some specialty produce (purple Califlower, colored root veggies, etc.)The same for the cheeses, both domestic and imported. Tons of crackers, nuts, cookies (vegan ice is also available daily)The parking structure is tight, however it is free.I love the customer service at all of the Trader Joes, I enjoy engaging in conversation with the employees.Huge wine selection, always some there to help you make a good selection.The fresh flowers and potted herbs as you enter the store are always a plus.

All that I ask of this T.Js facility is to get some signs posted inside that parking structure that points out the most efficient/directions to get into your front door. The market is fairly clean & easy to navigate. But two elderly shoppers (2-different occasions) were wearing masks to only cover their chins - - whats the point of that? Am I supposed to poke & ask if they need help with mask wearing or will T.Js step it up and educate non-compliant customers?Either were all wearing masks or drop the pretence and let all customers know that the requirement has expired.Thanks

This location has a free hour of parking so you dont need to ask for validation. Hands down one of the best stores for discovering new and delicious items catering to your health conscious needs. There are all kinds of new and seasonal items to look over for example cheese that has chocolate laid into it. Some must have every time I stop by is their slender small for pet cans of pineapple juice their peach and mango sauces and their soy and flax seed chips regular or spicy depending on your preference. They have some good wines to boot and a couple of ales to take care of your alcohol needs as well. Top it off with some good ready made dishes and a couple of things to cook up from the frozen and the refrigerated isles and youll be all set for some good eats. First time in 3 months there because the lines were intimidating when I would pass by. Obviously they are under COVID protocol meaning pulling from one main line at the register which I didnt see at first so when I approached the cashier directly it appeared as if I was trying to bypass the line. Anyway after realizing my mistake and waiting my turn fair and square they did have an employee at the front of the line directing traffic. Check out was quick. If you bring a bag they dont let you bag it at the register. Outside the door I tried to bag my stuff and another employee made me walk around the corner into the garage to do it.
