Traditional Guilin Noodles in Monterey Park

The House Special Guilin Noodles are an absolute must if youre a fan of spicy food, even if you can only handle a hint of heat! The mild spiciness was perfect for me and added an extra kick to the dish.Not only is there seating available inside, but they also have plenty of outdoor seating options. And let me tell you, the lady who was working there was unbelievably kind. Her hospitality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Im already looking forward to going back for another visit.

A good place to enjoy rice noodles. The portion size was quite big. There is nice outdoor seating as well. We also got the cucumber salad but the taste was not as refreshing as expected.

Got the house special medium spicy with rice noodle. Delicious! Portion was insane, took half of it to go. Meat slices were thin, chewy, and packed full of flavor. Soup flavor was good, and noodles were perfect. I am definitely coming back for other dishes!

The meats depend on which vendor you choose and run the gamut, but here in Monterey Park the house special Guilin rice noodles ($9.99) have beef and pork belly. Mix it all up with the pickled vegetables, peanuts, and sauce and you have an excellent economical meal.

I had a fantastic experience dinning here along with other companions, everyone truly enjoyed the experience, the taste, the server’s quality and etc,, would definitely revisit in the near future!

I’ve eaten here a few times, and it’s tasty. I like the hot and sour beef noodle soup, and the house special is also good. The bowl of noodles is quite large and filling for one person. They have a nice large outdoor covered patio (with good air circulation) as well indoor tables for dining. Lots of board games in case you want to hang out.

Very tasty and service was great. Both dry and soup noodles were very good. Shredded potatoes were just okay. Service was pretty good.

There was a bit of a wait for the food as the server was also the chef, but the house special rice noodles and all of its elements were fantastic. The rice noodles had a great chewy texture. The sliced beef was wonderfully marinated and aromatic. The chili crisp and flavoring oil was less spice and more smoky aroma (got the medium). The pickled green beans gave a nice refreshing lift. And the salted pork gave it an extra blast of savoriness that brought it all together. There are also lots of board games that are available to play while waiting for the food

Plz don’t go. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wait for an hour and they have make ABSOLUTE NOTHING. and nobody answered. Environment is horrible too.
