Sofy was so attentive my vegetarian request, true Chinese food! Order the Buddhist delight w upgrade of cashes and beans sprouts. Everything is fresh and authentic dish. Will come soon for more vegetarian dishes, including the Chop Suey!

BEST Chinese Restaurant in the Valley. We refuse to go anywhere else. You MUST consider ordering these all-time favorites: 1) Salt & Pepper Shrimp (freshly fried...Cant really tell its salt and pepper all we know that its the most amazing shrimp...in town??) 2) Sweet & Sour Pork (they recently upgraded - small, tender pieces - delicious!) 3) Like Spicy?? Tell them to do a chicken chow-mien extra spicy 4) Chicken fried rice (soooo fresh and tasty) 5) Orange Chicken (if you catch them on an off-day...They over cook it and it gets a little chewy...But if they do it right, the flavor is awesome and the meat tender....Guys...I could go on. This review wont let you down!

Food is now mediocre with new owners. Our original order is now tasteless, fried rice looks like white rice, chop suey and chow mein are bland. We have to find a new go-to place. Pad Tai restaurant is much better.

I ordered shrimp chop suey chow mein and asked for extra sauce. Once i picked up there was absolutely no sauce/gravy on my food. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and they told me the sauce was absorbed by the noodles in less than 30 minutes😒 i kept explaining it doesn’t even taste like any sauce and they still argued with me. when i asked for a refund they told me there was nothing they could do so i will be back in the morning.

Food was okay. Their beef & broccoli was delicious! The fried rice, imo, was not fried. My friend ordered steamed rice with her meal & they brought her the same rice! We asked how a.certwi. dish was prepared & the waitress kept telling us what was included with the meal. Never answered our question. Love the atmosphere! Kung Pao Chicken was good.

The wife wanted some Chinese food on the way back to LA. O how I love to dine at Tsing Tao, a place of joy and grace, where every dish is made with care and served with a smiling face. The fried rice is so tender and the beef so rich and rare, The string beans are delightful and the sauces are beyond compare. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are all so friendly and they make me feel complete. I cannot praise this gem that shines in Fresno enough. For me it is more than just a meal, it is a wondrous treat.

First time eating here and the whole family loved it. Everything was very good, highly recommend the sweet and sour pork, and Mongolian beef. Walnut shrimp was also very good. I remember this place as being better. They sat us in the back near the bathrooms. The place was clean for the most part. The food itself is bland has no flavor and was cold. The shrimp tastes bad and I spent $60.00 on bad food and small portions. The Sapporo was good and cold! The appetizer’s should come out first. Go to Panda it’s better and cheaper! The customer service is bad as their seems to be a language barrier. I feel like they rushed us the entire time and made fun of Americans in their language. I will not be returning ever as all it takes is one bad situation for me to boycott.

Absolutely love this place. On a scale food and staff service are a 10 always. So friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Lady at the counter is the Best. Love love love her so much she is always welcoming and checks in with every table to make sure they are doing good. Me and my family always go there knowing we are getting the best customer service there. The food is a large portion they are not stingy with the food. The price is good for what they serve. Their Wor Won Ton soup, unless they didnt get the order correct, is more an egg flower soup with shrimp, mushrooms and melted won tons.There was no barbecue pork, no clear broth. My guests like the soup, but we were looking forward to traditional Wor Won Ton.

The food was really bland, and the meat seemed like really low quality. We got sweet and sour pork, honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and cashew chicken. The cashew chicken was ok, but everything else was not. The sweet and sour pork didnt look like any sweet and sour pork Ive had before (it was strips of brown meat with no breading), the breading on the shrimp was soaked through, and the meat in the broccoli beef kind of disintegrated. When we heated it up the next day, chunks had congealed into one piece that didnt really come apart after reheating.Definitely wont be back.

The food had no flavor. The portions were tiny. I spent 35 bucks on 3 lunch specials and a chicken entree and were still hungry. We ordered fried rice and got whit rice. I will never go back. Panda Express taste better then this place and gives you more food for your money. Rice was 60 percent of the Togo bpx.

This place catered for my son’s first birthday, they did an amazing job and were such a joy to work with. They even gave me empty to go containers for left overs for our guests to take home but we ended up not having any left overs, the food was that good! Authentic China style food. Flavor was especially north China style. Our family stayed in Fresno for a few days in this summer, and visited this restaurant because it was close to where we stayed. Sizzling beef, broccoli beef, and eggplant were great. The beef were very tender and delicious. Great staff and restaurant owner!

No other place has there flavor. The staff here are so nice and friendly to my family. The dinning area is small put its clean and welcoming. If you like Chinese, you gotta try Tsing Tao!!!!

I came here frequently as a kid 15+ years ago- yummy food and kind service so much so that I remembered it (and craved it) and was quick to visit when I moved back to CA this year. Environment inside was fairly nice, it wasnt too hot or too cold. It wasnt crowded with many people upon our arrival but was quickly picking up for the dinner rush ten minutes after being there. Waitresses were VERY attentive and almost too on it...I would glance up and feel multiple waitresses eyes burning a hole in me. I am a simpleton when it comes to Chinese food. I order the same thing every time I go to any Chinese place--shrimp fried rice. And I was not very satisfied with my one favorite dish. The shrimp was not hot...it was just tossed in there. The rice was colorless...and a little too sticky for my liking.

My daughter is fussy but she loves the moo goo gai pan; so if you got a young one who doesnt like Chinese food, i bet ya theyll love that. For years this has been a family favorite for Chinese food. My mom and her family used to go there for family get-togethers for a number of years until the older generation decided to find a place over closer to their west-side homes. But my dad and I still go there if we want Chinese food and always enjoy the food and visiting with the owner. We are regular customers at Tsing Tsao. The food is always good and reasonably priced. Lemon chicken and spicy beef are as good as any Chinese restaurant weve been to. Great service

(9-1-17)Never will we eat here again! We found caterpillar like worms in our food. We ordered broccoli beef and sweet and sour pork to go. Withing 5 minutes of eating i found 2 worms.I immediately took my paper plate back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the owner. I showed her my plate and very loudly told the rest of the restaurant(or at least those sitting by front desk area) what i found. She tried telling me it was a noodle. Um no, noodles dont have legs or a head with eyes. Got a refund, but will NEVER eat here again! I suggest you dont either.

Really good chinese food and super nice people who work here. They have really fast lunch service so if you only have a 30 minute lunch you can get in and out in time. The prices are good for their lunch specials too. The broccoli beef was really good today. I usually get almond chicken. All lunch specials come with a choice of rice, steamed or fried or chowmein, a fried wonton an egg roll, egg drop soup and a small salad.

My family of 3 walked in and it was pretty packed with 1 table available. Another family of 3 walked in behind us and judging by their conversation, they did not have reservations. The old lady immediately helped them because she recognized them as regulars and gave them the table without even acknowledging us. My favorite Chinese food anywhere. Whenever we come to Fresno we always try to make a visit. Every dish tastes so good and unique. I usually love the K uh ng Pao chicken but other favorites include the Schezchuan Pork, Green Bean Chicken and Tsing Tao Chow Mein. The Pot Stickers are also excellent!

They treat African Americans different when it comes to how the fix up ur plate...Got shrimp chow main it had two shrimps and no vegetables but a hell of a lot of noodles...I dont like this place at all
