Ordered garlic fries and when I went home to eat, the styrofoam was burnt from the hot fries. It tasted like a burnt styrofoam and have to throw it away, wasted money for this. Restaurant will not refund for their fault.

OMG. I had the stormbolie. My family had pizza, Cezer salad and eggplant parmajohn . The portions were all EXTREMELY HUGE. Everything was all first rate. My family and I loved every bite. I am Italian. This is the FIRST Italian food worth eating locally.......The price was not that bad at all. I would have liked the server to come to the table. You had to order at the cash register than sit and wait for your food. Not the best of service models, but I didnt care because the food was just that good. Not the best looking place, but the food makes up for it. Eat here. I hope the quality of the food and the sizes all stay the same. Will be back.

Really good ! Got a Stromboli and a large pizza $45 bucks worth it though its delicious. 45 minute wait time ordered a head gets busy on a Thursday night but worth the wait definitely recommend trying them out .

Great place for dine in. Always great service. Recently used their catering for a Celebration of Life and the service was great. They delivered on time and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The owner personally made sure our order was ready on time. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you Toscanos.

Second time trying this place and unfortunately every item we ordered except for the boneless chicken wings were so oily. The boneless Parmesan garlic wings were crispy and tasty! The garlic fries were drenched in oil. The Brussel sprouts were also coated in so much oil. Nothing wrong with the flavor but if they’d chill on the oil, they’d have some standout appetizers and we’d definitely order again. The service was friendly and prompt but disappointed we’ve experienced this again since they first transitioned from Grumpy Tom’s.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great, but this time was just bad.Ordered take out and got an $11 plate of calamari. I opened the container and saw nibs of calamari with some overall small pieces. We’ve had it in the past and they filled the container with nice big pieces. To our surprise it was half empty.I had a 15 minute phone call with the staff and they were refusing to give a refund. The manager didn’t have time to speak with the costumers and they were unwilling to compromise in any other way. I kept getting fed the same line, a 10 piece is a 10 piece regardless of quality or size. I don’t think I’ll be back to see in what other way they decide to cut corners or short sell their costumers.

We are so happy we live 10 mins away from this place because it has the BEST PIZZA!! We come at least twice a month it’s so good! - oh, and don’t come here without trying their garlic breadsticks and marinara sauce!!If you need a sport bar, they always have sports playing on their tv’s and have great tasty beers on tap.

Moved out this way about 3 years ago and went from Banning to Beaumont. Looking for a good pizza place. Finally 2 and half years later! We found this place. We come every so often and honestly pizza is very delicious! And very consistent every time. And staff are very nice and genuine. If your looking for a good pizza and a good vibe do your self a favor and come and down!

Wow what was once a good place for food has really disappointed! Called to order fried calamari and they use to give a sweet & spicy sauce plus marinara, now it’s more of a ranch dressing with a hint if what I guess is suppose to be spice and a hint of red color, disgusting!!! I will no longer go to this place and meatball sandwich was just ok nothing great. Waste of money 😡😡😡

Love the Tuscanos in Yucaipa. But the one in Beaumont not so much. Ordered the fried calamari it looked and tasted like fish sticks but burnt. Ordered buffalo wings and mango habinero wings. No one in our party could taste any difference between the two just tasted like regular buffalo wings. We ordered their famous breadsticks which I love in Yucaipa but these ones looked exactly like crazy bread from Little Ceasers. Pizza was a hot mess Korean BBQ pizza had little sauce just a ton of cheese covering the toppings. Also feathers of the chicken were still on the lemon pepper wings. Quality here is horrible compared to Yucaipa need to get rid of whos cooking back there giving Tuscanos a bad name.

Food taste good, but their portions are very frugal. I ordered a Capa cola sandwich and all i got was 2 slices of capa cola in my sandwish, i mostly got lettuce. Upsetting it is. I like a good sandwich but also want my moneys worth. I suggest for the same price, go to Charmers Fresh Burgers in Banning and you wont have to worry about your portions. And youll feel satified.

Unfortunately every time I call Tuscano’s I’m always on hold for 5 mins plus just to place an order. Last time i waited 8 mins just to get hung up on and when i called back i waited another 6 mins before anyone even picked up the phone.

This is a FANTASTIC restaurant with superior authentic food. The owner Chris is amazing and dedicated to his customers and staff. This is a newer location and will soon be thriving once locals learn of the quality of the food and hospitality.Dont let the newness stop you from coming in and enjoying. I was so disappointed with Tuscanos last night . I called in a pick up order… when I got there a young girl waited in me and as she was asking my name she pulled her hair out of aband and ran her hands thru it several times before rebranding it. She then went straight to the back and boxed my bread sticks without washing her hands or using gloves. When I got home and opened the box the breadsticks were way too fine with burnt ends. Tasted them and they were very tough and chew… almost inedible. Following is a picture . I am on a limited income so I don’t get to eat restaurant food often. I was so looking forward to those breadsticks. I picked it up but only live 1 block away.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time, so good the draft is very good too. The breadsticks were delicious and even the owner comes out and make sure that everything is good for you. Make sure you have little sauces and extras to try. just love this place.

The one in yucaipa is where its at! Unfortunately this one misses the mark each time I go. They either forget a topping or give me a topping I didnt not ask for. Attention to detail is not there for this one unfortunately. Dont let it deter you from eating at the establishment as the food is amazing. Just disappointed that I keep getting my order wrong at this location. I live in hemet so by the time I get home its too late for me to call to get it corrected. I hope the staff works on their attention to detail to make this place really worth the drive for me in the future. I ordered a calzone with spinach, mushroom, sausage, and pepperoni. I got Pineapple instead of pepperoni. It sucked

We ordered lasagna, fettuccine alfredo and BBQ wings. The lasagna had very little meat, sauce or ricotta but lots and lots of undercooked lasagna noodles. The alfredo sauce had separated and was just noodles and grease. The BBQ sauce on the wings was good but the wings themselves were overcooked and very dry. They have a $40 minimum for delivery which is fine. They have a $6 delivery charge which is also fine. They had a 1 hour and 15 minute wait for delivery, ok but to go through all that to get awful food is just not worth it. We will not order from them again.

My wife placed an order for a pizza online. It was supposed to be ready in 50 minutes. Seemed a bit long but since football playoffs were going I figured they were busy. Get there 50 minutes later and they said they lost the ticket and didnt make the pizza. Said it would take 10 minutes. Meanwhile I noticed not a single patron in the place and saw one person leaving with a to go order when I arrived. I get the pizza and ask the clerk if they were going to do anything for me because of the inconvenience. She said she could talk to the manager if I wanted. She goes to the back and a gentlemen comes out and says he can give me a complimentary order of bread sticks but that will mean waiting longer. I declined his offer. You would think that since they messed up they might have just thrown the bread sticks in from the beginning to keep the customer somewhat happy. Customer service just isnt what it used to be anywhere.

We liked the Toscanos in Yucaipa. This one qualifies as the Red Headed Step Child. Today, the restroom was dirty. It needed to be cleaned. The toilet paper dispenser had no toilet paper in it. The new roll was left on the top of the toilet...so, had to hold and unroll it by hand. No paper towels in the dispenser. What else...the Capicola sandwich had plenty of mustard and mayonnaise. Unfortunately, I have never been served a Capicola sandwich with anything but oil and vinegar.Staffing is always difficult to assess. However, this area needs some attention.I recommend driving to Yucaipa.

Just left Tuscano’s. What a $54 disappointment. We were given our salad but no silverware, we didn’t get bread, server gave it to another table. Diet Pepsi was so watered down it was basically colored water. My husband had to ask for our bread a 2nd time and it came as we finished our meal. You are prompted to tip when you order at the counter before service is even given. We will never eat there again. Food was terrible.

A friend of mine Raved about their garlic bread and lasagna, so I order lasagna and an antipasto salad. The salad was great; all of the veggies were tasting like they should and nothing was soggy. The garlic bread and lasagna was not so great. Maybe the cook had an off day. The bread they use for the garlic toast was meh and I kid you not, I think they forgot the garlic.I think they forgot the garlic and they put it in the lasagna. The lasagna was pretty but it was dominated by something that tasted like burnt garlic. You ever burn fresh garlic? I couldnt taste the tomato or cheese or anything else. It did look like it was made with love though. I bought 2 orders thar day, one for me and a friend. She kept quiet while we ate and she ate maybe a third of that portion. Thought maybe she had already eaten; the lasagna was a surprise. She offered her garlic bread to me and I passed.Next day she told me that she tossed it out. It really did look pretty though.I positively loved the service. Ill comment on that later.

Pizza was wonderful and the dough light and airy, well cooked but everything else was subpar. I ordered a meatball sandwich and the meat and sauce lacked flavor but the bread was good. My spaghetti noodles were soggy I also think the meat sauce was no different than the meatball sandwich. I also tried the brussel sprouts tasted like plastic, not sure what happened with that recipe. The room was hot window was open so flies were in the building. Will not return. Im sorry I didnt take any pictures to share my disappointment.

Was hoping it would look and feel like Tuscanos on Yucaipa Blvd. Felt kind of dark and empty. Had alot of people doing take -out. Only about 8 people( including us) in the place. Alot of tvs going on. Couldnt hear my Grandaughter speak. The bread in garlic butter was cold and crunchy. Like it better warm and soft. Pizza crust was a little thinner. Was tasty and cheesy though. Bathroom was out of order. Not even employee facility available for use. Salad was good. Sodas seemed a little smaller than usual. Had to ask at the counter for refill. Probably will stay with the Tuscanos in Yucaipa.

They forgot to bring out our drinks, so we had to go up & ask about that. We had delicious lasagna and a very tasty pizza for dinner 2/21. They also served the wine and beer we wanted. The wait was not too long and the service was good. We will definitely be regulars. I recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian food.

Went last night wanting to try a new restaurant and give money to a local business owner. Heres a heads up and warning; we ordered our food and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The appetizers arrived after our main course. 30 minutes on i had to go to the order counter and asked what was taking so long. I was told they were really busy with take out orders. There was no apology, no offer to comp me anything. Either the cooks does not know how to cook more than 1 dish at a time or the expiditor does not know how to organize orders. We were not alone in our frustration either. 2 other tabkes had the same frustrating experience. Sadly i will not go back for a long while. This location needs to be fixed or they will not have any business.

My wife and I went there ecstatic to have a Great restaurant by our house . We thought the food was going to be as delicious as Toscanos in yucaipa how wrong we were. They brought our meatball sandwich and disappointment set in. My wife asked the young lady why is there no marinara sauce? She said the new cook makes it very watery my suggestion is to make sure that the cook learns how make Italian sauces before he serves the customers. Keep Toscanos in yucaipa open close Beaumonts Toscanos.

Trying to order from this place is impossible, some lady keeps you on hold for 10-20 min then hangs up on you then you call back and she wants to put you on hold again even after telling her you had me on hold and kept hanging up on me, wont give this place a shot we tried, plenty of other establishments that will take your business

Not very happy with their customer service today did it to go order that they couldnt get right even after I waited another 10 minutes or so for it and when I asked for my money back all they said was here you go not even Im sorry eating at this restaurant many times and have been happy until now
