I just moved In last week, so I am new to this storage facility.That said, I do like that there is always someone in the office to speak with. The staff is very polite and sincere. I was offered a lower price for the amount of storage I chose than where I had been. Over-all, Tustin Self Storage is a bit older but, seems to be in a well cared for state. There are plenty of utility carts, security is adequate and the elevators are quite roomy.This is my initial review. Id be glad to write another in a few months...

Pouch is conveniently located just down the street from our shop. Its exceptionally clean, and the staff, especially VK and Beverly, are always friendly and helpful, greeting us with a smile. If safety is a priority for you, Pouch is the perfect spot, as you need to check in and out your key for your storage unit. The only potential inconvenience is you can only access your unit during business hours, but this policy also enhances the security measures in place. I highly recommend this Pouch.

I had such a great experience at Tustin Self Storage! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The prices are super fair and they provide a truck when you move in. I dont usually leave reviews, but this place was exceptional. It was clean and the people were very nice and helpful. Beverly and VK helped me and they were very pleasant. I had to transfer the rental of this space from my deceased brother to myself, and pay a minimum 30 day rent.We had his stuff out of there in a week.The people are nice, courteous and helpful.I dont care for some of their rules, but it went ok, so I appreciate their cooperation.I live in Sacramento and it was a 460 mile drive to Tustin, so I wanted to get it handled in one trip.

Locally owned and ran storage. Good quality, clean, and very accessible. Competitive rates to uhaul and public storage. VK at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite. Took the time to answer all my questions, showed me the units, and was warm in welcoming me back to sign my rental documents after I visited the other rental places in town.

Where do I start! I never expected my search for just the right storage unit to be so easy. I walked into Tustin Self Storage which is right down the street from me ... the perfect location for me. I met V.K., a most friendly and charming gentleman. He was very helpful but, sadly, there were no units available. Crushed! He said he would put me on waitlist and keep in touch with me. He called a couple days later, but it was just touching base telling me I was still on waitlist. He called again the next day and, wow, someone had just come in and emptied their unit so it was available. V.K. said he would hold it for me while I made a quick decision. I rushed right over and V.K. greeted me by name. He remembered me! Thats not normal! At any rate, he walked me through the whole process, showed me the unit, and then let me put down a small deposit to hold the unit for 10 days while we got our trucks loaded up for the weekend, several days off. Everything V.K. told me about the place was plus, plus, plus. If I would say there was any negative it would be that there is no light inside the unit. But when V.K. explained to me the safety issues, I had no problem with it. There is sufficient light from the hallway anyway. Thank you, V.K., for making a business deal so easy and, dare I say it, fun. We shared some good stories, didnt we!?! I am so grateful this is where Ill be safely storing things.I need to add that when I went back to sign all the papers to make it official, Gilbert was so helpful. He was very thorough and did a great job filling out all the paperwork. He made something that isnt always fun, very tolerable. He kept giving me percentages of how close we were to being done and I loved that.Kudos to whomever does the hiring for Tustin Self Storage. Ive met two staff and I give a 10 to both. Well Done!

I must say first off the year that I have been here renting a unit the 3 staff members I have delt with (Amber, Tammy and Tulsi) have all been in my eyes fair, and equal -non bias to me and everyone else i have seen. They present a family friendly atmosphere everyday.When I moved in, Amber picked up my belongings with their Free move in truck which saved me time and money. I even once left out a high dollar back swing that I thought might have been thrown out, they put it away for safe keeping until I came the next morning, to my relief. They always treat me with respect even when I have to be corrected.I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a storage.Thank You Amber, Tammy and Tulsi for your kindness... and Thank you to the Management for hiring such great people. I have rented a storage unit at this particular location a couple of times, due to an unexpected death in my family, and I have always been impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Randy, Tulsi and Amber. These three individuals are the most professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, courteous, compassionate, understanding and kind customer representatives with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing whether in person or by phone. Knowing that I lived out-of-state, Randy, Tulsi and Amber always went that extra mile for me every time I had to conduct business by phone. I was very pleased with my initial experience getting a storage space. Tulsi Saha was very organized. The facility is clean, the carts are readily available, & there were a couple of benefits I wasnt even aware of from the website. For example, I didnt know they can receive packages on my behalf so that I can store them at a later time. I also didnt know they would provide me with a lock & key. Its a nice place, with friendly staff that are willing to help. The facility is generally clean, and the bottom level is usually nicely air conditioned. The only frustrating thing about storage is that there are set times when you can access your stuff. In my opinion, if its mine, I should be able to access it whenever I want, but that is just how storage places work. I would defiently recommend this place.

Ive worked with 3 people, Tulsi, Randy, and Veranda, and they all are extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. Just recently Tulsi helped me find a space that would even better suit my needs. I needed public storage space. I just happened to notice this facility while driving by it. I stopped to inquire with no initial intention of signing up at that time. But, Tulasi, on duty at that time, was so good in understanding my needs and budget, I signed up immediately. Tulasi took time to show 4 different storage units of different sizes. I selected one and Tulasi did the paperwork. I changed my mind and opted to rent another unit. Tulasi never complained and redid the paperwork. Since then, every time I visit the place, he remembers my unit number and handed the key; this means a lot to me in these days of terrible customer service. I found the others on duty also to be friendly and helpful.Now about the facility. It is extremely clean and have not noticed any pests in the 2+ weeks I have been using it. My unit is not climate controlled but as good as one. So, I am able to store temperature sensitive goods. The only thing I suggest to the management is to install light within each unit.They provide truck if one is needed for initial move in. They have several large hand-trucks that are really useful to move the stuff in and out. My initial move in took several hours; so, I appreciated that they have a rest-room for tenants.This place is 15 miles from where I live but planning to keep my stuff there as long as I needed to. That is how much I like this place.

Stay away...so much stuff stolen..I guess it is our fault for allowing them to use their padlock. Tried talking to Corporate office...they never returned call, never answered emails. Tammy in the office would not accept checks that come directly from the bank...(even though on the website it states they will accept bank checks. She would only accept cash...We live in Arizona that was impossible.... very difficult to work with these people.In response to owner reply.....I have call logs and copies of emails...that can prove I tried contacting the corporate office more than once in regards to these missing items....before we moved out.
