Great new place in San Rafael. My husband and I were looking for a different kind of breakfast place for our anniversary a couple weeks ago.I had the croffle and fried chicken with a Matcha mango latte and mys husband had the shrimp tom yum omelet and house coffee.It was excellent! Such delicious, creative and inventive food, super nice service and a fantastic atmosphere.Such a great addition to San Rafael!

Tutu lounge replaced Bogie’s on 4th St., San Rafael. We went there and tried 2 things we couldn’t get it somewhere else in Marin. Shrimp tomyum (hot and sour Thai soup) scramble (or you can order omelette) and pancakes with Thai tea sauce. Both are yummy and unique. The tomyum scramble was a great idea, the tangy taste of tomyum went well with scrambled eggs, and the big shrimps on top made it very special as well. The pancakes were good and went well with the Thai tea sauce. The portion is also generous. They have a couple tables on the sidewalk and plenty of tables inside. The owner was very friendly. I saw the sign that they will serve dinner, starting on May 30th. This restaurant is a good addition to downtown San Rafael and deserves a visit from you.

This morning we won the best breakfast gamble at Tutus Lounge in San Rafael, CA! For only $55 we enjoyed two incredible dishes savoring every single bite, and had fun with the fusion of flavors presented! Sweet and savory mastered with the Chicken and Croffle, and then again with the TuTu French Toast! Do yourself a favor and put this new spot on your breakfast bucket list! YUM!!!!!

This was one of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time. The Thai and Vietnamese flavors are perfect and light. We got fresh Vietnamese rolls, pik khing gai, see you (see pics). Thank you so much, Tutu Lounge. We’ll be back.

The food here was so good! We were here for brunch and the style of food was traditional brunch and Asian fusion brunch. We got the Tom Yum spaghetti, highly recommended.

Really flavorful and delicious food! The potatoes were so crispy and the best I’ve ever had. The lychee iced tea was so tasty and refreshing as well!

Wonderful place for breakfast.Where else can you get a Mushroom omelet with 3 kinds of mushrooms. Eggs are soft and potatoes are crispy. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Brand new breakfast and brunch place on 4th Street in San Rafael. This place is beautiful inside and is open for dinner a few nights a week as well. Dining inside and outside. The menu is innovative and creative. They have Thai influenced items like the drinks, sauces, and food combinations. Theres an attention to detail and a real pride in what they do. I loved the Crab Benedict. Lump crab on an English muffin with a slice of tomato, avocado, a pinched egg and lots of hollandaise sauce. This dish was served with perfectly crispy potatoes, and some pico de gallo. My husband had the Crauffle with fried chicken. A buttermilk waffle with two pieces of fried chicken on top and maple syrup and a spicy dipping sauce. The breading on the fried chicken was delicious. Both dishes were to die for. We had the mano tango and the lychee drink. Very interesting cold mocktails. The service was great and its beautiful there. Ten out of ten. Loved it!

We went for dinner and had the calamari and the shrimp ceviche as appetizers and they were delicious! With a great Asian fusion twist! We then had the ribeye Kro Prow and the crab garlic noodles. Great flavors! We’ll come back! And we want to try their brunch too.

So far I have been here 3x. Twice for Lunch, then once for dinner (takeout). I live and work in San Rafael.The food has been surprisingly good, its got all sorts of interesting Thai, Hawaiian inspired dishes.The basil chicken is fantastic with rice!The pad thai is better than any I have had in Marin - we had the tofu/veggie - the attention they pay to making sure each veggie is cooked just right is evident.We also had the fried rice and potstickers which were enjoyable. The potsticker presentation is especially nice.

Amazing experience with extremely welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend the fried chicken eggs Benedict. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. So glad I stopped here instead of going to ihop.

This place was absolutely incredible. I was looking for a delicious breakfast place anywhere in Marin that didnt just serve basic diner food, and preferably somewhere we hadnt been before. I found TuTu after quite a while scrolling and knew right away that that was the place to try, and boy am I glad we did.Firstly, I absolutely love that they have a huge focus on breakfast. Im a big breakfast person and being able to walk in at noon and be able to order anything on the menu (which was 80% breakfast items) was a dream. Im they are now beginning to serve dinner, and they did have plenty of lunch options if breakfast isnt your thing.The menu selection was amazing - they had 6 or 8 different kinds of eggs benedict (all of which sounded delicious), as well as a few other twists on breakfast classics that all sounded interesting. We ended up getting the croffle (croissant waffle) with berries and the parmesan french toast. The croffle was divine with plenty of fruit, and my partner was pleasantly surprised by the parmesan french toast, which was served with bacon bits and a lovely bechemel sauce.Not only the food, but the drinks were absolutely top-notch. We got the mocha (which was made with dark chocolate; YUM) and the ube (taro) latte. Ive only ever had ube in a cold beverage so was excited to try it hot and I could not get over how delicious it was. If it werent for the fact I drink slowly, I would have ordered a second, and then probably a third.The staff was attentive, and friendly, the place had lovely decoration and a welcoming ambiance, and the food presentation easily matched its taste.Im not sure how long TuTu has been open but Im glad I found it, as it instantly became a new favorite. Make a stop here whenever youre nearby - you wont be sorry!
