2023-11-15 19:44:53I went to U2 Cafe on a Tuesday night. It was quiet and there were maybe 5 tables filled. Food was good. I enjoyed the baked spinach and fish dish a lot. Steak was good and cooked well. Soup was good and my kids got soup too! Definitely will come back for breakfast.

2023-09-17 04:08:02I tried The place with my sister. The place has an A rating. Its clean, open and easy to get to. There is easy access to the parking lot. The restaurant has a takeout side and a dine-in side. The service was friendly and quick. We had the fried pork chop with tomato sauce over rice and Hong Kong style chow mein. They give you plenty of food. We paid about $32. Pretty reasonable for the amount of food and quality. We look forward to trying other dishes in the future.

2021-04-18 20:40:48Seen this restaurant so many times passing by from the 99 Ranch Market and always wanted to check it out.Well today was a good start! After finding parking on the street *Their parking lot was full* we were immediately greeted and seated upon walking up.Didnt take long to scan and order from the menu.I ordered Hainan chicken with garlic rice, wifey ordered Singaporean noodles, kiddo spring rolls & fried shrimp.Everything was delicious and a bit more than expected. Well be back to try more from their menu.Service was excellent/friendly and plenty of seating in or outside large patio area.Dining in is an option however patio was more pleasant.Practice social distancing here, sanitize and very clean.Ill give them 5 stars for their excellence.

2020-10-25 03:24:33Another HK cafe reopened for outdoor dining. Went there today for lunch. A lot of people there and we had to wait for 20 minutes before were seated. The seats are setup with dividers between tables under a big tent. All staffs are wearing masks and face shield. They do sanitize tables between customers. They have all the Cantonese dishes that would expect a HK cafe. But the taste of the dishes are ordinary. Portions are small too. Prices are medium to high compared to other HK cafes down the street. One thing stood out was their egg waffle. They did a good job on this one. The taste is very similar to the ones in HK. Other dishes are not too bad but not outstanding giving the portions are relatively small. The fried noodle with seafood was a bit fishy smell. Didn’t know how this dish was done. Normally, the smell is fresh and full of Wok Hei. The curry is not too bad, the only things was that the dish had very few beef briskets and beef tendons. Finally, the milk tea, this was done right, not too bad. Overall, I was not impressed. Other people must be impressed since the restaurant was crowded during lunch time when we were there on Saturday.

2022-11-13 01:31:43The ambiance is ok. Not crowded. Parking is not a challenge. Service is ok. Menu is long. Most are HK-style dishes that are quite appealing although not the healthiest. Portions are big. One can usually order one dish and have some leftover to take away. Prices are good.

2022-08-03 15:51:31Lazy cooks that can’t cook…Came here June 1st around 3:30pm… This is suppose to be medium rare rib eye steak with pork chop… ordered with spicy garlic sauce… had to wash the steak down with sauce cause I was in a rush and just didn’t want to waste food… tried to get more sauce and the server told me they needed to charge $1 for extra sauce… I looked at her and told her to look at the steak and asked you seriously gonna try to charge for the sauce? look at your medium rear steak… she later came back out with the none spicy garlic sauce and told me they had to charge extra for the spicy sauce cause the cooks needs to make it… So mystery solved… it’s the cooks that doesn’t want to move and do their job… they should’ve just quit rather than wasting food… I could’ve done a way better job when he did although I don’t know how to cook that well either…

2020-10-04 19:36:36One of the few dine in spots in SGV, that comply with the social distancing protocols. Food is good, with good service. They also have bbq items to go. We had the yee mein, baked bolognese, and masago fried rice.
