Phresh Tea is an impressive boba tea shop in Goleta. I had the pleasure of trying their Avocado Mango Smoothie, and it was truly a delightful experience! If youre a fan of avocado, I highly recommend this drink, especially if you prefer sweetness – you can choose either 75% or 100% sugar to bring out the full flavor of the avocado.Phresh Tea not only offers fantastic bubble tea but also provides excellent service. Their staff is always friendly and eager to assist, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.In summary, Phresh Tea is my go-to boba spot in the Goleta area, and I cant wait to savor their drinks again. If youre a boba enthusiast, Phresh Tea is a must-visit place!

Time moved forward traveling to Goleta CA.Amazing Amazing Amazing cuisine!!The great chef add together a cultural cuisine with a warm touch. Incredible creation that keep the food warm we’re the food dishes are set in. The server was extremely nice and working very hard, so the costumers get their dishes well served. GREAT FOOD QUALITY & BEAUTIFUL DRINKThey have a diverse menu where you can get a range from different hotpots to rice plates and to noodle soup bowls, with a reasonable price (about $20 for a hot pot and $14 after tax) :D(They have Vegetarian option for soupbase but its not on the menu, you will just need to tell the server)The food are delicious. I tried their numbing hot pork feet hotpot, amazing, i suggest you getting one if ur ok with animals feet. You can also do a side of it, comes in 6. I just really want recommend their pork feet:D Its not that spicy.Customer Service:Yes, I could tell that one of them is probably new. I went in at a busy time so they were running around a lot. Anyways, could be better :bTogo orders are packed decently too :D

It was my first time trying hot pot, but it was a good experience! Loved that they do mini hot pot so everyone at our table for four got what they wanted. Loved the additional toppings you could order. The soup bases were great and my husband loved the lamb.

My husband and I stopped for lunch on our way from LA to the Bay Area since its just off the freeway. It was a great stop! I ordered the Bento Box with Popcorn Chicken, extra spicy. I didnt think it was spicy at all, although Im not complaining. It was really flavorful! They have some board games inside and a great throwback playlist when we were there. They have free wifi too! Didnt get a chance to go to the Uniboil side, but will definitely plan for it next time!

Ftf, the service is wonderful. They are patient and friendly.Amazing mini hotpot in the town! Angus beef with tomato soup is unbelievable! The rice on hot plate is okay.It takes me 10 mins to wait for popcorn chicken from Teas side but it is definitely worthwhile to wait!

Probably one of the best comfort food in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The waiting can be long sometimes but just because the food is that delicious. The hotpot are in really affordable price as well. The menu can be a little overwhelming however the servers do an awesome job to guide through the menu.

The food here is simply delicious. The waiter had great recommendations. I ate the Korean Army Soup and it was wonderful. Only thing we didnt like was the music. It was too loud for outdoor seating and just had a generally weird vibe. Food was definitely worth it though!

I ordered a fried spam musubi last time I was here and did not enjoy it at all it is not tasty. I ordered a regular musubi and specifically requested it not fried but still got it fried. If you’re looking for a classic spam musubi this is definitely not the place for it.

Worst service in Santa Barbara ever. Didn’t feel welcome when we stepped in. The girl who served us was in a bad mood or something. We got no service whatsoever. Despite the fact the place was pretty empty for lunch, she managed to sit us at a very uncomfortable corner against a wall. The food was meh, my lamb was a brick of ice, they didn’t bother to unfrozen it. Very overpriced. When we pay the check, no thank you was given. I was nice enough to leave tips. Will never come back.

I am so mad right now! I sent my son to get 2 bobas, and the mango slushy one wasn’t even properly blended! Chunks of ice and chucks of mangos not blended at all!! And my son said they were not busy at all! I keep trying to call to get a refund but no one answers the phone! Very unprofessional and not ok at all!

The hot pots are delicious with generous portions. Its a bit pricey but much cheaper than going to places that really rack up the tab the more items you put in. I am a repeat customer. The place is surprisingly empty often during lunch. But when it does get crowded, the service gets pretty slow, which is the only reason it didnt get 5 out of 5.

Uniboil has a good selection of hotpot, boba style drinks and sides like fried tofu or popcorn chicken. The hotpot can feed 2 people or a very hungry person...haha.The only downside is that it takes a long time for you, as the diner, to receive your food. When my friends and I go, we usually have to wait 20+ minutes to get our food. If you dont mind waiting, its a really tasty place to eat.

Consistently, every single visit, takes a whole hour to get our food out, and people that arrived after us with the same party size got their food first. This has happened every single time we’ve gone here, without fail, this place has failed time and time again, not even the food makes up for this poor service. Once the food came out, they only gave us 3 drinks and 1 soup, for a party of 7. They failed to give us utensils as well, I do not recommend this place for anyone local or out of town.

Fun, interesting menu. If you enjoy spicy, Id recommend coming here! Its definitely great to enjoy with friends because the entire experience is fairly unique. Possibly a little pricey, but there is a whole experience that comes along with the meal so it evens out a bit.On to the food... The sizzling plate with rice is great, though the sauce is quite spicy (black pepper spiciness)... and HOT! You have to be very careful eating to not burn yourself on the metal plate. However the meat was delicious! Marinated/seasoned very well. It was a pity the sauce was so spicy vs flavorful because the meat was amazing. A bit hard to fully enjoy such incredibly hot food. The Korean Army stew is also good, but again, HOT! The stew contents are interesting with various textures and flavors. For the hot plates, after a certain point in your meal someone may come to put out the flame for you, but Im sure you can request it be put out sooner... I recommend! All the servers seem to have the fire-putting-out utensil on their aprons.Overall, this was a fun eating experience. Regarding the food, it felt as though spiciness was used as a crutch for flavor. The hot plate box was also too tall for me (below average height) and made it a little difficult to eat. It would be nice if they had the option for low tables or something. The difficulty with the height + the danger of the hot plate took away from the experience a little.The service was good and the servers were attentive and informative. It is not listed on the menu but there is an option for the sizzling plate with rice to have all the ingredients stir fried and brought out on a plate instead of on the hot plate. The server let us in on his preference which was that the hot plate was better and definitely more fun, but next time if I dont feel like dealing with the height, heat, or potential burns, Ill go for that option!**NOTE: If you are only going for drinks, go next door! No need to come into the restaurant area**

It was my first time there and I loved it. The menu is kind of confusing to understand the first time but our waiter helped us out. We ordered from their specials H6 and H5. They bring out the bowl on a wooden stand and it cooks in front of you. You then stir it a bit and can ask them to put out the fire. You can use the small handheld bowl to help you while you eat. Amazing taste!

I recently just moved from LA to Morro Bay, and this is on my drive to visit my hometown.I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley (626), Asian food heaven, and hot pot joints are at every corner. We even have a Uniboil back where I’m from. This place holds up to the location back in LA. The food hits the spot and their popcorn chicken is SO GOOOOD. I got the sukiyaki hot pot and my husband got the Korean Army Soup. We both enjoyed what we ordered.We arrived around 6pm and had no wait, but the service was still a little slow. It’s hard to flag down the staff and they don’t check on you at all. Most tables had service buttons on their tables, but ours did not unfortunately. Albeit the slow and inattentive service, they were very helpful and friendly. Maybe they are still figuring things out since they are still new, or maybe they are understaffed at the moment.Either way, we’ll be back whenever we’re in the area!Pro Tip: Arrive before 7pm to beat the dinner rush.

Service can be kind of iffy here, especially when they are busy. The food is generally very consistent but they also have weird stock issues, with whole series of dishes being unavailable for lunch, at opening. Overall, they are the best hotpot in town and offer alternative dishes, which I like.

First time visiting and even really trying a hot pot focused restaurant. Did not disappoint. Broth was excellent and I loved that you could add in all numbers of extras. I got two eggs and udon noodles with lamb. Even just having lamb on the menu impressed me. The flame went out on my hot pot without me noticing so I had to get it relit and took a while for my eggs to cook but overall it was excellent. Would be nice if they were able to serve some beer or sake with this great food. Ill be going back, love to see Asian food getting a foothold in Santa Barbara.

Ordered their #1 Phresh Fruit Tea and Oreo Shake! First time trying it out and they were both good! Thry have multiple options, so I definately have to go back and try different ones. Youll also notice, they rate their popularity by the number. I didnt realize that after I ordered, and thougbt, if someone is listed as the first one, it hardly is a bad choic3. Truly enjoyed the tea with mango jelly.

I personally love the Szechuan spice broth. Lamb is usually my go-to. The servers are decently attentive but they can get busy and I think they are a bit understaffed. The food comes out quick though! And the variety is nice - mushrooms, different types of fish balls, various tofus, corn, cabbage, vermicelli, black fungus, and more!

The food looks good, but I swear this place is cursed. Every single time I have doordashed from this place has been a disaster. They are severely understaffed and as a result I always have to wait a ridiculously long time for my order and that always causes my on-time rating to drop. The one time they actually had my food ready, they hid it away and I waited 25 minutes only to find out it was ready all along.

Horrible service ! I called in an order today for popcorn chicken and was told the wait was 10-15 min. When I arrived 10 minutes later, I waited another 30 minutes and watched people who WALKED IN after me and ordered the same thing, walk out with their order! I got my money back and left . A new place in goleta as of Oct 2018. I wish this restaurant opened earlier. It has lots of american chinese hot pots plus one korean hot pot which is called Army soop. Try the Army soup. you will love it.The price is a little high. 15 to 16 dollars before tax for one person serving.The servers are nice and responsive well.The restaurant has a roomy parking space too.The only downside is that it opened last month....We needed this kind of place in Goleta.
