I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. It came with mashed potatoes. I didnt care for the mashed potatoes. They needed something more, maybe more butter or milk to make them creamier. Or seasonings to make them stand out. They were bland and lumpy. My partner had the fried chicken which he said was just okay. We tried this place because it was a small business. Strawberry Lemonade was very good and unlimited.

This is s a family operation and beautiful! The owners were warm and friendly!! American cuisine with just a slightly different tasty flare! Priced just right!

I had the cauliflower sandwich on chiabata bread. The sauce was just fabulous. And cauliflower so crispy on the outside and so tender inside. The perfect balance. I also had the salad, which comes with this strawberry sauce (made in house) that is simply something else. It’s all about these homemade sauces that makes this place truly stand out!

I came in for lunch on my way back from Phoenix, and having read some reviews, I decided to drop in. I decided on the Oh Boy shrimp sandwich, with a side of chips. The dressing used on the sandwich is really good, the shrimp was well done, and the chips were just amazing.The service did not go unnoticed either, the woman at the register is very friendly and engaging. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. If Im ever in the area again, this will be my lunch spot.Id like to add, the variety of food options offered are just incredible. Such a wide variety of dishes offers you the option to satisfy your cravings.Thanks for a wonderful experience.

There arent enough words to describe how delicious the food is here. During our stay in Indio we ate here everyday. Highly recommend the brisket, the pork, chicken, and the roast beef. Its very easy to taste the care that went into the food. A lovely family run restaurant. But if youre here on the weekends youre out of luck so make sure you stop in during the week. Its a must visit

Delicious home cooked style food, when a friendly team and comfortable atmosphere. Everything smells so delicious youll be drooling while you order! Highly recommend eating here for dinner and definitely get the lemonade!

This restaurant was a complete surprise. We are visiting from out of town on vacation and found it on google maps. When they say family owned and operated they mean it. The husband cooks the food and the wife takes orders and waits tables. She is very pleasant and fun to talk to. You literally feel welcome once you walk in the door. The food was truly homemade. The pot roast reminded me of what my grandmother used to make and that is a huge compliment. We will definitely go back one more time before we leave town and head home. What a great find!

The food is decent to good, its just quite expensive for what you get. Of the spicy sausage sandwich, the shrimp Oh Boy, and the spinach-mushroom-cheese bread buns, only the spicy sausage sandwich was really of note. The Oh Boy was on the underwhelming side of things and the stuffed bread buns had way too much cheese and almost no mushrooms, along with being way too small for 2 buns for 11 bucks. I wanted to like the house-made kettle chips, but about 1/3rd of the bag was soggy and werent spiced enough to really warrant not being simple salted chips. Perhaps their plates are better, but theres definitely better places to go for quality non cold-cut sandwiches.

While in the area for work, we stopped by to try this place. It is very clean and open, with plenty of natural light. Great ambiance. The staff is very friendly and makes sure that you get everything you need. Our order was accurate, free of mistakes.I came across the Yelp reviews and pictures online, which is why we decided to try the food.We ordered the brisket, pot roast, ground beef spaghetti, and stuffed bread.The brisket was very dry and lacking in flavor. The pot roast sounded amazing to me until I took a bite and realized it was lacking in flavor as well. I added salt to salvage it. It only made a small difference. The mashed potatoes were dry and crumbly with hardly any salt.The ground beef spaghetti was actually decent in flavor. However, nothing special, as it tasted like homemade spaghetti.The stuffed bread seemed like a great idea, but both options were okay. Again, a little salt goes a long way with flavor.I felt like we paid for hospital food.
